I
have
been
avoiding
posting
a
review
but
it
seems
as
I
can’t
get
a
call
back
from
a
supervisor.
I
love
my
aesthetician
she
is
amazing
and
always
does
a
great
job
but
she
is
usually
booked
and
it’s
hard
to
get
an
appointment
because
they
are
always
short
so
you
have
to
book
way
out.
well
I
live
over
an
hour
away
so
I
don’t
come
as
often.
On
my
last
visit
I
was
offered
a
pass,
buy
3
waxes
get
1
free.
I
specifically
asked
if
they
expire
and
was
told
they
never
expire
so
I
bought
it
thinking
wow
this
is
great.
Boy
was
I
wrong
!!!
I
used
1
pass
the
I
bought
it.
I
went
back
last
week
and
after
my
wax
the
receptionist
says
I
owe.
I
told
her
I
should
have
a
pass
on
file.
She
checks
and
says
it
has
been
expired
since
February.
I
explained
I
was
told
they
don’t
expire.
She
says
they
normally
don’t
and
that
must
have
been
a
special.
I
was
so
upset
because
I
spent
so
much
money
on
the
pass
and
still
had
to
pay.
She
assured
me
that
a
supervisor
would
reach
out
to
me
and
it’s
been
over
a
week
now.
So
disappointed!
