We
decided
to
go
here
after
seeing
some
very
good
reviews
and
craving
pizza,
it
was
a
last
minute
decision
so
we
didn't
have
a
reservation
and
were
prepared
to
wait.
We
tried
to
ask
for
a
table
in
Italian,
and
the
front
of
house
hostess
rolled
her
eyes
when
we
said
we
speak
English.
She
spoke
to
someone
we
assume
is
the
owner
or
head
chef
who
agreed
to
fit
us
in,
and
he
took
us
to
a
table
in
a
room
to
the
side.
We
didn't
mind
this
as
we
were
grateful
to
get
a
table.
When
we
were
shown
our
table,
the
owner/chef
removed
a
reservation
paper
which
was
on
the
table.
Before
we
were
fully
settled,
one
waiter
placed
menus
on
the
corner
of
our
table
and
before
we'd
even
had
chance
to
pick
them
up,
another
waiter
who
was
chewing
gum
asked
to
take
our
order.
When
we
asked
for
a
moment
to
look
at
the
menus
he
rolled
his
eyes
and
walked
to
the
other
side
of
the
room.
We
ordered
a
starter
which
arrived
within
minutes
of
us
being
seated.
This
didn't
seem
alarming
as
it
was
a
basic
bruschetta.
However,
before
we
were
even
half-way
through
our
starter,
the
side
dish
which
we
had
explicitly
requested
to
be
with
our
mains
turned
up,
and
we
were
told
"pizzas
are
on
their
way".
We
still
had
half
of
our
starter
left.
By
this
point
it
was
absolutely
clear
that
they
didn't
want
us
there
and
that
we
were
an
inconvenience.
As
soon
as
our
starters
were
finished,
the
plates
were
removed
and
replaced
with
our
main
pizzas.
Throughout
the
short
time
we
were
there,
three
waiters
kept
coming
into
our
room
and
looking
over
our
shoulder
to
see
how
much
we
had
left.
This
happened
every
couple
of
minutes.
Towards
the
end
of
our
meal,
another
table
was
seated
next
to
us,
and
the
waiters
had
a
totally
different
attitude
towards
them,
and
couldn't
do
enough
to
help
them
choose
what
to
order.
This
table
had
longer
to
choose
their
drinks
than
we
had
to
sit
down,
order
our
entire
meal,
and
consume
our
starter.
As
you
can
see
from
the
attached
screenshot,
we
were
in
the
restaurant
for
around
40
minutes,
from
asking
for
a
table
to
attempting
to
pay
the
bill,
but
being
ignored
by
the
front
of
house
waitress
who
takes
the
card
payments,
but
was
too
busy
answering
phone
calls
to
look
at
us.
She
didn't
even
acknowledge
that
the
payment
had
been
completed
successfully,
instead
she
continued
to
take
calls
and
we
had
to
interrupt
her
to
confirm
payment
had
been
taken.
This
is
all
a
great
shame
as
the
restaurant
itself
was
very
nicely
decorated
and
the
quality
of
the
food
was
decent.
Had
we
been
given
more
respect
and
time
and
space
to
enjoy
our
meal
it
would
have
made
for
a
pleasant
evening,
however
we
were
back
in
our
hotel
room
(which
was
10
minutes
away),
1
hour
after
we'd
left
it
initially.
The
whole
experience
was
regretful,
we
would
rather
have
been
turned
down
and
had
to
find
somewhere
else
for
dinner.
Never
before
have
we
been
treated
in
such
a
way,
it
was
incredibly
uncomfortable
to
be
watched
constantly
and
made
to
feel
as
unwelcome
as
we
were.
We
had
no
option
but
to
rush
our
meals
and
get
out
of
there
because
it
was
ruining
our
night.
We
each
ended
up
leaving
around
1/3
of
our
main
pizza
because
of
how
full
we
were
from
rushing
straight
into
mains
from
the
starter.
