Our party of 3 went on a fairly calm Saturday between lunch and dinner. They did not seem busy and seemed to have enough servers. Despite this, we were ignored for over 20 minutes after being seated. There was a basket on the table that contained a dirty fork and empty creamer cups, and we had a piece of bacon under our table near the aisle. We finally gave up and went to a nearby restaurant. What a disappointment.

Service! Insane and personable. We had the best experience! This location beings the CB reputation to life. I’ve never had a better restaurant experience with the life this staff has— very understanding and knew my needs immediately. I’m so impressed. We went to flavortown and back! These negging Karens don’t know good service with an experience!

First the sourbread french toast, OMG dry, staley, not appetizing at. As you can see was all I could stomach. Then the syrup for French toast and pancakes etc..says 100% pure, ok, true but then you add in the corn syrup and you have something thats not pure and something runny. For crying out loud cracker barrel would you have eaten this as around your table! My eggs over medium so that's a given. Husbands eggs over easy were over medium medium... It's just not a cracker barrel, more like crackle in the barrel. Very disappointing and not cheap for a family. Restaurant was too busy, not enough help and just wasn't worth waiting around to explain the complaint to management. Road tripping and time is of the essence. Old food served warmed up was my feeling on this family Saturday morning breakfast meal 🫤

Me and my crew went to Cracker Barrel on a busy Sunday during busy morning hours with a party of seven. The hostess informed us it would be thirty to forty five minutes, we were seated in twenty. Our waitress had her hands full, but took our orders with a smile. Our meals were served in a reasonable amount of time, given the task the entire staff was hosting. The meals were fantastic and accurate. Will return as Cracker Barrel has not ever let us down.

Walking in most craker Barrel's they greet from a far. However standing at the register was 4 or 5 employees just talking. We stood waiting to be seated as they continued to talk. About 5 minutes later someone from that group sat us. Server was extremely wonderful. The food was not that hot for coming out so fast. My greens were very dry. Bathrooms were in need of cleaning.

Very Cozy & Welcoming environment, I like the warm feel of the atmosphere, They have a lil Souvenir shop That's very nice, ok so soon as we got there they seated us 5 adults 1 Infant, they brought us the highchair for the baby 'Good' But then the waitress started spraying the table wit a spray cleaner right in front of us, 'side note I thought the tables were suppose to be cleaned before customers were seated, oh well, I did notice they were hiring & they were short on Staff, so 45mins later our food arrives, everything was Good & Hot... we all enjoyed it, we left a $20 tip on a $60 tab..

My food was so good, my eggs were cooked well this time. Whomever was the cook while I was there made the best eggs I've had at any cracker barrel so thank you! And Janet the server is so sweet, patient, kind and attentive. Thank you Janet! The cashier was so kind as well this was a great experience and I'm glad we chose cracker barrel today!

Waiting 20 minutes to get our drink order taken. Waited 15 more minutes for the drink to arrive. Waited an additional 20 minutes for our food. Meanwhile everyone around us got their food, ate and left in the same amount of time. A different waitress had to bring our food out to us. Never saw our server from the time he brought drinks until he brought the check 45 minutes later. Never a refill. Never an I'm sorry for the wait. Santos... Find another job.

Didn’t want to believe the rumors but…my family went in on a Thursday morning at about 8. We waited and waited and waited to be seated. A woman behind the counter told us that the servers were also hosting and would be with us soon. Said woman continued to ‘organize’ some trinkets. My kids looked around while I waited. We decided to leave and as we were about to walk out, someone finally came. If we waited that long to be seated, I can’t imagine the wait for our food. I’m a pretty patient person but hard pass. Went up the street to Tito’s.

Food is good. I mean it's cracker barrel so it is what it is. We had a large party of 10+ and the server was amazing. However, the kitchen couldn't get it right. Probably 3 of the orders were partial and at least one came out cold. Handling large parties you'd think would be normal for them but for some reason ours was a challenge. It's clean. Very nice people working there. I did see quite a few people having to wait at the hostess stand for minutes to be helped. That was disappointing. At the end of the day if you like Cracker Barrel then this is a good example. Just don't go in with high expectations of service.

