Am Montag, 30.05.2022 war ich wegen meinem Fuß in Markgröningen. Nach einer Odyssee von Meinungen und Ärzten, vorher hier am Wohnort,war ich in Markgröningen wieder einmal an der richtigen Stelle. Natürlich haben wir dann eingewilligt und sind pünktlich zum Termin erschienen, woraufhin wir 45 min warten durften. Als Herr Dr. Richter dann hereinkam, war er total im Zeitdruck. Er hat sich genau 5 min Zeit genommen um die MRT Bilder zu besprechen und um seiner Patienten mitzuteilen, dass außer Knietprothese (wofür sie aber noch zu jung sei) oder mit den Schmerzen leben im Moment keine Option besteht. Die Assistentin sollte dann noch kurz eine Untersuchung durchführen, die er dann genutzt hat um direkt zu gehen ohne sich zu verabschieden oder noch ggf offene Fragen zu beantworten. Es ist für jemanden der professionell Sport betreibt etwas ernüchternd. On Monday, November 20th, 2023, I had surgery on my elbow because of an extension and flexion deficit of almost 20° each. “Excess bone material” was removed and a small “muscular structure” was removed. The surgery went extremely well, meaning that I was able to fully flex and extend immediately after the procedure. Wir waren abends in der Notaufnahme. Stickig, heiße Räumlichkeiten mit einer mehr als abweisenden, unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin. Es war nur ein einziger Arzt für das gesamte Klinikum inkl. der Notaufnahme anwesend. Als wir nach einigen Stunden Wartezeit gehen wollten, tauchte dieser dann doch noch auf. Was für ein Schock! Keine Verständigung auf Deutsch möglich. Der Einsatz von Ultraschall oder Röntgen wurde mit Kopfschütteln abgelehnt. Vielleicht hat er es auch nicht verstanden. Zielloses rumgedrücke auf der Wunde. Als er zu einem längeren Monolog mit unverständlichem Kauderwelsch ansetzte sind wir wieder gegangen um die Verletzung in einem richtigen Krankenhaus mit richtigen Ärzten untersuchen und behandel zu lassen. Nie mehr wieder!

Das Personal hätte eigentlich fünf Sterne verdient, der Arzt nur einen. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und wirklich top. Leider war der Arzt, bei dem ich eigentlich einen Termin ausgemacht hatte, heute nicht im Haus. Ich habe eingewilligt, dass mich ein anderer Arzt behandelt. Das war wohl eine Fehlentscheidung. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben einen so unfreundlichen Arzt kennengelernt. Er unterstellte mir, ich renne von Orthopäde zu Orthopäde, um eine OP zu erzwingen. Meine Frage war, was man denn stattdessen machen sollte, wenn man chronische Knieschmerzen hat und kein Physio oder Orthopäde bisher einem helfen konnte. Ich musste mich dafür rechtfertigen, warum ich einen Facharzt aufsuche, wenn ich doch Schmerzen habe. Seine Vermutung, dass es psychosomatisch sei, war grundsätzlich eine Gute, der ich weiter nachgehen werde. Doch woher soll eine Laie das wissen? Seine unfreundliche und arrogante Art hätte es dazu nicht gebraucht. Für andere Patienten hoffe ich, dass er nur einen schlechten Tag hatte und an anderen Tagen nur einen Funken Einfühlungsvermögen für einen Jungen Menschen mit Schmerzen hat. Wir wurden von einer jungen Ärztin begrüßt und durften die Vorgeschichte vortragen. Nach kurzer Zeit kam der Oberarzt der kurz die mitgebrachten MRT Bilder anschaute und sich von der jungen Ärztin in Kurzform das von uns Vorgetragene erzählen ließ. Er setzte sich nicht einmal hin und nach wenigen Minuten in denen immer wieder das Wort Lähmung seitens der Ärzte fiel, war für ihn klar - Operation notwendig, je früher umso besser. Meine Partnerin hatte außer leichten Gefühlsstörungen in zwei Fingern zu dem Zeitpunkt keinerlei Beschwerden oder Einschränkungen. Nach kurzer Aufzählung der möglichen Risiken der OP war er wieder verschwunden. Eine Abwägung zwischen Risiken der OP, alternativen Behandlungen oder eine mögliche Verlaufskontrolle und erst dann eine OP bei Auftreten von Beschwerden fand nicht statt. Schweren Herzens entschlossen wir uns zur OP, wie ja auch die eindeutige Empfehlung war. Soll ja nur eine Routine OP sein, wie sie im Haus vielfach gemacht wird, also nichts Besonderes. Daraus wurden dann zwei OPs innerhalb 24 Stunden mit dem Angebot noch eine dritte OP nach sieben Tagen zu machen um die misslungenen ersten zwei OPs möglicherweise korrigieren zu können, was wir aber abgelehnt haben. Das Ergebnis nach der Entlassung - an beiden Armen eine eingeschränkte Beweglichkeit, sodass selbstständiges An- und Auskleiden nicht mehr möglich ist. Zwischenzeitlich nach Gesprächen mit verschiedenen Ärzten außerhalb des Krankenhauses wissen wir, dass die OP zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht indiziert war bei objektiver Abwägung von Risiken und Nutzen. Mein Kreuzband wurde hier operiert. Die Chirurgen, sowie die Schwestern sind hier wirklich sehr professionell und achten wirklich sehr auf die Patienten. Auch sehr nennenswert war die Zeit die die Pfleger sich für einen Patienten genommen haben und auch möglichst keine Frage offen gelassen haben.

