    JB Hi-Fi Wantirna South - Knox Visited on 4/8/2021 Time to check out what's new in the computer / tablet market. Since Victoria is in lockdown, it is expected the shop to be very quiet. In fact, all the shops and restaurants in Knox O-Zone, where JB Hi-Fi is located, is rather lifeless. It is a typical JB Hi-Fi store, bright, with plenty of floor stock including very large screen TV and computers and accesories. I explain to my wife various computers including laptops and 2-in-1 laptop tablet combo on display. We cannot see any Samsung tablets in the area, so I ask one of the sales staff where they are. He points to the direction of the display area. With hardly any customers in the store, I feel that the staff could provide us with much better service, by taking us to the spot. Even though I may not need the extra attention, he should have asked a few more questions to find out our requirement, and demonstrate some marketing skill. There are not that many Samsung tablets on display. It could be that many have been sold and not replaced. I reckon the staff need to pay more attention to customer service. They should not assume the potential customers know exactly what they look for, or have enough knowledge of the products, or understand the capability of the product. Furthermore, there is not a need to have two people standing near the exit chatting away. In short, I do sincerely recommend JB Hi-Fi conduct some staff training in customer service and marketing.

    I placed an order 3 weeks ago and there were more than 50 products in the stocks available in the system according to the customer representative at the store. I was convinced that product will be delivered within 3 weeks. I didn’t received my product on excepted and contracted the store now there are telling me that item hasn’t been allocated for my order still which was placed 3 weeks ago and now there are out of stock for that product and asking me to wait till next stock arriving. People buying stuff because they needed them and offering refund is not an option for their mistakes after waiting so long to get delivered their product. The easiest solution they are providing is refund. What is happening to the customer time wasting and counting days for receiving the product they have already paid. Really disappointed with such an attitude of JB Hi-Fi.

    Disappointing customer service. Asked a staff member for help, they weren’t in sales so called for assistance and in the 15 minutes I waited for help, 4 other staff members walked by without asking if I was waiting. It was a quiet weekday morning with few shoppers in store.

    Highly recommend this JB Hi-Fi store because of Mick in the Hi-Fi section. He is the perfect ambassador for JB. He is friendly and knowledgeable and my go too from now on. Thank you Mick for being so patient and helping me out! You are a true asset to this store.

    Tom (phone department) Appreciation post as he was unbeliveable from start to finish, held a product for me before i came in store. Apon arrival i was greeted by my name and he remebered everything previous discussed, he then helped me pick out extras for the phone and knew all his stuff! Great sales person and a even better bloke. 10/10

    Came in to buy a camera today. Asked for help and waited for someone to show up. Ended up leaving as no one came to help. Went to Ted's Cameras instead and got the same camera cheaper with better customer service.

    I was in there for 2 hours no staff wanted to help me and every staff member i saw was helping someone else and people that walked in 1 minute ago staff helped them and not me.Terrible Customer Service!

    Went during a busy period. Was hard to grab a staff member at that time but was understandable. Go in prepaired and make sure you get them to price match officeworks or other suppliers as JB are not always he cheapest, even if it is only a few bucks but it better to be in your pocket and not theirs.

    Went to purchase apple products and was served by Eden. The service received from him was excellent! As he is very knowledgeable and super helpful with the products. JB knox has a fantastic employee Eden, and made the shopping experience awesome. Will be coming back in future for other appliances. Thank you for your service.

    I went to the new store located on the 1st floor. Not the old one located at ozone. Ed who attended to me was awesome. I was looking for a new TV and Ed was a wealth of knowledge assisting me with even the right wall mount. Delivery and installation was all organised by him. Very happy with the service, now to enjoy the new TV.

    Fantastic local JB store. Have purchased many products without any dramas. Great prices, great range, and great service. They have moved to a new location inside the newly revamped centre upstairs. Even better with a modern look. You can't go wrong when it comes to all your electronics and gadgetry.

    Staff were great, interior is very nice and had lots of product range. At my visit two of the staff were dressed as Spider-Man (love your work Christian) and was very entertaining and the level of service was great. 10/10 IGN

    I use to love going to JBs . I have been a customer for many years and l knew one of the original owners of JB Hi Fi. I use to just go to the store just to have a look and also say hello to several of the sales staff who l got to know on a first name basis I visited the new JB at Knox for the second time since they moved to the new store and frankly l do not like it. I feel that it has lost its character. The range of CDs and vinyl records in particular the limited edition sets are no longer there or if they were l could not find them. I know that l can purchase these on JB's website but l like to see and read the information before l buy. The old store at Knox had character along with the excellent staff .I know things change sometimes not for the better but l feel it is just another store. I will still visit but not on a regular visit like l use to, maybe l will visit more on line and make my purchases from the website. Bring back the old days.

