Unfortunately
very
unstructured
and
not
particularly
customer
friendly.
In
Oct.
2022
I
ordered
a
bandolier,
kittens,
a
cartridge
case
and
shoulder
boards
for
an
ensign.
I
picked
up
all
parts
at
the
end
of
January
2023.
Since
my
tunic
was
only
finished
after
the
session,
I
didn't
notice
that
the
bandolier
was
a
field
armband.
It
has
to
be
said
that
our
club
only
has
a
field
armband
for
board
members.
The
error
was
only
noticed
in
April
before
the
maneuver.
When
asked
about
the
error,
I
was
told
on
the
phone
that
the
bandage
could
not
be
exchanged
for
the
bandolier
so
quickly
because
a
bandolier
was
not
in
stock.
It
was
also
criticized
that
I
only
noticed
the
error
in
April.
Since
I
needed
the
entire
uniform
for
the
maneuver,
I
bought
a
bandolier
from
our
trusted
seamstress
because
she
happened
to
have
a
suitable
one
in
stock.
Now
I
wanted
to
exchange
the
wrong
bandolier
(field
bandage)
today
or
I
would
have
preferred
the
money
back.
Ms.
Kappes
only
exchanged
the
bandage
for
a
bandolier
because
she
said
that
the
bandoliers
were
already
in
stock
at
the
beginning
of
April.
So
far
so
fair.
I.e.
due
to
the
ignorant
employee
I
now
have
2
bandoliers.
At
a
price
of
€180.00
per
bandolier,
it's
not
very
encouraging.
The
quality
of
the
bandolier,
shoulder
boards,
cartridge
pouches
and
scratch
are
good.
I'm
just
annoyed
at
the
way
the
error
was
handled
and
I
now
have
2
bandoliers.
