This is a nice place for the entire family. Try to be there in early morning or late afternoon. It's really busy between 10:30 and 13:30. Plan to spend about two hours there. The restaurant is ok. If it's to hot or starts to rain try the indoor play area above the restaurant....the kids love it!!!

Komme gerne wieder.

Great place to spend walking through the forest and climb the tower. Great for kids. You can reach and touch the tree tops, hear the sounds of the birds. Lots of activities and playgrounds for the little ones. Learn about the forest or expand your existing knowledge. Definitely worth a whole day of your time. You can skip the restaurant, it's nothing special, the staff is nice. Got some fries which were ok sized, otherwise small portions. Almost no size difference from kids pasta to a regular Käsespätzle.

Good place for young and older persons. The main attraction are a walking platform above the trees, panoramic views, a path and cave with optical illusions, a playground and a house upside down (extra cost 2 Euro each to get in). The parking is free.

I got so sick from the food that I spent the day in and out of the bathroom while the family had a good time. Come for the things to do. Bring your own food, lots of people did that today.

The tower, bridges, paths and climbing structures are well maintained. Our visit was relaxed as few others were underway. It provided shade and lovely views.

Sehr schön gemacht, sehr gut mit Kindern. Eintritt ok, essen gut, Preise in Ordnung. 😀👍🏼

Suitable for kids and adults. There are climbing places and sliders on top.it's better to visit it in summer, there are a lot of activities that cannot be done on cold weather. Don't visit it in November, it's foggy and cannot enjoy the view :( In the winter there is a winter market at the bottom.

Very beautiful place and a perfect day trip in Bayern region. Free parking place for cars and busses. Need a bit planning for travellers using public transportation. Please look out for bus timings on their website, there are different timings in different seasons. You can find more info on my insta page( @1mshi_r) for complete travel plans and location details.

This place has been built with so much love for the detail. You can really feel that the owner is not only investing, but he's also fulfilling a personal dream for himself. Besides the tree top path, there are so many more things to do. My personal favorite is the Kugelhaus, a marble run covering a whole house. Amazing! We did not dare to go on the slides, but we will come back for that.

I love this place. Clean, good for kids too to play. Walking and a lot more. You will not go hungry because they have a restaurant. Recommended to all who loves nature and animals.

A large area with a wide range of activities. The main attraction is the trail in the canopy. It is worth coming early for opening hours, then you have the trail almost to yourself. Later, the crowds start to flow in. From the top of the trail it is then possible to slide down on a slide, but count on it being really fast. Be sure to visit the "Kugel house" in the area. A house filled with a plethora of wooden ball lanes (you can get one at the entrance). There is also a large playground for the kids with swings, slides and more. It is also possible to walk through the forest nature trail, which is interactive in many places. The local restaurant is in classic Bavarian style as far as the food menu is concerned, but they also offer pizza. You can spend the whole day here and not even know how.

Tolles Erlebnis.

Exceeding expectations! The tower and activities were very much fun for adults and kids. The illusions of the brain and senses made a big impact on our minds. There was so much to see and do, do not come with little time.

Nice, family-friendly place to go, everything is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Not recommended, if you're bad with heights, if that wasn't clear

Fantastic day out. So much better than we had expected. Stunning views and such fun climbing high above the trees taking in the stunning scenery and experiencing the changing weather. There is so much to do here we feel we didn't get to explore everything but had such a great day out. The children loved it and so did we. Great value great experiences and lots of memories made.

One of the best tourist spot to visit especially in the summer.

  • 4/5 Flynn On T. 2 years ago on Google
We headed there last weekend and wow, it was truly worth a visit! You have to sign in to an app before you walk in (and pay an entrance fee; parking, however, is free). There's a reataurant with a nice view (and the fries we had there were really tasty!), and a lot to do and see. There's a path leading up, and then you can get even higher until you reach the very top and enjoy an absolutely fantastic view! But you can also walk through the forest and read about animals, have a look at some optical illusions, climb a wall, see animals, enjoy a playground and much more. There's also a house that's standing on its roof, but as the number of people being let inside is really limited right now, you better be prepared to wait at least one hour (and you have to pay 2€ extra for that) until you can enjoy it.

Wonderful place with a lot of Christmas themed atractions (winter). The view from top was extrodinary. I would suggest to visit just before sunset because the view is magical! There is also restaurant in the entry with drinks and food. Entry price is a bit expensive but I would say that it was worth the money.

Very nice Christmas market, although the entry price is a little bit higher. But definitely still worth a visit with whole family(we were therewith our two year old boy, who sit in the trolley the whole time)! Very walkable! I like it a lot!
