I went there for permanent hair removal. I received a very warm welcome and the treatment was painless. I was well informed before the treatment and during the treatment I was repeatedly asked whether everything was okay. Very nice and competent team. I switched to the store in Cologne because the one near me was closing. I was able to continue using my flat rate for treatment, which I am very happy about.
