I recently visited the shopping complex and saw this restaurant tucked in the corner. You can easily miss this place but you shouldn't. It was post lunch on a very hot day so I called in and ordered Vietnamese iced coffee. The order was taken clearly over the phone and the coffee was ready as I reached. The place was clean, following all precautionary standards during these uncertain times and the service was straight forward and easy. They gave me an insider tip for ordering Vietnamese coffee which is to say "you want it strong" whenever you place your order if you want that strong coffee flavor which I like. And I really appreciated their input and will keep that mind. The coffee was lovely - chilled, good coffee flavor and large quantity for the price. Next time, I will definitely ask for a stronger coffee. I look forward to visiting again and ordering their food. Give it a try if you are in the neighborhood.

Please do not eat here. Save your money. $80 later and we could barely eat this food. This used to be a great place. Now itโ€™s just overpriced and you can barely choke the food down. I always order meatball and tendon every pho place. This by far was the worst quality, gamey, hard chewy tendons I have had in my life. The tendons changed the smell and taste of my broth compared to my boys. Absolutely disgusting. I had a taste of my sonโ€™s sandwich and it was like they put mustard in a bahn mi? Who does that? Weโ€™re out of the pandemic so why keep the veggies in a sandwich bag? Serve it on a plate because you charge - lot of money for a bowl of pho! I am sitting in your dining room and not taking it to go. My bubble tea had hard rocks in it that they called tapioca. Seriously I will never come back to this restaurant again. I did not have one good thing on our table. Disappointed and regretful. 0 stars should be an option.

We got take out and it was really good on a cold winter day. Both my wife and I loved the Pho choices and they actually got a thumbs up from the kids! I got the Seafood Pho bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the seafood selection. The amount of seafood could have been more, but I didn't feel like I got too little either, perhaps a few more shrimp would make it perfect. They did forget one item (a 2 shimp rolls and 4 gyoza order ended up with 1 shrimp roll), but we were able to share the remaining shrimp roll. A minor suggestion is that they should include simple instructions for their takeout orders. Do we microwave the bowl, or let it steep in the hot water without microwaving? We took the safe choice and microwaved it, even though it could change the flavor slightly. I'm looking forward to trying another dish from the menu next time!

Loved the appetizers! Service was nice and quick and they were playing early 200's songs which was nice :) I ordered their appetizers, a Mango bubble tea with tapioca and a large phรณ with tripe, beef and tendon.

We had the chicken and brisket pho. Always good, the dish is well presented. The restaurant is clean and comes with a friendly staff. What more can you ask pho!

The food is always amazing, the staff are always helpful and polite, and generally the wait time is minimal. (Last time I visited, I was told it would be around a 25 minute wait, less than 10 later I was walking out the door with my food and drinks.)

This is my absolute favorite place to eat in the area. The food is high quality, the service is amazing, and the establishment itself is very clean and well maintained. I eat here almost every day and I have so much love for the people who keep it running! I will be sad when I move away and this place isnโ€™t a 5 minute drive anymore.

I placed an order tonight and Iโ€™m only leaving one star because I have to. I order from them usually with no problems however tonight our order was not pleasant the steak pho had so much gristle on it and fat and the soup itself was extremely greasy. They even forgot to take the outer skin of the onions off pretty gross. I used to enjoy eating here but I think that I probably will not be returning here again. The price increase is also a factor since the portions havenโ€™t changed and the service has seriously declined. You truly have lost a loyal customer!!

When in today very excited to order Vietnamese sandwich with hubby, disappointed after finding out not only was it not authentic Vietnamese as it was run by Koreans, but why say that on ur website itโ€™s Vietnamese?! very overpriced for a dry sandwich with lettuce ?? Authentic banh mi doesnโ€™t have lettuce. No jalapeรฑos, dry tasteless and the chicken wasnโ€™t even bbq . I would avoid this over priced place and just go down to china town Tacoma for the real good stuff. Just disappointed in food and dissatisfied with customer service. $20 for two banh mi I thought would be worth the money but just threw the sandwich away .

We just discovered Pho & Tofu a couple days ago. The server was very nice and very interactive with the food choices. The food arrived to our table pretty fast. Thier menue has food from many countries, Vietnam, Japan, and Korea. They have bubble teas and coffees too. I had chicken pho soup, soup is redundant I know, and my wife had chicken romin, both meals were delicious. The dining area is nice large and clean, plenty of space for many diners. I marked atmosphere down one because it was a typical plain looking diner, very nice, but plain. We arrived early, around 4:30pm the place was almost empty. The tables started to fill with customers around 5:30pm. This place is a real treasure in the middle of the South Hill, Spanaway, and Graham area. Maybe I should have kept them to myself but I do want them to stay around a long time.

Best tasting food ever of any Pho place that I have ever been. Very beautiful presentation of fresh vegetables and fantastic chicken in an incredibly flavorful sauce. The people are super friendly and the restrooms are very clean. This is a restaurant that I could eat at every day!!!! Very large portions for an incredibly reasonable price. Top notch professional restaurant!!! Highly recommend!!!