We visit this location every Sunday morning and it'd overwhelmingly a great experience. The atmosphere is awesome, the food is on point, and we have always had outstanding service. And we never get out without my wife buying something seasonal from the store.

Sierra is the absolute best server we’ve had here! Although she was very busy with Valentine’s Day she definitely took her time with us to hear our needs and get our order perfect!! We will definitely request her next time we come :)

I have the pleasure of having a waitress named Sierra helping me. She had a wonderful attitude and was very patient when assisting my grandfather with his order. Which trust me is not an easy task. My grandfather even snapped at sierra causing the entire restaurant to fall silent but Sierra didn't waiver in the slightest. She is an amazing waitress and deserves much more respect than what my grandfather gave her. I am very grateful and thankful for her patience and perseverance. She has definitely gone past the duties of her position and she be compensated as such.

Our first server was slower than cold molasses. After 30 minutes of being patient we decided to cancel our order and leave. The Mgr came up to us and got the full details. She was awesome. She asked us to stay and let them make it right. I am so glad we did. The new server was attentive and the food was great! We'll definitely go back because of the service and food.

Ordered chicken and when got it , it was so hard and dry you couldn't even bite it into. They did replace it but then didn't get it until we were walking out. In my opinion Cracker Barrel has really gone down hill. I'd rather eat at a mom and pop diner

Late breakfast. The place was clean and the staff attentive. All of our breakfast meal items were very good. The gravy for the biscuits was a little weak and could use more seasoning and sausage. One little bottle of pancake syrup for 2 pancakes doesn't cut it. You need two so ask in advance. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No one cares about the waiter/waitress names, their abilities, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

Service for our group was outstanding!! Shout out to Chloe & Alexia you guys did amazing with a HORRIBLE kitchen staff and a weasel of a manager who wouldn't even come out and talk to us. Our group of 17 went to celebrate a birthday tonight. We knew going it would be busy and hectic the night before Thanksgiving. Sadly after our experience we will likely never return to that location after tonight. After ordering drinks and then food, the ladies were smart and split our table in half to divide and conquer, we waited 35-45 minutes for our first dinners to arrive. 8 meals came out, mostly cold and incorrectly cooked. After another 15-20 minutes another 6 more cold dinners arrived, one of which was the baby, who was way past dinner time. After another few minutes the final 3, of which one was the birthday girl, arrived again cold and over cooked. The servers were very apologetic and even went to the manager to let him know what was going on. He told them to offer us dessert, but never came to our table. Throughout the evening I observed him and his actions in the restaurant, he stood by the kitchen entrance and occasionally ran a pie or to go order to the front store/registers. Never helping the staff just standing there. At the end of the night I requested to speak to him in the store. He told the server he was working on the line and didn't have time. At this point it was almost closing. As a manager, if you had staff call out, not show up or just short staffed because of the holiday; Why weren't you on the line cooking when the big order came in? Why weren't you helping your kitchen staff? Better yet, aren't you the manager? YOU sir should have owned what happened and made apologies. YOU sir instead were a coward and hid in the kitchen because you watched what happened and allowed a horrible experience to happen. Best of luck to you sir. I hope that the servers in your establishment only have to do their job moving forward and not yours. Chloe and Alexia again you were amazing and did a wonderful job. Thank you for your service!

Food was fine, but service was not. We were ignored for about 10 minutes until a server finally came over to greet us. Took her ANOTHER 8 minutes to bring a sprite and a coke. Almost 20 minutes for two drinks. As a server myself I was genuinely shocked by that. After asking for refills it took her 10 minutes to bring them. The table behind us, likely in her section, also took 10 minutes to be greeted. Extremely poor service with no apologies... it was so bizarre. We watched her stand in the kitchen for 5+ minutes talking to friends when we asked for refills. I cannot understate how strange this was to watch. I love my server having friends and a life, I have no issues with them relaxing and even being on their phone! If no one needs you, who cares... but could you ATLEAST make sure your tables don't need you before you stand around? Service became slightly better when we got our food and she quickly gave us a check. Just probably one of the worst servers I've ever had. Really unfortunate because she seemed to have a nice personality! Just so slow and no urgency. Maybe needs retraining and priority management? Food took close to an hour to come out but I'm genuinely not worried about it. It's busy, food takes awhile, tickets are before us. No worries about for me.

