With
this
review
I
would
like
to
express
constructive
criticism
of
this
practice.
I
had
a
sports
accident
at
the
beginning
of
the
month,
when
the
Brühl
hospital
asked
me
to
see
an
orthopaedist,
I
decided
to
go
to
the
Bruehl
joint
center.
Since
I
had
heard
"good"
things
about
the
local
doctors
at
the
time.
When
I
had
my
consultation,
everything
went
relatively
quickly,
the
meeting
and
the
check-up
by
the
doctor
went
moderately.
The
doctor
couldn't
tell
me
anything
specific,
he
ruled
out
a
cruciate
ligament
tear
and
left
the
treatment
room
with
the
statement:
"Something's
broken".
I
got
an
MRI
appointment
promptly
because
the
practice
had
dealt
with
it.
When
I
got
the
MRT
ten
days
later,
I
reported
to
the
practice
of
the
Brühl
joint
center
to
have
further
steps
taken.
Unfortunately,
I
received
no
answer
for
seven
days,
not
to
the
calls
or
the
emails.
The
practice
did
not
respond
either.
When
(you)
finally
stood
in
front
of
the
practice
and
exerted
pressure,
everything
went
"quickly"
again.
30
minutes
of
waiting
and
then
the
conversation
with
the
hand
surgeon,
who
was
supposed
to
look
at
my
broken
knee,
since
my
doctor
in
charge
was
out
in
front
of
my
eyes
left
the
door.
I
still
have
to
say
that
this
doctor
knows
his
stuff.
Unfortunately,
his
diagnosis
didn't
help
me
much
other
than
prescribing
a
new
brace
and
medication.
The
conversation
was
easy
going,
being
too
easy
means
it
was
ridiculed.
This
time,
too,
it
was
ruled
out
that
there
was
something
on
the
cruciate
ligament,
although
the
MRI
report
said
something
else.
This
diagnosis
was
not
enough
for
me,
so
I
got
a
second
opinion
at
the
Eduardus
Hospital
in
Cologne.
The
result
was
ACL-
Ruptured
knee
left
lateral
ligament
partial
lesion.Unfortunately
there
is
no
understanding
for
missed
twice,because
the
knee
needs
surgery.Thank
you
until
then
and
see
you
again.

Mit
dieser
Rezension
möchte
ich
dieser
Praxis
konstruktive
Kritik
äußern.
Ich
hatte
Anfang
des
Monats
einen
Sportunfall,
als
das
Brühler
Krankenhaus
mich
gebeten
hatte
mich
bei
einem
Orthopäden
vorzustellen,
habe
ich
mich
für
das
Gelenkzentrum
Brühl
entschieden.
Da
ich
zu
dem
Zeitpunkt
,,gutes"
von
den
Ärzten
vor
Ort
gehört
hatte.
Als
ich
dann
meine
Sprechstunde
hatte,
ging
alles
relativ
schnell,
die
Besprechung
bzw.
die
Kontrolle
vom
Arzt
verlief
mäßig.
Der
Arzt
hatte
mir
nichts
Genaues
sagen
können,
er
schloss
ein
Kreuzbandriss
aus
und
ging
mit
der
Aussage:
,,Da
ist
etwas
kaputt"
aus
dem
Behandlungsraum
raus.
Ich
bekam
ein
MRT
Termin
zeitnah
gestellt,
da
sich
die
Praxis
damit
auseinandergesetzt
hatte.
Als
ich
zehn
Tage
später
das
MRT
gemacht
bekommen
habe,
meldete
ich
mich
in
der
Praxis
des
Brühler
Gelenkzentrums
um
weitere
Schritte
einleiten
zu
lassen.
Leider
erhielt
ich
sieben
Tage
keine
Antwort,
nicht
auf
die
Anrufe,
oder
die
Mails.
Auch
die
Praxis
meldete
sich
nicht.
Als
(man)
dann
im
Endeffekt
vor
der
Praxis
stand
und
druck
ausübte,
ging
alles
wieder
,,schnell".
30
Minuten
Wartezeit
und
dann
das
Gespräch
mit
dem
Handchirurgen,
der
sich
mein
kaputtes
Knie
anschauen
sollte,
da
mein
zuständiger
Arzt
vor
meinen
Augen
aus
der
Tür
gegangen
ist.
Ich
muss
trotzdem
sagen,
dass
dieser
Arzt
in
seinem
Bereich
Ahnung
hat.
Leider
hat
mir
seine
Diagnose
nicht
weiter
geholfen,
außer
das
Verschreiben
von
einer
neuen
Schiene
und
Medikamenten.
Das
Gespräch
verlief
locker,
wobei
es
zu
locker
war,
bedeutet
es
wurde
ins
Lächerliche
gezogen.
Auch
diesmal
wurde
ausgeschlossen
das
etwas
am
Kreuzband
ist,
obwohl
im
MRT
Bericht
etwas
anderes
stand.
Diese
Diagnose
hat
mir
nicht
ausgereicht,
deswegen
habe
ich
mir
eine
zweite
Meinung
im
Eduardus
Krankenhaus
in
Köln
eingeholt.
Heraus
kam,
VKB-Ruptur
Knie
links
Außenbandteilläsion.
Leider
gibt
es
kein
Verständnis
für
zweimaliges
übersehen,
denn
das
Knie
muss
operiert
werden.
Danke
bis
dahin
und
auf
Wiedersehen.
