My last visit was very pleasant. Immediate seating, prompt service. Nadine our server suggested the crab feast platter and it was delicious!! The manager Naveen was very nice and she checked on us throughout our meal. Overall great experience, pleasant employees, prompt service.

As soon as I walked into the restaurant I was instantly greeted and tended to. I was sat down and my server quickly came around and brought fresh warm biscuits and asked for my drink order. I got the Cajun Alfredo pasta and it was delicious ! My server Steven was very considerate in he like me make my decision on my order and tender to my every need. The manager walked around and asked everyone how they were doing which I thought was a nice touch. Overall 10/10 experience. Definitely coming back !

Lovely, absolutely lovely! The moment that you enter Red Lobster, you are greeted by smiling, friendly staff that are ready to serve. The food was delicious and timely served. Well done! I definitely will be back! I highly recommend the Frederick, MD Red Lobster. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

Nadine, the bartender, was amazing. Got me a drink while I waited for my girlfriend, made sure I didn’t need anything food-wise as well. Once she arrived we decided to stay at the bar and Nadine took excellent care of us, the food (endless shrimp) was delicious and came out hot, our drinks stayed filled, and even the manager came over to ask how things were at the end. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Red Lobster but I will definitely be going back whenever I want some coconut shrimp!

My sister and I visited this location for lunch. The food was good and the service was amazing. Shoquana was so friendly, pleasant, and fun. She has a great personality and a great sense of humor. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently, which we appreciated. It was obvious that she enjoys people and likes what she does. Great job!!

We had a very enjoyable dinner at Red Lobster. The server was great and our food was awesome. Neveen, the manager, came to our table and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. I thought that was a great addition to our experience to have the manager check in like that. We will definitely be back. Dessert was awesome

I am writing this in real time (I’m still sitting in the restaurant). What’s not to love about Red Lobster? The food is really good but the staff! Amazing! Our server Steven M. was very attentive, and professional. Did I mention that the put their foot (in a good way) into the Brussels sprouts? Best I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t say it if I didn’t mean it.

I had exceptional service today at red lobster. My server Tyler, was very attentive and did a great job. He was very polite and made sure we comfortable. Manager was also friendly, came over to check on our food and service. Over all great lunch
