This place is so lovely! We met with Bob who showed us around and most of all he’s such a great listener, and very family orientated. He was so kind and heard all of our needs. Not only is he that good but he follows up! He is amazing! You would 100% think he’s the owner because his personality is so fun! He shows you the littlest details in the apartments. He is just so very kind! We love Mr. Bob I hope when you go get a tour that you will get him. he is very personable. 500 stars for me!

Bob Flaherty the Leasing Specialist is one of the main reasons my father rented at the Park at Walnut Ridge. Bob is a a truly wonderful human being who cares about his clients. He went well above and beyond to help my 77 year old father who recently lost his wife of 45 years down size his home to an apartment. Bob is very quick to respond to questions and make people feel at ease when they ask questions. The residents at Walnut Ridge are lucky to have him.

What an amazing community. I have been coming here as a visitor, as my son lives here. I join him with their amazing resident parties, and they are so much fun. Rafael now the property director and Bob go above and beyond. They both interact and laugh with their community. After speaking with Bob about the food trucks, he mentioned how he wants an over the top living experience for his community and how this helps local businesses. What a great idea!! I never seen a leasing office like this and a group of coworkers that get along so great.. I just want to say thank you Rafael and Bob, for taking car of my son while he’s living there. I almost forgot I want to mention how Mike and Yoni interact with everyone and even the dogs! The fur babies even there love living there with alway getting treats from Mike, Yoni, and leasing office! It makes me as a mother sleep well at night that my son is there safe and taken care of! If you love heavenly Mountain View’s and peace and serenity!

I had the pleasure of hosting a trivia night at The Park at Walnut Ridge. Was duly impressed at the quality of the establishment, the cleanliness of the pool, and the overall beauty of the estate. The staff, Rafael and Bob, were professional and welcoming. The residents were interactive and friendly and genuinely appreciative of the special event, which I understand is a regular monthly happening for them. Wish I could live there!!

The apartments are nice, spacious and a cozy and quiet place, the maintenance workers are very attentive and always at their service with great respect and attention, the manager and assistant are incredibly helpful and very kind to the tenants. We are very happy to have rented in this nice place, all the neighbors are friendly people. 😊🙏 I recommend it if you are looking for an apartment, do not hesitate to come and see this place.

The Park at Walnut Ridge is a quiet, pleasant, and refreshing place to live. The staff are fantastic and really make a heartfelt effort to make residents feel welcome and part of the community. The place is also always super clean and there are so many quality amenities offered. Out of all the choices out there, I feel that this one is the best. It was an easy choice for me. I have lived at The Park at Walnut Ridge since 2015 and the apartments are very modern, up to date and spacious. The maintenance staff always goes over and beyond for fast and very friendly service. Called in a request today around 2 o'clock and when I got home at 4 the request was already completed. Thanks guys 😊

I am the Leasing Specialist, here at The Park at Walnut Ridge. I have been here for a year now. This review is for my experience as an employee. Over the past year, I have made amazing relationships with our vendors, and our local food trucks here in Frederick, MD! We have food trucks for our residents throughout the week, and with amazing, hot, fresh, and variety of food! Most importantly all of our amazing residents and future residents. If I LOVE coming to work everyday, I know you will LOVE living here. We have a beautiful community with gorgeous views, beautiful, spacious apartment homes, with open floor plans, and over the top monthly resident events and amenities. My fellow colleagues are a joy to work with everyday also. Christiana, our new assistant property director, recently joined our team. She brings a lot of fun, ideas, knowledge, and energy to The Park, for our residents and future residents! Mike and Yoni our service/maintenance team always have a sense of urgency for any repairs, or service requests. Lastly, I want to mention Rafael who is our Property Director, here at The Park at Walnut Ridge. Rafael is very involved with all of our residents, by having over the top monthly resident events; and always goes out of his way, to say hello when anyone walks in the leasing office. #livetheparklife

I went for a tour at this community and I must say, I'm impressed! The property was very clean and the apartments were nice and spacious. My tour guide Christina was extremely professional and friendly. She patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel welcomed right away. I had a great first impression of this community!

The best customer service, Mr. Rafael was very kind and attentive to us
