We took our son, Kevin, here for the minion special menu and we had so much fun! Our waiter, Luis, was so good and helpful! Kevin enjoyed his Ba-Ba-Banana Pudding Pancakes, he said they were delicious.

Visited 9/5/22. Took us 7 mins to be seated. We sat for over an hour until our food came out. All food was either cold or Luke warm. I ordered the protein pancakes (Luke warm) & Breakfast Bowl w/bacon. It was cold. I asked the server to take it back. He return 2 minutes later with the same bowl that was heated up in the microwave.

This was Wednesday senior 50% off day with purchase of a drink. I ordered grits loose with plenty of butter, added a little salt to taste, perfect! Our meal arrived promptly hot and delicious. Our server was 👏 👏 👏 fantastic.

Service was on the slow side of things. Food was excellent as expected. The omelette with "unlimited pancakes" was really kind of a gimmick as our server never asked for another round, which was disappointing. Not a terriblly busy location as it was a pain to find after seeing it from the road. All in all our visit was an hour, so not fast but not super slow either.

I visited IHOP for a quick breakfast. Upon entering I did notice a clearly displayed sign stating that the restaurant is extremely short staffed. I peeked inside and saw two waitresses waiting on a dozen tables, the odds were in my favor and I WANTED IHOP breakfast! I gave a little wave and was promptly seated. When the waitress came back I gave her my complete order and asked that the check be dropped with my food, because I was on my way to an appointment. My drinks quickly arrived followed shortly by my meal and check. The food was hot and delicious as always. I finished my meal and found my hard working waitress still ringing up the table of 12 customers who all had separate checks, I asked if I could jump in and was accommodated. I was in and out in under twenty minutes and made my appointment with time to spare. I will definitely return.

I LOVE myself a nice fluffy stack of hotcakes, so stopping by for ihops unlimited pancakes with any omelette is my favorite deal of theirs. The food and coffee were good, but I couldn't figure out if my utensils were dirty or rusty. Either way, I could have done without it. The service was fine. Kinda darkish for a breakfast place!

Went to enjoy breakfast with my husband. Our server Lilly was was wonderful. The food was quick, hot and good. Appreciate that all! However, I don't appreciate the fact that 2 IHOP employees that seem to be on break was in a booth behind us. They assumed it was the perfect place to sit and listen to music loudly on break. The employees should have a break room. If I wanted to listen to music like that I wouldn't have came to eat breakfast at Ihop.

They could've had better service on my visit. Food was on point. Nothing crazy special. Had the country fried steak, eggs over medium, pancakes and hash browns. TBH it was the price I liked in this crazy inflation world. Military discount too. Fed a family of four for around $50 plus tip.

We stopped for a late night snack & were not pleased beginning with our entrance. There was no one to greet & seat us. I actually had to go looking for help. We finally stopped a young man on his break - he immediately got menus & took us to a booth. Then another long wait for a server, followed by a wait for our meals. I finally asked to speak to the manager who made excuses for our comments/complaints. I thought we should have been comped for at least I e of our meals. Customer satisfaction was not high on anyone's goal that night. Unfortunately, we normally really enjoy our visits to IHOP, but not this night!

I ordered online at 10:14am. I got to the restaurant at 11am. The food was NOT ready until 11:43. That's PAST RIDICULOUS! That meal could've been cooked & sent out multiple times in that amount of time. Then to make it worse, some of the pancakes were burned. I asked for crispy hash browns & these were barely even cooked only some of the edges were crispy. Most of the hashbrowns didn't even stick together. I don't write many reviews at all so if I complain it was BAD.

I was happy to visit IHOP today! Me and my brother got the kids menu. I ordered Jr Chicken And Waffles With Fries. My Brother got the 100% Angus Beef Burger with apple sauce and fries. The waiter was kind to us. It took like 45 minutes for our food to come. The Jr Waffles was a 9/10. The 100% Angus Burger was a 9.5/10. The hash brown was a 8/10. The Fries was a 11/10. The Pancakes was fluffy and gets a 9/10. The apple sauce was a bit bland. So 7/10. The drinks was good! The food was good also! Service was kinda good you know. I Hope you found my review helpful!

I enjoy their pancakes especially the double chocolate chip. My waiter was very polite and checked up on us whenever. We waited a while to get seated but we go there.

Wonderful place. Clean, very nice waitress. My eyes were bigger than my stomach. Was so full. Food was exactly as I ordered, and very yummy! Even had leftovers to take home! The French toast was delicious!

Friendly and helpful waitress who made our IHOP experience pleasurable. The cinnamon roll style pancakes were incredible and everyone else very much enjoyed their meals too.

My friend and I went out for a late breakfast. I had the strawberry french toast, which was good. Our server was very accommodating, and allowed us extra time to sit and talk after finishing our meal. She was well compensated in the tip so she didn't lose our for not having another customer refill her booth.

We went for an early dinner/ late lunch (3:00 pm) and there were only 2 other tables occupied so it was very quiet and we got lots of attention from our server. I was disappointed that they had discontinued the whole grain pancakes. But they had cinnamon roll pancakes which were delicious. Hubby had the steak omelot with unlimited pancakes and finally got enough to eat He said it was really good as well. We noticed they had 50% off for over 55yrs old on Wednesday pm so will definitely go back for that Overall a pleasant meal where we could actually hold a conversation.

We came in late in the evening around 730p or so. They weren't that busy there was maybe 2 other tables. Our waitress was slow as could be. It took 20 minutes for drinks. It took another 15 minutes to replace drinks when we didn't like them. She messed up multiple food orders and the amount of fries on my platter was pathetic. I barely got any fries. I'd hate to see this place busy!

