aren't
a
priority
in
this
store!!
I
bought
a
chair
in
the
store
few
weeks
ago,
along
with
another
things
I
ordered.
They
charged
me
full
amount
instead
of
sale
price
for
the
chair!
As
the
pick
up
store
was
almost
closing,
paid
up
in
hurry
and
went
to
collect
my
chair.
Once
I
got
home
and
noticed
the
mistake,
called
the
client
service
the
day
after,
they
couldn't
help.
As
I
don't
live
in
Germany
couldn't
go
back
right
away,
so
few
weeks
after,
went
back
to
store
and
asked
for
help.
Firstly
everyone
was
just
sending
me
to
another
colleague,
finally
they
sent
to
manager
Mr.
Rischik.
The
guy
was
so
impolite,
he
was
informed
about
us
but
continued
talking
with
his
colleague
anyway
right
in
front
of
us!
After
a
long
wait
he
came
and
said
he
wouldn't
talk
in
English,
French
or
any
other
languages!
So
I
asked
his
colleague
to
translate,
I
explained
him
the
whole
situation
but
he
refused
to
help
us.
He
said
it
was
our
mistake
we
paid
it,
and
now
he
wouldn't
return
our
money.
I
explained
him
the
mistake
should
be
of
his
colleague
who
charged
the
full
price
instead
of
promotion
and
i
bought
another
things
didn't
notice
right
away
but
he
could
arrange
it.
He
completely
denied
to
help,
I
explained
him
was
a
usual
client
and
I
would
complain
about
it,
and
they
would
loose
a
faithful
client.
He
was
very
rude
and
arrogant
and
said
he
didn't
care
at
all
and
told
me
to
leave!
Very
unhappy
about
the
service!!!!
