If I could I would not give this Walmart any star but in order to give a review I must do so, so I’m giving it a 1. I waited over an hour for curbside pick-up. At this point I just go inside. I waited at customer service and someone helped me obtain my order. I showed them proof of me checking in. It said I was in spot A in a blue car. She told me the manager Barbie said it took so long because I was not checked in. Unbelievable. At this point I asked to see Barbie. Barbie comes out with an attitude and a sarcastic grin. Very unprofessional. Now mind you I’ve been waiting for my items. At least you could do is apologize. She argues with me that I was not checked in and that it’s my fault. I tell her she needs to do a better job at management because this is not it. I said perhaps it was a glitch but I checked in and she continued to argue so I just walked away. When I got home I checked my bag and here’s the real kicker. I’m missing an item. So not only did I want an hour for my stuff, the manager argued with me about not checking in, but wasn’t competent enough to pack all of my items. I’ve contacted corporate and I will have them handle this situation according.

As a Disabled Veteran with mobility issues it was very disheartening to notice that all available carts were not charged. I realize having the mobility carts here are not required but a courtesy. I realize that everyone does not return the carts and/or doesn't plug them back in to charge them back up, however, there did not seem to be any parking attendants monitoring this issue either. I personally plugged in two. Only two employees tried to accommodate my needs by physically going out to the parking lot...to no avail and Mr. Calvin brought me a cart from outside since none were available. Very disappointing visit. I will not be shopping at that location unless I have no other alternative.

I was very disappointed that the cashier nor the manager honored the mistake. This morning while shopping I noticed the price for Papayas so I grabbed 3 as well as took pictures so I could show the cashier upon checking out. The cashier called for the manager, even after the manager saw the photos she failed to honor the mistake that was made in pricing the items. She told me there was no way she could override what was in the system. I informed her the price is advertised as $1.34 each not pound. She did not honor the advertisement of the Papayas. The error was not the customer's doing yet it was not honored when attention was brought to it. I'm just saying!

Please like if this review help. I try to like tons of posts to help people on Google. Thanks. So, anyway I love this place. It's a great size and it's always clean. I travel and always stop here when heading south in my RV. This place is a zig zag store/restaurant village. Not sure how to explain it but EVERYTHING is here. Just Google this location CARL D SILVER. It's not just WALMART. Down the road in this village ...lol....is Planet Fitness and I did a review years ago...5 star. If you have the black card, you can exercise and shower with using up you stored water. Well, I love their prices. 60 eggs for 3.00 and change.....oh, ya. Maybe a dozen for .78 I think? I took pictures. Come here and save. Tons of pick grocery up areas and RV parking far left side of Walmart. There were 2 other RVs here. So, I did video trying to avoid people and pictures. I can't list everything but DSW, Ultra beauty, Verizon, Chinese food, BBQ, Furniture, Skyzone for kids, Wine shops, Hobby Lobby and 100 more. Good Luck and Be Safe!!

Worst customer service. All I needed to do was drop off the used car battery for the core charge. When I bought it I wasn't told anything about the return process. I went to return it at 6:15, which is 15 minutes after they open, no cust serv until 7, no auto personnel until 7, and the front blonde lady was quick to get snippy and rude because I the uninformed customer didn't know that. And she had to throw in that she started work at 4, who effing cates lady? I started work at 10pm the night before, want a cookie? Needless to say I've never returning to this store and will be avoiding walmarts in the future. And I've been calling for over an hour and no one picks up. Great store y'all.

Meh. It's Walmart. Just like most other Walmarts. The staff here is nice and the check outs are fairly quick considering the location. Returns have never been fought and the pick up has always been smooth. I'm a member of Walmart plus now. The grocery pick up and the free shipping are totally worth it. The parking lot tends to get a little dirty and the carts are hard to keep up with

Earth to Walmart Manager - your check out lanes are hugely backed up!!! Even self checkout lanes. Only THREE of 18 checkout lanes are open. Please wake up and open more lanes, or find someone responsible to replace you.

This Walmart has the WORST customer service ever! They NEVER answer the phone, and when they have, they instantly hang up. Not to mention, the pickup staff that picks orders is HORRIBLE. I shouldn’t be told items are unavailable when they ARE available. I shouldn’t have to pay for delivery & have to drive to the store to get the things they marked unavailable.

Every time you go there is Always maybe One or two Registered open. .Doesn't make any sense...No one wants the self checkout it takes away from people's jobs ..And never have anything on the shelves ..Protaing Frozen Food..now if you close @ 11pm that should give you time enough to stock the shelves.. Then you got the workers stocking up while you were shopping...

