I came to her being very sick. She did not even check me and when I told her that I want to have a blood check she told me that I should pay for it! Even though I have an insurance, that covers everything! She was acting not like professional doctor and she was very rude.

I briefly was treated by Dr. Sokolova for acute sleep problems. During the visit, Dr. Sokolova was inattentive and clearly upset. She took a phone call during my visit in which she angrily told the caller she couldn't talk and was rude to my 4-year old because she wasn't sitting still. During my follow-up to this awful first impression, I did not get to even see the doctor; I left after 45 minutes of waiting despite having an appointment. The secretary is extremely nice and professional, but this does not change the overall horrible experience I had at this practice.

We expected at least some dignity, but it seems to be a hard thing to come by at this doctor's office. My mother fled the war in Ukraine, fled the destruction of our home town Bakhmut. After all the stress and despair of a loss, she started to experience issues with her health. I decided to find her a doctor that could speak our language, and we found Dr. Tatjana Sokolova. The only good thing we observed about this office is the professionalism of the reception desk staff. And that's about it. Dr. Sokolova started her consultation with unwarranted remark that she has no time to treat all Ukrainian refugees. Despite this conspicuous chauvinistic remark, my mother continued the consultation in hope she could receive help she requires. But alas, not even then she received the treatment she deserved. The doctor conducted her self in a rude manner, constantly interrupting, was unwilling to hear anything my mother would say. In the end she prescribed therapy for sleeping issues, which my mother never experienced, for no apparent reason, except it is paid by the insurance company. This treatment we eventually canceled with the help of the reception desk staff. It is hard to find good words for this clinic, except disappointment.

Horrible. Never left her desk and prescribed medication without any check up. What kind of doctor are you?

The best caring, understanding yet firm Dr!!! Very cheering and helpful receptionists, easy to get appointment. Love and recommend Dr. Sokolova a lot.

I went to this practice to ask advice for vaccinations because of a travel to Tanzania. The doctor said she could gave me the Hepatitis A+B vaccine and advised to take other vaccines in a travel clinic. I replied that I already took the Hepatitis B vaccine when I was child and I only need Hepatitis A. She did not belive me (?!?), I showed her a document that confirmed that statement and she didn't even looked at it. In a total of two appointments (out of a cycle of 3, the third one was supposed to take place after the travel) she gave me a total of 1.5 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine (which, as I told her several times, I didn't need) and only 0.5 doses of the Hepatitis A (which instead I did need for my travel, leaving me not completly protected). Not recommended.

Very nice people at the reception, and Dr. Sokolova took a genuine interest in me and my situation!

I liked Dr. Sokolova and her office assistant, but their friendliness was the only good part of my experience. I felt like an object used only to make them money. She diagnosed me with emphysema even though I had never smoked in order to justify a spirometer test. She did a mediocre sleep study using her own outdated equipment even though I would have a full one from the independent sleep center the following week. I paid her 1,000 Euro bill within a few days of receiving it. Then a week later I received a "corrected" bill that was 236 Euro higher. There was no medical indication of what the additional charge was and no GOA number so my insurance refused to pay it. If you have GKV insurance you should have no problem with being overcharged because the doctor bills the insurance company directly. But if you have private insurance beware of inflated and non-medical charges that your insurance will not cover. The final insult was after paying her 1,000 Euro, she charged me 48 cents for the postage stamp necessary to mail me the bill! I'm surprised she didn't charge for the envelope too. What about the time her employee takes to carry it to the mail box? There is plenty of profit in medical bills without her needing to charge the patient for a postage stamp, that's gone too far.

Frau Doktor Sokolova kann ich gar nicht empfehlen. Sie war ganz unprofessional unhöflich und unfreundlich. Es gab das Gefühl, dass sie gar nicht helfen wollte. До цього я чекала 50 хвилин, і замість допомоги я отримала тільки поганий настрій. Перший і останній раз приходжу сюди. Персонал на стійці реєстрації був навпаки дуже приємним і ввічливим.