Habe schnell einen OP Termin erhalten als Kassenpatient! Sehr sorgfältige OP Planung, Durchführung und Nachbehandlung. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen vom Sekretariat, Pflege, OP Team, Physiotherapie, alles super! Hauseigene Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut!. Zimmer war wunderbar ruhig, sauber mit Blick nach draußen . Herzlichen Dank an alle, die mich super versorgt haben. Gut, dass wir in Deutschland so eine hervorragende medizinischen Versorgung haben.

Da er meinte hier wäre ich bei den richtigen Ansprechpartner, dies kann ich auch nur bestätigen. Von der Aufnahme auf der Station, den Voruntersuchungen und Vorgesprächen mit dem Ärzten, die für die Operation mit mir sprechen mussten, haben ich mich fachlich und persönlich gut aufgenommen gefühlt, auch muss ich das nette Personal und das Essen loben. Dank der Operation habe ich ein großes Stück Lebensqualität zurück bekommen, ich konnte im Juli eine kleine Wandertour mit meinen Kindern machen ohne ins Humpeln oder mit Schmerzen zugehen, auch den Abend, in die Nacht oder am Tag danach hatte ich keine Schmerzen im Knie oder Fußgelenk. So etwas war die letzten Jahre für mich unvorstellbar, hier hatte ich schon Probleme nach ca. 1 km.

Da alles zeitlich gut getaktet ist, hatte ich keine große Chance es mir wieder anders zu überlegen; was wirklich gut in diesem Moment war. Das MRT ist neu, es läuft bei Bedarf Musik und über dem Kopf hängt ein kleiner Spiegel, über diesen man eine größere Raumwahrnehmung hat und das Personal, Bzw den Raum sehen kann. Dieser hat mir wirklich sehr geholfen! Engegefühl hatte ich wirklich so gut wie keines. Vielen Dank nochmal an die lieben MFAs und den Arzt, der mir anschließend den Befund mitgeteilt hat. Wenn ich in sechs Monaten wieder komme, werde ich deutlich entspannter sein :)

Noch kann ich zu den Ärzten nicht wirklich etwas schreiben. Werde erst noch operiert aber was ich ganz stark bemängeln muss ist, dass die Terminvergaben echt unnötig ist. Ich bin das 3 mal jetzt da und muss trotz Termin über 1,5h warten. Es kann ja nicht sein , dass man andere Termine nicht mehr hinbekommt weil die Wartezeit immer eine Frechheit ist.

Die OP erfolgte jetzt am 24.07.2023. Von der Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung? Top! Vielen Dank an Herrn Dr. med. Jehmlich und sein Team. Danke auch für die wunderbare Narkose :) . Für eine stationäre Aufnahme waren die Schmerzen wohl zu gering? Wie will das denn jemand bitte einschätzen können? Man kann sich seit 7 Tagen kaum bewegen. Wird von Arzt zu Arzt geschickt und wird dann letztendlich weggeschickt! Unfassbar!

Aufgrund der für eine Klinik hohen Bewertung habe ich mich auf den weiten Weg nach Markgröningen gemacht, um ein Vorgespräch für eine evtl. HüftOP zu führen. Um es kurz zu machen, ich hätte mir die Nummer getrost sparen können. Anderswo kann es kaum schlechter sein. Miserable tel. Erreichbarkeit, Nichteinhaltung des vereinbarten Termins, scheint ja mittlerweile überall zum "guten Ton" zu gehören. Die Abfertigung wie Frachtgut und utopische Wartezeiten war dann doch etwas zuviel des Guten . So morsch können meine Knochen gar nicht sein, als das es mich wieder dorthin verschlagen würde.
