The portions here are HUGE. I’ve ordered spicy chicken teriyaki, wonton soup, and chicken katsu and I’ve always had plenty leftover to eat later or save for the next day. The prices reflect the portions though It was $18 for my katsu and I was thinking “wow that’s expensive” until I saw how much food you get with it. It can easily feed 2 people and the foods always super delicious.

This place sadly did not satisfy me unfortunately. The meal came with no salad and they did not have no salad dressing or any other sauce for my meal. On top of that the price was very pricy for the meal portion and order I received.

I had been going here for years, loved their food and their service, which was why I kept coming back. But lately their service has gone down in quality. I was always able to get substitutes on my orders with just an extra charge, but one of their newer staff that's only been there for six months argued with me saying they don't do that. Didn't even bother to check with the manager and kept saying no they don't do that. When I asked to talk to the manager, she told me no very rudely and insisted that they don't do any substitutes, which isn't accurate at all since I've been going there ordering food longer then she's been working there. I'm highly disappointed in the service and walked out without ordering because of her rudeness and very very poor customer service.

The lady helping us was a bit pushy about what we should order, I know she was trying to help but there are other ways to go about it. Also, when I mentioned we need to keep the to meats from touching she said they were wrapped in foil which they were not, she lied. Next, the egg rolls are severely bland no seasoning whatsoever. Extremely expensive for a sub par experience. Will not return.

I placed my order over the phone. The person who took my order seemed a little annoyed that I asked questions instead of just saying what I want that was the first red flag. When I showed up no other customers were at the register in front of me but I get ignored while standing right at the register. One person comes in behind me, they are immediately greeted and handed a to-go order that seemed to already be paid for. Another white lady walks in behind me and the employee looks right past me, greets her, asks if she has an order for pickup, and says "I can help you over here" and helps her before me. At this point I said forget that food I ordered and walked right out the door and will never come back. I have ordered here many times and this is the first time I felt unwelcomed as a black man but all it takes is one obvious racist incident to lose my business forever.

I wish I would've tried this place sooner! I called in my order and it was ready In about 10-15mins. I had the chicken yakisoba and I also ordered the spicy chicken & katsu combo. The pictures really doesn't show just how much food they give you! The restaurant is clean and they follow covid protocols. Can't wait to try something new next time.

The food is really amazing! However, the price keeps going up up up. I love the wonton soup but it's not even on the menu so they add whatever price they want to it. Not cool! They also forget your salad all the time!

Really good Teriyaki! They give you a lot for your buck! The service is awesome! And the food! The food is sooo good! I have been there a few times and they have never disappointed. Unless you count the time I thought they were open on Sunday. They are not. :(

Enjoy coming here for gyoza and crunchy rolls. I usually get the shrimp crunch rolls but I think the lady misunderstood me when I ordered. They gave me the California crunch rolls instead. It was still good. My husband loves their rice bowls. The prices are fair and service is fast.

A lot of options for teriyaki in Seattle area, this is a very good one! I’ve tired many and this one ranks up towards the top that I’ve had. Great food here and so many options on the menu!

If you like food with a great value and good flavor that's cooked to perfection look elsewhere. This is overpriced, overcooked, and under seasoned. They give you a lot of rice, a bad salad, not much meat or much of the very watered down teriyaki sauce. I will never return.

These guys did not skimp on the goodies in this chicken yakisoba. The photo I attached here was taken after 3 servings. There’s still so much food left! But obviously, the thing to note is that the food itself was delicious and had a satisfying ratio of noodle-veggies-chicken. It’s nice to get Uber eats and NOT feel eater’s remorse about the price and empty calories. Fairly healthy food here and great value.

Best teriyaki in the area, hands down. I eat here too often. The chicken is plump and not overcooked, and I love the gyoza. My fiance loves the bubble tea and recommends you try it! Good portions too, I never quite finish it all so my dogs get a little treat on teriyaki days. 🐶

Went for take out dinner tonight after a long July 4th getaway and was pleasantly surprised how good this place was. I am definitely one who takes into account of reviews before deciding on a place, was a little concerned about getting bland food or a rude customer experience. But all that I read online wasn't true at all. Was welcomed as i entered and the lady up front had excellent customer service and my order up and ready to go quite fast. I ordered the orange chicken&teriyaki chicken combo and a triple combo(5 spicy) and by far that was some good food. The orange chicken was tender and the tempura breading wasn't soggy at all and the added orange slice made it taste just right and the teriyaki chicken was nice and tender as well with everything in the triple combo. The spicy level was good tasted like the chili garlic paste and some gojuchang it gave some heat but had really good flavor with the sautéed onions and green onions. I could barely finish all the orange chicken and I have plenty of food left over so the portions are well worth it. The only down side was the price of the menus are pretty dated but from what I found, most things are just a couple bucks more, which I understand after this last year. Definitely will be coming back here and recommending it to friends here around the spanaway area.
