I definitely would not trust this shop again: THE OWNER OFFERED US 30€ IN EXCHANGE OF A 5 STARS ON GOOGLE !!! I hope the other 5 stars are not all faked. We had a bad experience renting 2 touring bikes for a week, and were very disappointed: - one back gear shifter was broken + the bike made a constant metallic noise when cycling + it was over lubricated and very dirty - the gears of the other bike were not adjusted, making it very hard to bike uphill - the mechanic who assisted with the bikes was not helpful, accusing me of not knowing how to use a bike (I traveled the world with a bike :) ), he started to get mad at us. The experience in the shop was long and terrible -the bikes for rent were not the ones advertised on the website Only positive points of this whole experience : - booking online was very easy -the owner refunded us 25 % of the bill (he was willing to do more but in exchange of a 5 star on google)

Unhappy and grumpy staff that stuffed up my booking. I wanted to hire a trekking bike for a week and went to the store to see what the bikes were like to understand what extras I would need to prepare ahead of my trip (pannier rack, panniers, etc) and to confirm availability. The attendant verbally confirmed that I could get the bike the next day and that it would be fine to pay the next day. The next day I went there and was told the bikes had been given out and that I had never booked, which was not true. One star is to the younger colleague of the grumpy older man who was trying to find alternatives for the next morning. I do not recommend this place. Although there are few alternatives for multi day trekking (gravel bike hires), I am confident that they will provide a better service and experience.

We rented two e-bikes for a day. The bikes were perfect (good brakes, batteries etc). Communication before renting was fast and clear, booking was easy and the prices reasonable. Communication in the store itself could be a little bit better, but that's just a minor detail.

Completely unhelpful and grumpy old man. Wanted to store our luggage (which was advertised) however he proceeded to just get incredibly angry at us, storming off after we hadn’t already downloaded the app - bearing in mind that we didn’t know we needed to do this prior to dropping off our luggage. Entire experience was utterly awful and we ended up just leaving. Would warn anyone from going to this place - other staff members were equally unhelpful but not as rude. Was also speaking half English and half German - made the conversation very bizarre.

Brought my bike in because the chain was lose, had slipped in the morning. Walked in, he immediately saw the problem without me even saying anything , and he repaired it on the spot for free! Tried to offer him some money but he wouldn't take it. Faith in humanity restored <3

i rented 3 ebikes to do the mauerweg in 3 days. We loved it. bikes, service and staff were very good. staff was very helpful. I actually rented a bike last year for Berlin to Coppenhague. They have this service: you pick up the bike in one city and give it back in coppenhagen. Perfect. Thank you

Amazing place with superb service. I arrived with my son to rent bikes, and we were welcomed by Mr. Stefan Neitzel with great patience and kindness. He was attentive and answered every question with proffesionalism, and it also felt that he is doing hus best to make us feel comfortable with every aspect. It is rare to find such welcoming rental bike businesses, and we are recommending this place to anyone seeking to rent bikes in Berlin.

We rented bikes here for 2 days while in Berlin. Professional, good prices, and great quality.The bikes worked perfectly and were exactly what our family needed. The man who helped us was extremely helpful and efficient and spoke English. They even had a carrier for our 5 year old which made seeing the city pleasurable. Highly recommended!

Very kind, helpful and awesome people! My bike's chain was loose and came off while I was in the area, so I found the shop here on Maps, stopped by and they put it back and tightened it up in 5 minutes - no charge. Def. recommend!

This is where we started our 400 km bike trip from Berlin to Hamburg, retracing most of the route that my mother took in May 1945, on bike, as she fled the Russian army from Brandenburg to the town of Loose near the Danish border. Fahradsstation Berlin got us started with new bikes, panniers, repair kits - everything we needed!

Yet another bike repair shop that always adds expenses to the bills. Got my flat tire fixed and then they call to say also wheel has to be completely changed. I say ok and costs me additional €30, then I notice that the same wheel is wobbling, I bring it back and they they say it’s going to be additional €30-40 although i didn’t have that problem before. Sad that I get the feeling that they just want to earn money off you and not find best solution for you and being customer centered.

It was my first ebike extended tour, for 9 days. The bike was good and comfortable to ride. I had some problems with the battery and felt at first that it wasn't strong enough. As it turns out the charger quit on the 4 day. Fahrradstation was able to organize a replacement within 24 hours. Luckily I was in a nice place so the forced stay wasn't bad. The replace charger and battery worked better for me and I was happy with there performance. I picked up the bike late, just before closing, so maybe that was why I didn't get a good run-down on the workings of the battery and charger. It would have saved me some anxiety about how quickly the battery would run down if I had. Even including the excitement I had a good trip. Going north from Berlin to Usedom was beautiful.

Rented e-bikes as a large group and had a guided tour via an Airbnb experience. It was 35 degrees that day so I had to bug out early but the guide (Niall, from Ireland but not biased honest) was very knowledgeable and showed the group a huge amount over the course of 3 hours elaborating on a lot of smaller details you just wouldn't get if self guiding. And if it was 10 degrees cooler I'd have been able to properly enjoy the whole thing. Shop owner was friendly and spoke perfect English, and tolerated my very poor German!

Berlin - Copenhagen 🚴‍♂️ We had great service at Fahrradstation and got the whole way without major problems. We were a bit late to pick up the bikes so we had to take a bike that had a minor defect. But it was not a problem due to the openness and service from the owner and the team. They also helped us along the way via phonecalls.

We hired touring bikes to cycle from Berlin to Copenhagen. The bikes were in good condition and the route was stunning, I would definitely recommend it!

Fahrradstation has a huge variety of bicycles - cruiser, electric bikes, kids bikes, tandems, and child carriers. Thomas assisted us in choosing the right bikes for our family. He was extremely patient as we tried several kids bikes and even a bike trailer. We settled on two urban bikes and the Babboe Big. The Babboe Big saved our trip! Our kids are pretty good bike riders. However, they would have been exhausted with the amount of riding we did. In three days we rode through Mitte to Tiergarten to KaDeWe to Kreuzberg, Neukölln, and Friedrichshain. The Babboe Big was easy to ride too. Thank you, Thomas and Fahrradstation!!

I brought my bike here to be serviced after 1 year of standing outside and the service was great! They didn’t try to rip me off by changing every part, they did what was necessary and now my bike is in great condition for only €30!!! Highly recommended! The staff is super nice and fun!

I lost my bike key and the Fahrradstation was very helpful (I had my contract, serial number and ID). It was done very quickly, as agreed, and I even got extra help (air to my tires). In case this ever happens to me again, I will be contacting them. Thanks!
