This is a MUST DO experience! A rooftop bar with magnificent views of the city, couldn't ask for anything more.

The place have a great view of the city, and they have elevator. I find this place a bit expensive, but for the view I suppose is worth it. I recommend the terrace to take a drink with friends, and enjoy the view. The personnel was very kind, even though we order just water.

A really nice and well situated restaurant on 5th floor in Altstadt Freiburg. It also has a toproof 360 degree view outdoor bar (and food) overlooking the roofs in Alstadt and with magnificent views over Freiburg, of Schwarzwald and the mountainridges to the west into France. A can warmly reccomend this place for that special dinner or a lager group of friends, plenty of space they have a menu with many choices, a nice winelist and bier.

Beautiful restaurant, but the food wasn't delicious! I will think twice before I come back here.

Nice terrace with a great view over the Münsterplatz. The service is not amaaazing but efficient. The cocktail selection is nice but not very original. They have a good wine selection.

Nice rooftop with a great view

Nice views but not so nice service. We waited for 15 min to at least see the menu, then we were re-placed to another table and waited again for another 5 min to finally get the menu. The cocktail I ordered was ok, nothing remarkable.

I just left this place with a very bad feeling. They ruined our time. The service people are very rude and inattentive. We wanted two Lattes and it took ages. We stayed at the bar to get it and go upstairs. The coffee was ready but no one was willing to give us. I wanted to pay by card but they didn’t accept cards for payments under 10!!!!! What the hell?! The overpriced restaurant doesn’t want to accept cards for less than 10?!!!! Not to mention the chaotic atmosphere and the staff who broke glasses left and right and so close to us. Just terrible. Used to be my most favorite. Now I’ll tel everyone not to go there.

The view is fantastic over the city's center and the staff was friendly and professional

I visited SKAKO twice with my colleagues during a work conference. The place has a great atmosphere and offers good views of Freiburg. I enjoyed the Hugo drink. The staff was friendly and helpful, although they were a bit slow to notice us at first. The only downside was that they only accepted card payments for orders over 10 euros, which was inconvenient for some of us. Overall, I had a good time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic spot to have a drink.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view of the city centre. Wide choice of drinks with some top-quality ones.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Super unfriendly waitress who gave us one of the worst customer service experiences of our lives. Our friends from overseas saw us embarrassed for bringing them to such a place. Dog unfriendly venue too. Needless to say after that experience we will never go back there. The view isn’t worth it being treated like we were. Pretentious place with no class. You get a better view at the Kastaniengarten and better service too.

Good place, bad service. Very nice view, decent food, but service is extremely slow and unqualified. First cocktails were served after 30 minutes of waiting. And when we ordered second round of cocktails we waited for another 30 minutes and only then we learned that they forgot about our order. So we waited another 30 minutes for our cocktailes. Each of us was ready to try 3-4 drinks... but skajo dont want your money:)

Great View on the rooftop and amazing cocktails And prices are average and workers are amazing. But preferably take a jacket with you to the rooftop even within the summer because there’s nothing to block the wind off you so you will end up with alot of wind hitting you up there but definitely suggest the place.

Fantastic rooftop bar overlooking the cathedral. They serve champagne and Geldermann (which in my view is the nicest German Sekt). Recommend going on a nice sunny day.

The view from the terrace is great and is worth a visit. The cappuccino unfortunately is really really bad, so I would avoid it. The service was OK.

Worth every penny. A fantastic meal with a great atmosphere. If you visit Freiburg you must eat here.
