    Let me give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the manager & employees at Chick Fil A on Monocacy Rd in Frederick MD. Yesterday headed to PA we gave this restaurant about 5 minutes notice that we were coming......notice as in "look at your front window and that bus at the light is us"! 🤣 As we were driving thru the nearby shopping center lot to park, the manager of CFA comes out and motions for us to come to the restaurant......he gets on the bus to greet us and he maneuvers us thru their lot.....unloads us so that we can go in, order and sit down & eat while he helps the driver park the bus. The employees were so excited and so helpful and ready to serve. We spoke to the managers while leaving and were told that we were probably about the 2nd bus that they had seen/served since COVID and that when they saw us they got excited and they said "this is gonna be like old times"......OLD TIMES!!! How sad does that sound that within 2 years, everything pre-COVID, is now considered OLD times? 😪 well....old times or not, CFA you guys did not disappoint! Thank you......Thank you for the food, the service, and the hospitality. May God continue to Bless! 🙏

    Where does this company find all of these quality young people to staff their establishment? My son and I love it when Mom says: where do you want to go get some food? Chick-fil-A!!!!! Always delicious, always fast service and the staff is unmatched.

    I give up on this location. I work down the road so it's the most convenient. However, over the past 3 months it's become so awful that it's no longer worth the convenience. I order the same thing always and about every other time that I go I get the wrong item even though my receipt is correct. Half the time they forget sauce. Today they gave me the wrong coffee. I try to check my order before I leave every time but some mornings I try to put a little faith in Chick-fil-A and end up getting to work and realizing everything is wrong. Very frustrating. Please do better. In this economy going out to eat is suppose to be a treat *crying*

    New drive thru. Complete mess. Staff running all around parking lot. But so many people completely incompetent is amazing. Order in correct & cold. Simply inedible. In the trash along with my business

    Great location with awesome service. This spot is spotless. They keep it really clean and there is no trash. Staff is really friendly and food quality is on point. Only thing I would complain about is when the drive thru gets clogged it's hard to park in the area. It's best to park at the lot adjacent to Chick fil A'S

    Absolutely the worst at accurately fulfilling my order at the drive through. Over the past 6 months I have not received a complete order. Not one single time. Today was the worst. Missing fries, missing fruit cup, and a young lady arguing with me at the window trying to show me her screen. I had a receipt and the receipt was accurate. Customer service needs improvement. I don’t need any more free things. Management, do some training, watch and listen to what is going on.

    Another wonderful dining experience at Chick-Fil-A. I came in and found a seat and placed my order via the app. My food was ready almost immediately. It was as ordered and delicious. Customer service was over the top.

    They provided excellent service and cleanliness. The chicken was fantastic. However, the milkshake tasted like a Willy Wonka everlasting gobstopper, in that my chocolate shake first tasted like a vanilla, then peppermint, then strawberry, and then kind of like chocolate. I would be cautious to order one again if one is allergic to any of those flavors. It was tasty, just not what I ordered.

    Chick-fil-A is still our FAVORITE . I ONLY gave it a 3 star for food bc my husband went to another Chick-fil-A right before Christmas and got there spicy chicken. When he got home, he raved about it. He absolutely loved it. However, when we went to this Chick- fil-A , the sandwich was MUCH HOTTER , SPICY. He had to keep drinking his soda with it. It was totally different from the sandwich he had at the other place. I know that they would have gave him another sandwich after his first or second bite but we USUALLY don't say anything. It was funny though bc my hubby was actually sweating while eating it. But still the best PLACE EVER!! GREAT SERVICE, BATHROOMS CLEAN, TABLES CLEAN, FLOOR, STAFF ARE ALL AMAZING PEOPLE. FOR OUR FAST FOOD, WE WILL ONLY GO TO CHICK -FIL- A. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! BEST, EVER!!!

    Once again terrible experience at this location (owner Todd) manager whom I spoke with Sarah. Let me share my experience at this location for second time: First time at this location missing three of sandwiches and finally spoke with several different individuals one of them was Jeremy who approved my refund because I don’t want give my business at this location anymore. However, I gave this location another chance to do business with (02/07/24 but missing two sandwiches this time which was the worst experience ever. The staff at this location is not trained well to handle orders more than 7 sandwiches. I hope the owner (Todd) fix this issue and invest on training his employees for better service. Terrible experience for second time

    As an avid Chick Fil A fan, this location has good food and the renovations are very nice. The big caveat is I would not recommend anyone with allergies to dine here. Consistently they have messed up orders, even after multiple conversations with management, leading to serving food that have caused allergic reactions. Until this issue is resolved, I recommend all persons with allergies avoid this location.

