We wanted to look into costumes for a meeting. But unfortunately not possible with a wheelchair. Parking spaces available in front of the house. The lower part of the building is for party items, etc., and then the stairs go up to the costumes. Very unfortunate. Even if it is an old building, it could have been retrofitted long ago. There are ways to grow something like this from outside so that it is accessible to everyone. Too bad!!

Unfortunately very unstructured and not particularly customer friendly. In Oct. 2022 I ordered a bandolier, kittens, a cartridge case and shoulder boards for an ensign. I picked up all parts at the end of January 2023. Since my tunic was only finished after the session, I didn't notice that the bandolier was a field armband. It has to be said that our club only has a field armband for board members. The error was only noticed in April before the maneuver. When asked about the error, I was told on the phone that the bandage could not be exchanged for the bandolier so quickly because a bandolier was not in stock. It was also criticized that I only noticed the error in April. Since I needed the entire uniform for the maneuver, I bought a bandolier from our trusted seamstress because she happened to have a suitable one in stock. Now I wanted to exchange the wrong bandolier (field bandage) today or I would have preferred the money back. Ms. Kappes only exchanged the bandage for a bandolier because she said that the bandoliers were already in stock at the beginning of April. So far so fair. I.e. due to the ignorant employee I now have 2 bandoliers. At a price of €180.00 per bandolier, it's not very encouraging. The quality of the bandolier, shoulder boards, cartridge pouches and scratch are good. I'm just annoyed at the way the error was handled and I now have 2 bandoliers.

Great selection and fantastic advice! We listened carefully to your wishes and always kept an eye on the price range. Lots of useful tips given. Absolutely recommended! Finding the right costume will be a real experience!

Think carefully about where you will have your uniform or Litewka tailored Mine (400.-) was sewn with a hot needle! After putting it on three times, the seams came loose and the button came off 😩 I brought them there today! And Mrs. Kappes insulted me!!! Complaints only within 8 days I will stop all new members of my kg from having them sewn there

Very unfriendly, unmotivated employee. Happened to me and a friend 3 times now. This lady just doesn't feel like working.

Unfortunately expensive in contrast to other stores, business hours are unfortunately not very convenient for people who have to work and returns are also rather difficult (returns only possible with another item or voucher). However, despite everything, very nice staff.
