I did an on line order to be picked up one week later. They had problems with it so I had to call a person there, who asked me that for the pick up date would be no problem at all and if there was a problem I would be called, no call I can come and pick it up. The date came, I rented a car, drove 40 min there and the order was not ready and there was no way to get the stuff. The guy I talked with was not available. Horrible service, waste of time and money.

Very nice place for all your supplies, reminds me of the Home Depot store we have back in the US.

Always an option, but the availability in store does t always reflect what is shown online.

I only have very positive experiences at the Hornbach in Aldingen. There are some great people working there. Very helpful friendly and professional. A place that can be recommended 👌

Article was availble in the online shop. And the information was confirmed on the phone. But at the store an employee told me that the article is out of stock for hours. -> I drove 90km for nothing.

Well sorted mall for DIY people. But the best way to visit that mall is by car., well the UBahn is nit far away, but i have never seen people with lots or large materials for construction in the U12.

Not the best experience with the employees. At least one of the managers saved the day...

Good variety of various gardening and construction products. Also prices are very reasonable.
