    Dear Hoeffner, We are really Disappointed and UN-Satisfied for your services now. We are planning to tell everyone we know in Germany and advise them DO NOT shopping in Hoeffner in the future. And we also prefer to return everything we bought from Hoeffner if we don’t need to lost money. From May to July of this year, we spent more than 30, 000 Euro in Hoeffner, here is the contract numbers: 6187409, 6203390, 6217819, 6200214, 6196268, 6198825, 6203321, 6203294 There were more than 20 mistakes , product defects happened from you Hoeffner side. We are very skeptical that your service and quality are not worth your price. 6203390 1. First time, come with two boards with two defects. 2. After two months, come with a new board with defect again, we accept the defect with 100 Euro discount as we really don't want to waste time for the exchange. 6187409 1. First time came with some parts missing and some parts with mistake; 2. After two months waiting, came with missing parts again, and found a broken part as well. 3. Completed everything in third times. 6200214 1. First time installed the bed in a wrong way, generated a lot of noise when we were sleeping on it. After we feedbacked this problem to your Customer center, it takes 3 weeks to have one staff came and fixed it. 2. One board of Bedside table have a big defect, the installation staffs just installed it and leaved without any notification. After feedbacked this problem to customer center, they sent an email told us that they will send a new board to us. After two months waiting, we go to the customer center again, they said there were some mistake, they didn't order any new board for us, they need to ordered it again. we didn't get the replacement until now. Un-believable. 6196268 Many many mistakes and defects with this contract: 1. One board in the TV cabinet have a big hole. 2. One board in the TV cabinet is not vertical. 3. One board of the 1m*2m bed have bed Paint off problem. Have not fixed until now. 4. Delivered a wrong style bed rest of the 1m*2m bed, and take two months to change. 5. The side board of wardrobe without holes caused to can not installation the clapboards. Have not fixed until now. 7. First time delivery, came with many broken broads for the 2 corner wardrobes(1m*1m). After two and half months waiting, came with some broken boards again, then said it was difficult to install the wardrobes and advised us to canceled the orders. 8. We signed the contract to change a 1.2m*2m bed. After two months waiting, the delivery staff came and said "we didn't get the task to demolite the old bed, we only can install the new bed", then they just leaved with the new bed. After three weeks, they came again, this time, they found the new bed have some defects, then they leaved with the new bed again, unbelievable. 6198825 1. First time delivery, they came with the wrong Table corners. 2. After 3 months waiting, they came with another wrong table corners again, we didn't get the new one until now. 6203294 1. First time delivery, the installation staffs said the cabinet can not be used. 2. After one month waiting, another staff came and advised us to cancel the order. Is this everything is because we are not German? Are you will treat us with the same way if we are German? Really Disappointed with shopping in Hoeffner. Can we go to the Consumer Association to complain about you?

    Just moved in Germany. I was in here to buy my new sofa. The store by itself was really great. Also all ther people in the store was so nice they asked me so many times if I need any help and they helped me so well. But the problem was delivery. The guy who delivery sofa could not find my house and when he see my face, he started screaming at me. I indicate the house number in the contract and also he has my phone number. He could call me if he does not know how to read house number 11. He was screaming at me (Here is in Germany! You have to speak German!) And finally I brought him to my house and told him the sofa must go to 1st floor. And he was gigling about it for 5 seconds. The guy who helped me in the store asked me where is the sofa has to be placed and I told him it will be 1st ground. I do not know what is going wrong with delivery guys. But I know I will never buy amything from Höffner with this very bad experience. That was really unhappy situation for being fun in front of all of my neighbors from early morning. Moreover. They destroyed like the picture.

    They are the most unreliable company you can order yoir household. The salesman for kitchen department made a contract and never replied to my requests again. In the contract time customer service ytold me kitchen would be deliver in the first week of Aug, afterwards i signed the contract. After they said no we are delivering that on 13th September and i am one and half month without kitchen. Today the canceled delivery and said we can’t provide any other date now. The customer service are very rude and unreasonable please don’t trust their words and check the date mention in contract. Today i said i can’t wait more and i can cancel the contract and they said i van not minimum they have time till mud of October. 6 month for one small kitchen unbelievable!!!!!!!

