in
German.
We
are
really
Disappointed
and
UN-Satisfied
for
your
services
now.
We

planning
to
tell
everyone
we
know
in
Germany
and
advise
them
DO
NOT
shopping
in
Hoeffner
in
the
future.
And
we
also
prefer
to
return
everything
we
bought
from
Hoeffner
if
we

need

money.

they
said
there
were
some
mistake,
they
didn't
order
any
new
board
for
us,
they
need
to
ordered
it
again.

get
the
replacement
until
now.

Delivered
a
wrong

bed
rest

the
1m*2m
bed,
and

two
months
to
change.

The
side
board

wardrobe
without
holes
caused
to
can
not
installation
the
clapboards.
Have
not
fixed
until
now.

First
time
delivery,
came
with
many
broken
broads
for
the
2
corner
wardrobes(1m*1m).
After
two
and
half
months
waiting,
came
with
some
broken
boards
again,
then
said
it
was
difficult
to
install
the
wardrobes
and
advised
us
to
canceled
the
orders.

We
signed
the
contract
to
change
a
1.2m*2m
bed.
After
two
months
waiting,

delivery
staff
came
and
said
"we
didn't
get
the
task
to
demolite
the
old
bed,

only
can
install

new
bed",
then
they
just
leaved
with
the
new
bed.

three
weeks,
they
came
again,
this
time,
they
found
the
new
bed
have
some
defects,
then
they
leaved
with
the
new
bed
again,
unbelievable.
