It is possible to take part in a public guided tour, which always takes place at 2:15 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Entry is free, there is also a shop where you can buy university wine, among other things :)

But that's all complaining at a high level; in this exhibition you can learn a lot about the history of the university and the city of Freiburg. Good audio guide. Entry free. Clean toilets. Friendly staff.
