The indoor areas are very slippery and dangerous for older people. The lifeguards look all the time on their phones and doesn’t bother to dry the floor. I saw in the baby/kids area, all parents hold their children by hand, because the floor is slippery, wet and there are sharp corners on the stairs/ pool corners in this area. The outdoor pool, although very nice, is not heated and unfortunately only 20 degrees, so 99% of the people swim only indoors. So if you don’t go swimming with winter temperatures, don’t go. The inner pool is crowded and the whole area is very very dark. Lights are turned off. If I compare this swimming complex with other ones in other countries, this one is expensive and badly maintained.

I had much higher expectations listening what my friends were saying. Just standard. The Restaurant really sterile: coffee in plastic and all food reality industrial ...

I love this place. Kids love it too. Warm water to soak in and relax, play. Kids love the water slide. Outdoor thermal pool is very small. Indoor thermal pool has relaxing cave, and all sorts of water jets etc. and is of good size. If you don't fancy warm water, normal full size swimming pool is also on site indoor and outdoor. The outdoor one open only in the summer.

Absolutely rubbish. The water wasn’t even warm. Outside area closed. Shower area doesn’t have soap. Go to the one in Germany. Far superior and cheaper!

We were quite upset with the stairs, they were extremely spippery! Our visit could end sad. Exept of the stairs everything was nice, especially the cave.

Nice but you pay for sauna extra and it closes earlier than the pool so better check the times. You can fill your e-mail and register to join the club to get a 100czk discount, effective immediately. Not sure if it’s just me but the water in the relax pool seemed cold, even though it said 32 Celsius. For just laying there it wasn’t enough.

Excellent water park for couples and families with children of all ages. Large indoor pool with relaxation elements, illuminated cave with whirlpool. Indoor water slide and children's paddling pool with toys. Definitely do not hesitate to visit

Great fun for family. But I can't give five stars, because I think pricing of small kids is not right - price shall be by age and not by how tall they are.

Very nice aquapark. Clean and well kept. Pools are made of stainless steel, thus very hygienic. Several pools for small kids, slides, toboggan, pool for swimming... we loved it!

Pohjoiseurooppan verrattuna, on kyllä surkea. Mainostaa Suomalaista sauna jossa ei voi heittää löylyä, saat vielä maksaa saunasta erikseen. Ei jatkoon. Hinta laatu suhde ei täsmää ollenkaan. Asiakaspalvelija ei tiedottaa kassalla mistään. Mutta auttaa mielellään joka kerta kun juokset tiskille kysyäkseen tarpeistaan.

Pools and waterslides are cool but no public saunas included in the ticket price.