Hi, i believe my buddies and my server name was Austin. just to describe him he was a black guy with a bunch of tattoos. He was so freaking nice to us and so respectful. we didn’t have enough money for a good enough tip so we all felt bad but just wanted him to get his recognition since he was an absolute saint to us. He also offered a kind set of words when we first walked in. He was just overall a great human and I hope he gets treated very nicely every day!

A friend of mine and myself stopped at IHOP today after my Dr appointment. The food was good as usual but our server Wendy was off the chain!!! She was so sweet and did everything she could do to make our experience a good one and she did that 100%.. She is definitely the reason we will stop in again... I hop needs to keep her!! Hope she is there for a long time. We just love her!!!!!

Our family enjoyed our buy one, get one free shakes and their french toast with bacon and spicy poblano bowl were hot and tasty. Excellent service by Luis.

Good, very quick and attentive service. Our food was tasty (eggs, hash browns, sausage & toast). This location could use a renovation*, but really just glad that IHOP survived the pandemic. Many of the restaurants nearby have closed. * The vinyl covering our seats was cracked & torn, plus the padding has long since given out. General decor & atmosphere reflect a '90s vibe.

We had a very nice breakfast!! The pictures talk for itself. The waitress treated us só nice and she has been working there for 20 years, and she really welcomes everybody in a very warming friendly way.

We had a birthday coupon for IHOP, so we decided to try the one at Central Park for breakfast on a Monday. It was wonderful--delicious food, great service, and nice atmosphere! The garden outside was colorful and maintained well, too.

Service was really nice, wasn't too busy since it was around 3pm on a Monday. I thought my food was fine but the food my Dad had made him sick not even an hour after we had it. I'm feeling ill after eating now. I will likely not return to this location.

Went to IHop Fredericksburg, Va last night & was greeted by James, & I have to share: What an awesome gentleman he is! Lord, please bless this child... ☝️💓🙏🏼 Our Server is the best I've seen in a long, long time; which is a pity. I stop going out to eat, when Service is bad, because that to me means, the food was not made with love. & food made with anger & stress, is like drinking poison to me... No! I'm not exaggerating! 😜🤐🤣 It's true!!! Anyway, back to Sir James, we had the best time, ordering our food. We had been singing & giggling in the car & stopped out of sheer hunger 🍛 . . . He greeted us at the door & sat us at out table, & gave us menu's. I was not sure what to get, but we were still singing when he approached us. He probably thought we were drunk, but in truth we might have been on sugar, driving from Massachusetts to Atlantic City, then here was no piece of cake. We were so, so tired! So, when he asked if we were ready to order, I told him: "You have to sing it to me. He said what? Thinking he didn't hear right. Then, I reapeated, you have to sing to us whatever you need to say, & he obliged. 🎶🥰🎶 So we had a Singing Server last night. He deserves a raise. I will definitely come back to this very same I-Hop in hopes to get my singing Server again. If you see James, be kind to him. He works very hard. The food was awesome too. So my sincere thanks to the cook & all who helped run this place so we could have a much needed meal. Thanks I-Hop. Treat James right & give him a raise, 🥳 even if it is $1.00 more. He sang to us. Not every one would do that to keep a Customer Happy. 🤩 Bathroom are not great, You would only get 4 stars, but James alone deserved the 5 stars... So I-Hop, you owe him. Prices are high to me. But then again, everything is these days...😓 Sorry, I was too tired to take more pictures. My Friend, who sat across me last night!💓

Great place to get some good food fast! My grandkids love this place (especially the shakes!) the buy one shake and get a shake free is a really good bonus when you are there! The steak omelette is awesome! The steak has great flavor and is not some dried piece of meat! The staff has always been friendly and provided fast and efficient service. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

The experience here was exceptional. The food was great and waitress was phenomenal. It is a bit cramped and dated though. The biggest negative for us way the layer of dust covering the ledge right at eye level. Not a show stopper but simple things.

I understand that this IHOP is always busy, essentially that was the same experience we had today. With that being said we had a table of 5. Or waiter took quite a while to get to us. Our drinks subsequently came out. When it was time to place the order in addition to the food that I ordered, I ordered food to go. I was the last one to order food because of this and wanted to make sure that there was no question about the to go order. The first person to order was very specific about his order. When his food arrived there was missing food and undercooked poached eggs. This was brought up before the order was ever placed about the request for the way that the egg should be cooked. During this time, the restaurant had filtered out quite a bit and there were a lot of empty seats. At this point there were more servers than there were tables that were filled. What I'm trying to say is it wasn't busy anymore. The server had a little bit of an attitude about the situation with the poached eggs and advised that it would be a while because they were really busy. Which obviously was not the case. My friend ended up getting the manager involved explaining the situation where they switched out service to somebody else. She was amazing, and even she was a little concerned about the way she noticed our waiter was handling us. Because she kept walking by us we were asking her to help us out because our waiter had disappeared. She ended up becoming our waitress. As we were in the process of trying to get the check I asked the waitress about the to go order. She said she would go check and she came back a short time later a little frazzled. She advised that the order was never placed in their system. She took care of it it was cooked and brought out and we ended up leaving. That waitress I wish I knew her name did an amazing job. The waiter a negative zero. Because of the way the service went I won't be stepping back in there the food was mediocre at best. I haven't been to this IHOP in a very long time and now I remember why we stopped going there.

i don't usually leave reviews, but this definitely a very negative experience at an ihop. server was ok, not very attentive. appetizer came out at the same time as the meal and chicken strips were very raw (pictured) also we used plastic silverware being that one of the people with me had a dirty fork rolled.
