Does anyone at the warehouse actually pick up the phone? My items have been delivered to the store for 5 days now. Twice I've gotten a message from the warehouse saying my items are ready for collection but still, its only half my order! Its baiting and frustrating!!!! No one has collected the items devilvered to the store and put them in my order. Had to pick up my order half collected even though the items are at the store!!! I can't tell you how many times I've called them and no one picks up. Once someone has picked up over 2 weeks. I am so discouraged from shopping here. I receive little to no correspondence and not to mention I'm the one out of pocket now. If I could give ZERO Stars I would.

This store is in a weird spot...Not worth paying someone to be in the gaming/electronic section all the time anymore I'm guessing...but when you want to buy something from that department there is literally no one at the counter anymore... I have to go elsewhere to find a staff member that can find someone that is qualified to be at that payment counter... this has happened a few times now...

Atrocious quality of service here in the Pukekohe store! Other than the 1-2 checkout staff, mostly every other staff member is just haplessly roaming around the various isles or just mucking around. None of them have any knowledge of the product's they sell. Anytime you ask any of them for help, they just point you to the next person who does the same. The Customer Service desk is ALWAYS closed! These issues aren't just a one-off thing either, as it's been like this on various occasions for the past few months! No one to even raise your concerns with and the corporate (main) office just doesn't care. They take it for granted that Kiwi's have nowhere else to go, so who cares if we provide them with adequate customer service or not! 🤷🏻‍♂️ 🤷🏼‍♂️

Goodness gracious! Above and beyond customer service. I messed up at the self checkout by putting in 15 of an item (that I thought I'd counted), only to get home (an hour away) and find I only had 11. It's for a staff dinner party so vital that I had identical items. The VERY helpful lady on the phone took my details and phoned back a few minutes later to say she'd found the other 4 items for me. And they let my friend pick up the items!! I just love the Warehouse and New Zealand in general!!!! THANK YOU - my staff are going to have a fabulous "Eccentric Elf" new year party (aka late Secret Santa)!

I am absolutely disgusted in the Warehouse Pukekohe and staff member Jan. Yesterday I attempted to purchase 4 tins of dog food with the remainder balance of my green card. Jan was very quick to tell me she would not accept my signature as work and income say we cannot buy dog food with a green card. Jan playing god with peoples lives. Is that in her job description? Then, after not being allowed to purchase the dog food because Jan said so - I leave the warehouse to check MY MSD to find that Jan actually accepted the payment for the dog food from my card and the money has been taken which I have to goods to show for. This is commonly referred to as stealing and this matter has been turned over to the police.

I'm sure the phone they have there is on mute 24/7 weird how you can never contact the store. Annoying for people with long travel times. Sort it out wuddy fuddy

I would like to say how utterly disappointed I am in the warehouse. Shopped and purchased on basis of 20% discount as per sign on shelf to then get to checkout to be told you only get specials if you have the app with the barcode. What an absolute crock and rip off...

Will not exchange or refund kinder after product recall. Money is so important than kid's health for these guys. Shameless Team at Puke

granddaughter looking for storage, bought me a t-shirt at excellent price

I have just received a pgcosmetic product I want to use as a gift, and the box the cosmetics were in arrived in such bad condition, dirty .on the bottom, and the corners almost torn that I have had to discard the box and wrap the things separately which doesnt look as nice. Really disappointing!

Went into the pukekohe warehouse tonight and i had two awesome people help me out tonight Maria and Caleb good customer service bloody on too it one of the top workers there will return to get help from these two any day keep up the meke mahi ka rawe hoki kia ko rua.

Congratulations on increasing the number of grocery items stocked in the Pukekohe store. The prices were very competitive. It's another option rather than the supermarkets. At long last we have a choice.

Terrible service closed the store 10 minutes before, so rude, store closing time is 9 pm, staff close their doors way early.

Initially, I believed that the prices of food items at the warehouse were generally more affordable than those at other locations. However, after purchasing 20 Whittaker's chocolate slabs priced at $6.50 each, I discovered the same item at Pak'nSave for only $4.65. This revelation made me realize that my previous perceptions about this store were inaccurate.

I found it very rude how Saryla (I believe I spelt it right) was just standing there texting away on her personal phone. Another customer with a full trolly asked to be served and she rudely said to just use the self-serve. In my opinion this is not good customer service. Everytime I go in there all the staff seem very unhappy and are not willing to give any good customer service. Warehouse Pukekohe used to be full of friendly staff and now its gone backwards.

Closed before recorded closing time. Got to the door of Pukekohe warehouse at 8.50pm and doors were closed. On their website their opening hours are recorded as open till 9pm.

I was told by Milford warehouse that the Pukekohe branch had 7 kids wetsuits in stock the only warehouse in Auckland that showed stock. I phoned the store twice to make sure they actually had them .....no answer. We decided to risk it as we aimed to get our twin grandchildren wetsuits for their sixth birthday. It took us 50 minutes to drive there arriving at 8.00pm. of course no wetsuits in sight hadn't been for a while apparently. Stock control obviously a little lacking. Having driven another 50 minutes to get home felt compelled to voice my disappointment and frustration at such an incompetent organisation. Regards Terence Greenslade

Just love the Warehouse. Firstly great parking. Trolleys and baskets available on entry which is awesome. Brought a couple of pairs of Crocs, they were a bargain. Black pair and pink, they are so comfortable. Brought Easter chocolates which I thought were cheap and yummy. Warehouse has everything. Easy place to shop in.

Big thanks to Abby at customer support and big thanks to Jayden who got the hoist to fetch boxes down from up high. Really did appreciate what you did . 🙂

Enjoyed shopping for products here but unfortunately my very honest opinion the staff is a big problem no greeting sad faces and at the self checkout big lady with ponytail needs to put a smile on her face and stop looking at everyone angry

Terrible service for click and collect. Nobody picks up the telephone number when I call to check on availability of the item. Ended up not getting the items on the order, instead had to double pay for them even though they were stacked on the shelve … don’t get why this needs to be so complicated.

Helpful staff ,Maria was extremely helpful she went an extra mile to find a product I was looking for she had to open the store room and look for the outdoor furniture for us. Thank you so much Maria:)

No one answers the phone ever and hours say store closes at 9pm but couldnt get in at 8.50pm.

Had multiple transactions and would have preferred to use the checkout, but was informed that it was purely for cash transactions. Normally I wouldn't mind, but today I needed more personalised service. Consequently I had to leave my products behind. Otherwise store was staffed well, was clean and organised.

store was nicely presented, staff was kind and stopped what they were doing to help