I'm still trying to get used to the rearranging of the stores. On the bright side, it looks like they stopped the bag tax

This super store is not so super. And the staff is not solely to blame. Shopping at Walmart has become rude and impersonal. That's this companies corporate personality: GIG, RUDE, IMPERSONAL=WALMART.America needs to reevaluate where we spend our hard earned dinero... Thanks to Samantha Hernandez for being great every time I visit this bohemith! She's a breath of fresh air at this store..

Was not so pleased with this particular trip to Wally World as there were absolutely no chocolate covered marshmallow bunnies'! This is the only place for years I've been able to find them, and when looking through the seasonal Isle was like walking in the Dollar Store. Very disappointed. And you still owe me a paycheck for checking myself out.

This location is very busy! I am very sad to see that their Garden Center is letting the flowers die. There was no attendant to help you nor someone there to water the flowers at night. I understand they can get busy during the day. It's just sad that they're going to be left out to die and not even properly discounted. It seems like I see more employees trying to stock and do returns then actually trying to assist customers.

This definitely is the worst Walmart in the area. The staff doing the shopping for the walmart pick ups are in the way, extremely rude and always block the isles and wont move even with a polite excuse me. The shopping carts are always in the middle of the road and are never in the building because noone ever brings them in. Gotta check yourself out, charge you for bags and increase grocery prices….

I'm typically not a fan of Walmart so it has been a long time since I shopped at one. The one at Central Park was a nice surprise. It was clean and easy to maneuver through. The produce dept did not smell and everything looked very fresh. Found everything we were shopping for and more. Even the self check out experience was good. A stand-by employee helped use and another employee was very helpful when we realized we had left our receipt. Would definitely go back.

Horrible service for pick up Groceries. Waited over an hour for so everyone to come bring our order out. Called all the numbers to the center. Finally got bakery to answer. The lady said she’d walk over to get someone to answer. Said they have received multiple complaints. Horrible!! Ridiculous! Worst service ever!

I went in last minute, to the auto center. I had a ture go flat. They were very busy, however had great attitudes and helped me. They warned me it would probably take a while but I was pleasantly surprised when it took half the time they had originally said. I highly suggest them for tire needs and buy the roadside hazard feature for new tires, it's WORTH IT!

Walmarts down south are like being in Vegas for someone from Boston. Our stores I thought where big with everything anyone would ever need. Then I came down south and boy was I wrong. This one was no different. Wound large.

I'm not a fan of shopping for Thanksgiving the week of, but I found myself here and they were great. Shelves were stocked well and the employees were fantastic!!!

Had everything I needed. Enough registers open, so I only waited a couple of minutes to be rung up; cashier was friendly, too. Tons of employees going around picking items for the delivery/pick up orders and that makes the store very crowded in addition to regular shoppers.

I love Wal-Mart they have almost everything day-to-day needs. They're amazing how to organize every item in place easy to find wherever you need. I appreciate the store every department. 🙏🏾

Not happy with pick up service. I was looking through my groceries to see they smashed my bread and gave me substitutions I didn’t ask for not to mention they gave me a single banana . I think they need to hire better people or at least train them to handle the food correctly.

Very good and quick oil change but I ask for tire rotation took almost 2 hours not recommended for any tire service If you don’t have enough time and also the customer service for the auto center is very bad those two ladies need to be replace it with someone with a better attitude

Always crowded, clearance section isn’t as impressive as nearby stores, and some employees are extremely rude. Specifically, the older, blonde lady working in electronics that was doing freight today on 8/2 when I asked her a question, she acted as though I had asked her to drop everything and caught an attitude AFTER I literally apologized for interrupting her, but it’s her job nonetheless. Also, the older lady that monitors self checkout quite frequently acts as though she hates her job and anyone who comes in.

This Walmart is absolute garbage. I mean how are you going to have 1-3 lanes open every single time you are busy. They expect every single person to use self checkout which ends up taking years. Then people just cut each other. Horrible Walmart, I will never return. Get more workers. Jeez.

So I don't go to Walmart a lot since Amazon has better pricing but noticed something off-putting. The self checkout lines were the only ones open and a 10 minute wait to checkout. There are some people who do not interact with technology well and that should be a consideration. The people who would usually be the cashiers were standing around talking and not working. Open some regular lines and accommodate all people who shop there, not just the ones who took Cashier 101 in college.......
