Ordered the Boston Roll, Butterfly Roll, and Tempura Ice Cream amongst other things. Food was well prepared and presented. Fast and friendly service. The Quality of the food was well above average and better then expected. Highly recommended to check this place out. Caution you might fall in love with this place. I would say this place is slightly better then trappers. The food Quality and mellow atmosphere is perfect for date nights or even family dinners. The menu is well balanced with both sushi and other Chinese dishes.

How can they put sushi in their name when its absolutely terrible. I don’t why why I ordered from here again but both times I got sushi from here the rice was very hard and starchy like they don’t wash it before steaming it. He rice tastes bad, undercooked and gives me instant heartburn. They didn’t even cut my rainbow roll! Every time I have gone inside the staff has acted confused and unfriendly. The woman behind he counter couldn’t understand me and when she finally understood she was putting words in my mouth that I was saying something completely different. My girlfriend likes to get the curry katsu which is why we ordered from here today but she never wants to step inside because her last experience the sushi chef yelled at her for bringing up an issue to the waitress like she was a child disrespecting their parent. Bad staff, bad food. This was my last visit.

We get take out from here all the time, definitely our new local favorite. We've dinned in as well, staff is always super attentive, willing to modify things to make it the best meal ever. Easy instructions for ordering, pickup, etc. They are light on the rice and heavy on the ingredients, so it's worth every penny. Even my 3.5yr old agrees that their sushi is the BEST! She says, " thank you for the sushi 'mam! "

We used to love this place, however, we ordered online through post mates for pickup. The order confirmed and told us when it was ready, so I waited 20 minutes in line. Finally get up to the counter, showed my receipt on the post mates app and they said they don't have an order for that. They tried to ring me up and charge me again. My account was charged $93 and they wouldn't make our order. Never coming here again.

Mediocre food and terrible new owners. (Updated at bottom to reflect owner response) I enjoyed this place in the past, the food was never incredible, but was ok for the price. My wife and I went back today to use a $50 gift certificate that was given to us 5 months ago for our wedding, and the new owners refused to honor it because "the old owners kept the money for that". I explained that "when you buy a company, you buy that company’s liabilities", but they didn’t care about the law, and made no attempts to make it up to us in any way. I look forward to never eating their mediocre food again. (Update: There was no confusion about the expiration date, I physically pointed to "2022" on the gift certificate, and they responded that they would not honor it because they weren't the ones to receive money for it. I explained the law, and a second person came back to the table to reiterate that they wouldn't honor it, and that they expected me to pay full price for my meal.) Under Washington State law, a gift certificate sold by any retailer cannot expire. Do not under any circumstances purchase a gift certificate from this restaurant - they do not abide by the law.

Excellent customer service!!! We really enjoyed our meals. Everyone started eating before I could take pictures!! We usually have lots of leftovers... this time we hardly had much left over.

This was the absolute best sushi I ever had. Came here for my birthday dinner and it was the best decision I made. The food was absolutely incredible, the service was great and the servers were very patient with us. The serving sizes were amazing and their prices were affordable compared to other sushi restaurants. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants sushi or Asian cuisine. Incredible.

Wow when did this place get so bad? 0 STARS Came here with a party of 5.. Sushi was great, ordered 3 rolls but the Wok was the WORST we've ever tasted and took FOREVER. Every single dish was bland, oily/greasy, mushy, absolutely flavorless. This experience was such a let down I will never recommend this place to anyone

Decided to try some place new for sushi. Restaurant was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We had the orange chicken lunch special (w/ california roll) + a spicy scallop roll and a spider roll. Everything was freshly made and delicious. Very reasonable prices, we'll be adding Sushi and Wok to our lunch and dinner rotation.

My husband, daughters and I ate here today and it was sooooo good. Everything was high quality and tasted delicious. All the staff was kind and attentive. We can't wait to come back!