    NEGATIVE review for a much deserving Chick-fil-A. On top of finding hair, plastic and random debris in food orders, I have dealt with horrible service and lack of managerial professionalism. An assistant manager went out of her way to show me how rude and Audacious she and her peers could truly be. During my last visit to the Carl D Silver, Chick-fil-A, located in Fredericksburg, VA one of the assistant managers was beyond unprofessional and very disrespectful towards me, by stating that I was “stupid”. She doubled- down her behavior by passive-aggressively and strangely bearing her teeth and grinning at me as she handed me my order, and creepily speaking through her teeth. It was not just a weird encounter but an odd experience, especially for a “christian” based company. I reported the issue immediately to the Cares line and there was no response. I reached out personally to the location to report the issue to the GM/Owner. There was no response. One day, I received several hostile calls from the location, one call was the actual assistant manager herself. She stated she took my info from the Cares report. Wow!!! No one has still has professionally apologized or properly contacted me, instead they created additional issues on top of the first issue.

    I mean it’s Chick-fil-A what do you expect. Grade A customer service, excellent food that came in a timely fashion, and very clean. This location also has a recent remodel and it came out very well!

    The staff at this location never get your order right and always short you food! They dont care what people are paying for because it's not coming out of their pockets!! When you try to call and get a refund or have them replace the items they did not include, they hang the phone up on you repeatedly!!!!! The staff there want to Fight!!!!!!! Melody is the Manger and she is the aggressor who wants to get in a fist fight with customers!!!! When you call Corporate they dont do anything but make a report and send it to the Owner, Todd Fleming and he does not call you back!!!!!! He doesn't even care!!!! The staff there and most importantly Melody is a liability and one day she may have the wrong customer go in there!!!!!!!!

    Ordered ahead in the app, minutes before breakfast was over. Helpful countdown timer telling you how much time was left to order breakfast in the app. Drive thru was fast and efficient, as everyone expects from Chick-fil-A.

    I come into this specific restaurant at least once a month. Only when I am in the area.. one thing that stands out more then anything is how dirty it always is, regardless of time of day or how busy they are. Trash all over the floors, dirty tables etc. Recently renovated, you'd think they would be better! Pictures below, aren't even the worst I've seen it and they only reflect a fraction of what I saw.

    I was pretty disappointed with CFA today. I was there at 4pm. All I ordered was a sweet tea. I waited 6 minutes in drive thru just to order and then 10 minutes to get my drink! The food was being taken to cars out off order so cars that were 3rd in line had to wait because cars first in line didn't get their orders yet. I pulled up to the first position in line and watched while 6 orders were taken to cars behind me and my tea sat there on the counter. What a mess!!

    Wish there was a way to report directly about an order but whatever. I usually love CFA and have been to this one many times but just left & the fries were overly soggy from the grease. I usually love the crunch to NOT a single crunchy fry. So disappointed.

    Terrible experience for missing to put our kids sandwiches in the bag. Sarah Reyes the manager advised me that per chick file policy she can’t refund for missing sandwiches and she was very rude and inconsiderate. She talks very cocky and didn’t care about what happened.

    How is this a hashbrown bowl with only a couple of hashbrowns? I know that inflation is impacting everything, but damn. It is supposed to be a HASHBROWN bowl. 🤨 Never had a disappointing hashbrown bowl before this location. Ruined my breakfast experience!😖

    The girl at the checkout seemed to be more interested in chatting with her coworker about another order than trying to figure out whether a mobile order that I had placed actually went through. Although not location specific the app is atrocious, it accepted my order and told me it was being prepared only to find that none was transmitted.

    Drive thru order tonight consisting of 3 12 count nugget meals all of the nuggets were burnt and smaller then usual. Not a fan of the new waffle fries as they are too crunchy as if overcooked. The only thing appetizing is the Mac and cheese. Chik fil a use to be so good and consistent but has definitely gone down hill.

    Came here to grab a quick meal and ordered a 8piece chicken nugget meal. One nugget I bit into was completely raw in the center. I took it back and asked to speak to a manager and a gentleman came out and apologized. He then told me it just wasn't cooked as long as it should've been and grabbed another and assured me this one was better. No additional offer other than to replace my chicken nuggets and told me to have a goodnight. My stomach was so queasy after and I couldn't even eat the new food, I should've just gotten a refund. I've never had issues at this location but I won't be back.

    Great customer service and food but the place is WAY too busy and crowded. You have to merge into cars toward the end of the drive through and sometimes people won’t let you in when you’re supposed to get behind the car they marked for you. I wouldn’t take the drive-thru here again, but I’d still go inside.

    Food is good though portions seem to be about 75% of what they are elsewhere, this is by far, without exception the most difficult ChikFilA to get into by car and is also the slowest drive thru by far that I have ever experienced and I have been to a lot of ChikFilA's. Also stingy with the sauce. Food is fantastic so it gets 3 stars but this is the last Chikfila I want to go to.

    In terms of Chick-fil-A this is probably the worst one I’ve been to. Kids play area was closed and converted to a employee break and coat room. They also only had person on a single register getting order, so it took 10 mins + just to place the order. The floors and tables were dirty, full of chicken pieces and sauce, not once whilst we were there were any of the tables or floor cleaned. Very disappointing.

    This restaurant has excellent service. Staff visited our table four times to ask if there was anything we needed. Good food but the service awesome. I would give the more than five stars if I could.

    I always go to Central Park chic fil a for curbside for a quick bite and have never had an issue. But I ordered a large fry and it might as well be a medium. And they were EXTREMELY SALTY. First time being dissatisfied
