😠 A perfect example of an organization that has no business being around. Brought our 2 year old in for a swim at 10:30 on a Wednesday in April. Got grief we didn’t make a reservation (as there were only about 8 people in the entire complex, including staff). The team then told us we couldn’t go into... People often mention pool, great,

A perfect example of an organization that has no business being around. Brought our 2 year old in for a swim at 10:30 on a Wednesday in April. Got grief we didn’t make a reservation (as there were only about 8 people in the entire complex, including staff). The team then told us we couldn’t go into an empty pool until 11 without paying another $28 dollars for 20 minutes. Paying $56 to watch our toddler in a pool for just over an hour is robbery. They were even going to make us pay $14 for a two month old sleeping in a car seat. Not a family friendly place at all. Just to be clear all the money you pay only allows you access to one spot. You can’t work out or do anything else. You probably had to pay for bathrooms too but we didn’t get around to asking. That before we walked out the door. Most expensive and worst run business in Fraser/Winter Park. Will never be back here again...

You guys really need to start advertising better pay to bring in employees seeing how that’s your excuse for not staying open any longer than 7pm or open before 6 now. It’s pretty ridiculous that ski season is now here but hours haven’t changed. Compound the amount of people who frequent the gym in the afternoons with the dirtiness you guys have been allowing especially in the locker rooms, just poor management in my honest opinion. Pay people more so you actually have employees.

This place has so much available and has activities for the whole family. From swimming, sports, working out, gymnastics, and so much more, this place is a must visit for groups and families with children. Although many enjoyed this facility as tourists, almost as many locals seemed to be there too. Wonderfully priced, we enjoyed the pool area, which included 3 pools (lap pool, main pool - connected to their "lazy river", and kiddie pool), hot tub, sauna and steam room. It was great! For those whose children still wear diapers, they had swim diapers available for purchase at the Front Desk. Super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The pool will not let us in because there is too much people. We were waiting but people were walking in and out of the pool but still would not let us in. I would rather swim somewhere else.

Great facility to use when visiting!! I love the sauna, and they have a pretty decent size workout area. I will say though— Kids are not monitored at this gym, which is a little nerve-racking for their own safety. Some 6-7 yr old girls got on the treadmill on a high speed and tried to run on it together. Then the middle school age boys were trying to lift weights, I was scared for them when they put too heavy plates on the bar and struggled to lift it. Parents definitely need to be more attentive and the front desk should try and monitor to make sure little kids aren’t running up to the equipment area upstairs.

Visited to checkout the facilities and pricing options. Nice pools, gym, aerobics room, sauna and hot tub. Restrooms were clean and well maintained, handicap accessible. A variety of classes and programs are offered for all ages. Prices were a bit high but it's in Fraser/Winter Park

Decent facilities, advertising is misleading--most of the activities are not open to the public unless you have a certification. Also interesting that kids below 12 cannot climb on the auto belay but they can go swimming without a parent. Parents want to make sure their kids are safe? You will need to pay to see them swim or else the lady at front desk will berate you.

No towels for the pool unless you buy one for $10. Can't use rock climbing belay unless pre certified. Adults have to pay just to accompany the kids.

This place is amazing! If you are ever in Winter Park and missing your workout it is a nicely equipped rec center. The indoor track has beautiful Mountain Views. My daughter really enjoyed their kidtastics gymnastics class too. The indoor pool is heated and great for laps or family fun. We will plan to spend more time there next trip.

Great rec with an amazing water feature for kiddos and pool. Love the set up for equipment as well. I'd be sure to stop by for your workout when on vacation or if you're a local.

This place is awesome! Took my granddaughter there last year and she had a blast! Very clean and we can’t wait to go back! Staff was very friendly! I would give it a 10 star if I could! I have taught aerobics for years and this is a great facility!

If you are just vacationing in Fraser/Winter park, an afternoon in Grand park rec center is worth your time. My 5 and 6 year olds absolutely loved the pool area with a big looped slide, little splash playground, lazy river, and even the hot jacuzzi. For swimmers, there is a separate pool just for you. Overall, it is a great place for kids and adults to have fun or just relax. Rec center also offers a rock climbing wall, gymnastics classes (I believe this is for regular visitors), or a basketball court.

Good pool temperature. Being able to continue my physical therapy while on vacation this week was very helpful. I lost another 4 pounds and strengthened my legs more by being able to walk in the lazy river. The current amps up the work out when walking against it.