    Worst staff ever!! My mom talked to one of the employees and complained about her delivery and tried to explain what was going and and the employee hung up in the middle of the conversation and didn’t even let my mom explain. This is unbelievable behavior!!

    I ordered two wardrobes here and decided to return them because of the long waiting time. I wrote an email to the customer service but no one replied, so I decided to call them, but the person who answered the phone had a very bad attitude, and said that the phone could not solve the problem, I can only write e-mails. Excuse me?? If someone replied my email will I call you??? Then later, I complain through their office website and finally someone replied my email. These took almost 20 days. I replied and confirm it immediately when I got the email, but until now it has been another 20 days no reply again!!!!! I will keep complaining and NEVER visit Höffner again.

    Worst experience ever, ordered the kitchen in April, agreed delivery date is mid of July, then extend to mid of August, and until today I still do not get the kitchen; the worst part is that I can never reach the sales person’s phone after we sign the contract! This is the customer service for almost 30k€ kitchen?!! I just have to say do not buy kitchen here!! Save urself some trouble!

    It is a place which you can find almost everything for your house with a reasonable price with high quality. It really worth visiting, specifically during its 40% off ! Check there website for checking the price. You can buy online to but i recommend to go there in person because it is also decorated very well.

    Worst service. Very bad customer service. Rude delivery personnel. My order from February is still pending. Parts missing in delivery and waiting since 2 months. No one cares for customer satisfaction. Never wants to visit them

    Quality furniture but not cheap, delivery and installation can take weeks to months. They honour their commitment though and are generally easily reachable by phone for any issues.

    The delivery service is too lazy to bring the furniture up in the third floor with an elevator! Just left the furniture at the entrance of the building and refused to bring it up. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend this store.

    A lot of choices.. but the stuff is so freaking rude and so not polite! It was nearly closing hour and every single worker there rudely saying to people to go fast in check point‘. There must be disciplinary courses for their behavior.

    Most unprofessional and in reliable kitchen service. First it took over three months for a cabinet, fridge Korpus, and a counter top order, then when we picked up the order the cabinet was missing (which they said they will contact us if they find it who out giving any solid timeline) and after unboxing the fridge Korpus at home we noticed that it was the wrong size. I cannot wait another three months for them to reorder the Korpus and the cabinet. No one should have to pay their premium prices and be left without a kitchen for so long at the same time.

    An update; My 3rd bad experience in this store. Late delivery, very loud customer service, Ms. Markwordt, didnt register my complaint, takes no responsibility for the 3 weeks of delay. Not even allowed me to register my enquiry. The customer service didnt allowed me to cancel my order, after 3 weeks of delay, but asking me to pay fine for cancellation, and it will be effective 5 weeks after the receipt of the contract cancellation. I do not recommend this furniture store. Try to stay away. The shining building and the decorations are just a trap for the customers. I never go back to this store

    Update: After writing email to the customer care, received quick and friendly responses. The new delivery timeline provided was double the originally committed (understandable due to logistics issue in these Covid times). They also offered a discount voucher as a compensation. Delivery happened just within committed date and persons were cheerful and did perfect job. Overall satisfied with the customer service after the escalation! Old: Worst service! I ordered furniture in August and was given 8 weeks delivery time.. after 8 weeks, they can not tell even the status of delivery. Worst service. Never again!!

    Worst Service Can never reach a person that can solve the problem. Ordered a bed at Neuss Store early July, was promised the delivery would be 2-3 weeks. It did not come, I tried to call the staff who sold me the bed and she cannot help me. Called different numbers and they referred me to customer service. But can never reach a person. I really needed the bed and ordered at IKEA and cancelled the order at Hoeffner immediately through phone and email and website. I have received no response after 2 weeks. I want my money back.