The pho broth is really nice flavorful from the 2 times im gotten it. I needed to add a lot to it just to get some flavor. Also the beef is not raw and it's never good cuts, lots of chewy bits. Would rather drive to "It's pho you" by the mall. Pick up is super fast tho, and I like how they package their to-go bowls

I've been to this place 3 different times and each time, I haven't been impressed. I would consider myself a big pho fan. Here are the pros & cons. Pros: -Decently priced -Good/Fast Service -Usually no wait Cons: -Sub par broth(their broth is bland) Overall not a bad place, but if youre really wanting quality pho... this is not the place.

This was some of the worst Pho I have ever had. The broth was extremely bland, for a large the portion of noodles given was small. The sandwich soggy and very bland as well The meat (I had pork) had an off putting flavor like it was rancid. There were very little vegetables as well. I do not recommend this place for pho or sandwiches. Iโ€™m very disappointed I spent my money here and couldnโ€™t even finish the food it was so bad.

Came in to order my sick 4yr old some pho to go. They would not sell me a kids pho unless we ate there. I told them my daughter is sick so we are taking it to go so we donโ€™t spread germs. (She has a mask on and is coughing) they still told us no. My 4 year old started crying. Horrible customer service. Ended up driving to hello pho on 160th and meridian and go a kids pho and some hot tea to go! Donโ€™t give this restaurant your money! I would of ordered an adult pho for her but by the way they treated us they donโ€™t deserve our money

First time ordering and it was togo. My order was shrimp spring roll and peanut sauce. Since I've never tried Pho I ordered that as well. Came home to notice in the bag no spring roll. Called and they said that I chose the Pho instead. No, I wanted IN ADDITION. Won't be back.

A single large pho shouldn't cost 25 dollars. On top of that the broth was rather bland and they didn't give any bean sprouts or Thai basil with it like every other pho place does... I normally go to pho pacific, but I thought I would give this joint a try and I can safely say I will be returning to my regular place.

I travel for work and Pho is my favorite food that I always look for . So I ate pho all around USA and just realized this is the best pho restaurant in USA. Spicy beef and chicken was awesome. Big portion of meat and vegetables ,my favorite . Can't wait to come tomorrow to try sea food one...

customer service was great! pretty friendly, but I ordered the beef bimbimbap and my hubby ordered the chicken, but it wasnโ€™t what i was expecting, it was dry, not much flavor. It was 60% veggies 40% beef & not really any flavor. I added the hoisted sauce which made it a bit better but not the best. I give it a 7/10 for presentation & portion but a 3/10 for flavor. The pho & ramen was pretty good though. Love how there was more meat then noodles.

This is the best pho place so far in this area. The service is great, we got lollipops at the end. I got the brisket and flank pho. The waiter is super nice and the food it great. The broth is really really good. Gyoza was nice and crispy too. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Today, like many days, I ordered some Ramen from Pho & Tofu Canyon Crossing in Frederickson. Typically my meals are delish and well portioned. However, today I ordered the Seafood Ramen. What I received was about 3/4 a bowl of lettuce (why they put lettuce in my Ramen is unknown as typically I am given a small package of stuff to place in the Ramen like sprouts and such). Worse, the small amount of noodles I received were hardly worth mentioning. The total for this Ramen was over $16. For What? Even the "seafood" was menial in portion. Fake crab and three pieces of shrimp. When I called the restaurant I was told "sorry, there is a problem in the kitchen" and they made no effort to rectify the issue. So, I got cheated out of my lunch and needless to say, I will NEVER go back. Worse, the taste of the broth was really bland and, gross - I found a black hair in my Gyoza. I also took notice of the cashier - who handled money and then touched the veggies that go on the ramen, attempted to wash his hands by quickly running water over them with no soap...about 2 seconds. Did not put on gloves to handle the food. GROSS!! This is a perfect example of how you lose a good, long-term customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First time ordering here and I will never order here again. What they claim they use for brisket in my meal was purely chunks of fat literally chunks of beef fat chewy fat. Absolutely worst experience Iโ€™ve had ordering from somewhere locally. Iโ€™d choose somewhere else if I were you

Went to get brunch yesterday have poor service they were very slow with bringing our food and my fried had the bubble tea and when he told then it tasted bad they said it wasnโ€™t their problem then today I was up charged and at first they said it was for a tip , I didnโ€™t tip because of poor service then they tried to accuse me and my boyfriend of stealing (sauces who steals sauce ๐Ÿ˜‚)and say thatโ€™s why they up charged for I wonโ€™t be going here again and I suggest paying with cash and not card

Over priced. Typical service. Bad quality. For example, the bean sprouts, lime, and Thai basil for my pho came in a smashed sandwich bag which is awful. It doesnt take too much effort to put it all on a plate that look nice.

I ordered the beef pho with brisket. Same thing I always order. Last night it came with no taste at all. It was the worst pho I ever had. I gave it to my husband who said it was tasteless and that the broth was murky and missing essential ingredients for pho.

  • 1/5 Lynn M. 1 year ago on Google
The people were very nice but got 2 ramens and it was honestly the worst food I've ever gotten they used instant Ramen pack noodles for it, it was still in the shape of the instant noodles pack like they just threw it in boiling water for 2 minutes and didnt even stir it and used the spicy pho broth and for some reason they added lettuce to it? And the veggies weren't even washed and the pork was over cooked and chewy took 2 bites and had to throw it away definitely would like a refund for this not worth 40 bucks

We spend $60.00 for 2 orders of pho and spring roles and the order was incomplete. No sprouts basil any of the ingredients that make pho. When I called the store they refused to give me any credit or provide any solution for their mistake.