    Bought a pair of earphones for my fiance and unfortunately they were faulty. Brough them back into store and unfortunately they didn't have stock and the model was discontinued, the manager then kindly offered me an upgrade to the next model at no extra cost to save me waiting to have one transferred. Excellent customer and communication. Thank you.

    Great stock range and staff are helpful as much as they can be. The store can get very busy so wait times to get individual help can be a challenge. The payment queue doesn't take that long, always appeeciate that they have every register open.

    I visited JB Hi-Fi for a click and collect order. Unfortunately, the in-store experience wasn't welcoming, with staff appearing a bit rude and lacking in politeness. Moreover, despite ordering a rice cooker, there was no bag provided, and I had to carry the box for nearly a kilometer to my car. It would be beneficial for the staff to undergo customer service training to enhance the overall experience for customers.

    The staff at this store would have to have be the most helpful I have encountered in a electrical store. On both occasions they went out of their way to listen to what we needed. Advised on what may work best in our particular circumstances. We are very happy to say our internet booster and security camera are both working fabulously.

    Needs to be resourced/staffed a lot better. Poor woman behind the counter had to request help dealing with the growing queue 3 times over the speaker before someone arrived to help, and I was left waiting for a salesperson to help with an order for a good 15 minutes. Knew what I wanted to buy, could see it, couldn't just check it out though cause it had to go through sales. I'd recommend buying online but if they're cutting staffing costs in store they'll definitely be doing it in the warehouses, best to find a better company.

    Good store, but parking has always been a pain. I do believe this store is moving in to knox main building soon. Would of been 5 stars but the lady that did my refund was standoffish.

    Complete waste of time. Don't trust the website of stock availability. I wanted a TV, check the website for stock availability ✓ Called store to confirm ✓. Drove a hour to be told they sold the last one two days prior and they hadn't removed it off the website. Poor form Knox. Knox J.B you've done it again!

    How does a true salesman let you walk out the door when they were guaranteed a $2500 sale at least????? Yep unfortunately and I have no idea how this happened but we went into JB Hifi Knox City and after spending about 30 mins deciding which TV to buy the salesman then said they didn"t have one in stock but other stores had them. When asked can we get one from another store and have it delivered he said "NO" unless we were going to get it installed and mounted at our cost. We said we didn"t need this service as it was not being mounted. He then proceeded to try and talk us into another smaller model because then the free delivery installation they were advertising didn't apply. We were so flabbergastered that they had no quams about letting us walk out the door. absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced and we will NEVER shop there again and possible NEVER shop at JB Hifi again. We later went to Harvey Norman in Springvale and bought the exact same TV for a better price and with the best customer service I have had in a very long time. JB Hifi Knox City you disgust me

    Wonderful service anytime I speak to a salesman here, always are attentive to the needs and wants of the customer in order to recommend a product for them, while also being quite charismatic. The range of products here is wide and varied, and are usually cheaper and better quality than other stores.

    Absolutely brilliant customer service 👍👌 Despite it being incredibly busy, staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help. Ended up buying a monitor and the process was super smooth and easy, I cannot fault them.

    Always great service and people at this JB staff are always pleasant and will go out of their way to help you. Good range of goods for the size of the store. The security guards at the door are very pleasant and not intimidating especially the tall young security guard who is quite knowledgeable and can help you with most enquiries. Parking can be difficult as it is in the Knox Ozone but overall my favourite JB hifi store.

    My HyperX headset has stopped working, I called up and asked about a potential warranty repair/replacement or anything else. I told the man I spoke to it was over 2 years old, he said to bring it in and we would have a look. I brought it in a week later as I was busy, to greet two men in the games area. I told them about the situation and they searched up my receipt and told me it was out of warranty… couldn’t have told me that over the phone? Oh well fair enough. I pointed out that they had a headset on sale very recently since it only just ended perhaps I could get it at that price, to help with the burden of a $300 headset loss. Also nope, they said even though the sale only just ended they can’t do any price for me. They seemed to enjoy telling me this too. I merely wanted options as it was quite disappointing that my headset of $300 was slightly out of warranty, and stopped working even though I took thorough care of it. I have spent a lot here and have had good experiences with employees there, but these two soured it.