This was my 5th time eating their food. The very first time, I was absolutely blown away with not only the friendly service, but the speed at which our food was served. The presentation was stunning! The sushi looks like it came from a 5* restaurant, and the hot food was also presented beautifully. Now, for the flavor. I ordered Mongolian Beef & BBQ pork fried rice. The beef melted in my mouth like butter, with sweet & savory sauce that makes me salivate just writing about it. The BBQ pork had a smokey, succulent sweet flavor & the vegetables were crisp but burst in my mouth. The rice was sticky & tender, perfect for my liking. Overall, my entire party was extremely happy & more than satisfied with the food & service! The 5th time was just as awesome as the 1st time. I’ve included pictures of a variety of dishes they have available. 10/10 AMAZING. Best Asian food I’ve ever had from NY, all across the country to here.

What happened here?? We used to order takeout from here all the time and the food used to be AMAZING. They used to pack the to go boxes full of food and everything was so good! Lately though everything has been going down hill. We ordered the other day and everything was REALLY bad! The sushi rice was hard and bland. The sushi itself was fishy and NOT fresh. Even the crab on the California roll tasted bad. We ordered several dishes from the wok, as we were feeding 10 people. Everything was super greasy and the boxes had more rice on the side than they did actual main courses we had ordered. The chicken was so tough (maybe overcooked?) that you just chewed the flavor out and spit out the strands of chicken left behind. It was just a really bad experience. Don't think we will be ordering from here for a while. At least not until they figure some things out and get back to the way they used to be. This is the second time this has happened. We were hoping the first time the cook was just having an off night. ugh

My very first time being here and I was fairly impressed with the service. What really sets them apart from other restaurants is that when we brought our kid in they cleaned the high chair. I have never seen any restaurant do that we always had to sanitize and clean it ourselves. The staff were so kind and patient with us and greeted late customers with such happy positive attitudes. I highly coming here for the great food and portion sizes along with a fair price. The sushi bar that they have is so authentic and extremely delicious.

Food is always great. Customer service is a hit or miss. Our waiter was rushing us with our order and never checked up on us then I noticed she was on break. My mom went up to the male cashier and asked for a spoon and he asked FOR WHAT in a stern voice and she said for my 5 year old grand daughter. I was just upset that he had get get loud for a spoon and my moms old. He doesn’t need to be talking to elders like that.

I just ordered this vegetable stir fry 20 minutes ago and I'll let the picture speak for itself. The food is awful, I've never tasted anything like this. My family has been loyal customers, we have seen a decline in service the last several months. I will definitely never go back.

Fried rice was burnt, shrimp tasted like dog water. Only good thing was the sushi. The waitress was rude when ordering our food but the guys that made the sushi were really nice. There was also a hair in one of our plates. I thought you can never go wrong with Chinese food until now. I would not recommend.

Was nervous from recent reviews but ordered anyway and couldn’t be happier. Restaurant was clean and smelled like good food. Ordered almost $100 in sushi and it was all fresh and well made. Very large portions for a great price. Polite staff. Couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to order again. 10/10

Excellent experience. Super clean, extremely friendly staff, sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed fresh, cold sushi. 🙏 Zero discrimination, even had great music playing. The quality of the food was top notch! I’ll be back!!!

I'm reluctant to share this review, but this place is OUTSTANDING. This is by far the best hidden gem in Fredrickson/SouthHill . The food is sooo good, very big menu, and has something for everyone. I ordered the special ($13.99), and could only finish about 1/2 of it. This is now my go-to spot for chinese or sushi (or both!)

This teriyaki/sushi joint always had a different special. So make sure you ask if you're calling in to order or dining in. Normally, I order their sweet and sour pork or chicken, but this time I tried their orange chicken special which comes with gyoza and sushi. The orange chicken was delectable! I always imagine it as eating candy dumplings if that makes any sense. My partner got the chicken teriyaki and we shared a tofu yakisoba plate. The owners were very attentive as well. Made sure we had water and even asked if we prefer fork or chopsticks. Overall, I would do this again and perhaps try their other specials.

Service is superior! Start with hot sour soup and then a wonderful variety of sushi, from the Dragon roll to the Hawaiian roll...take a look!

Great food, great service, reasonable prices. Busy takeout service did not prevent them from giving good table service. Friendly staff without feeling invasive. Nice reisling. Try the orange chicken--very fresh and tasty, not gooey. This was our second visit.