Our food was cold the manager blamed it on the kitchen but would not come out and speak to us. We were a party of 20 and I had called during the day and told them that we would be coming and the time and I understood that they did not take reservations but I just wanted to make them aware. Not only was the food cold but it was terrible. One person got the cinnamon roll breakfast and you could not break the cinnamon roll that came with it. The worst was the manager sending the waitresses out to tell us it was the kitchens fault and he did not have time to speak with us.

We come to cracker barrel for consistent homey cooking. It met our expectations and the food was consistent with other restaurants. I tried French toast here for the first time and it was pretty good. They use sour dough bread which was a nice twist. And the cinnamon sugar in the batter came thru nicely. I wish they didn't use the powdered sugar but next time I'll ask them to leave it off.

I love Cracker Barrel. I love going through the store and looking at all the new merchandise available. We were promptly seated, and our server came and promptly took our order. He was great, and very attentive. He did spill our drink and was very apologetic, and more than made up for it. Loved our server, he was great. Accidents happen, so if you work there and know who he is, let him know we think he was great. The food was amazing as always and probably better than some of the other crackerbarrel restaurants we’ve eaten at. He’s the first one to offer biscuits while we waited.

This review is for To Go order. When we dined in last time, we were happy with their food especially the biscuits. So on the weekend we ordered food for pick up and came home to find out there’s no biscuits or corn bread we picked with the meal!!! What’s worse was that we paid extra to get special sides they offered and one of them was missing. We called the restaurant and spoke to To Go lady and first she said we had to come back and there’s no refund if we ordered through door dash or Uber eats. The thing was we ordered right on their website. So she said the manager will call us back but guess what we’ve never heard from anyone. Really sad to see a poor service from this type of chain restaurant. Normally they care about customers, just not this place. It’s not a lot of money we paid for up charge but it’s annoying. Make sure you check your food before you leave the restaurant if you decide to take your chances. Food was good though.

Great as always! Staff fantastic too. They always have unique snacks and these Mac N Cheese snacks were hilarious! Got them for the kids as a gag gift! UPDATE: Kids loved the gag gift and our grandson was dying to try the " Mac N Cheese" because he thought it was weird. FYI... apparently they taste like mango and taste really good!

Arrived, seated promptly, and took our drink order. Our waitress was excellent, attentive, and watched our table for refills. After taking our food orders, she returned to see if it was cooked to our satisfaction. She was on her game. I would love to have her again. The finishing touch is that someone paid for our meals. God Bless you!!

My son orders a steak. Ask for it to be med-well. It was very rare. He wouldn't eat it of course and I ask the floor manager to credit my ticket for the steak. He took off 2.99. Not cool, not cool!!¡

We come here often because of the consistency provided with the quality of food. Our server was Micaiah and she was very attentive to our special requests. Maurice the manager was working hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. I love getting breakfast in the afternoon with Grandma's sampler being my go to. I can never finish it all and usually end up taking it home. Regardless of when I come I am loving their seasonal watermelon lemonade. Cracker Barrel has so much to choose from that I am sure everyone in your party will leave more than satisfied with the food and customer service.

I had the Southern Fried Chicken and the Wife had the Chicken pot pie. I thought the Fried Chicken was one of the best I have had. It was super juice and was seasoned perfectly. I could have asked for a better lunch. The wife's chicken pot pie was good, but she said it lacked flavor but adding a little more salt and pepper and that seamed to add just enough to make her happy. The wait staff were amazing. Super friendly and very attentive.

First and last time here! Order breakfast with no eggs, waiter brought out my food and confirmed with me no eggs and continued to serve my plate with eggs and brought me a side plate. She said, “it’s easier to move the meat to the new plate.” I was shocked with that remark! Than eating the fired apple … we find a broken nail tip!!! That was the end of the meal! Told the manager, all she did was take off 2 coffee order on our check. she said because the apple were included in the meal! Again shocked! I was not expecting a free meal but to make at least a better empathy from the manager. And it seems like on other reviews, management or employees are lacking that. Please think about your next order of fired apples!!
