I
arrived
at
the
hotel
with
a
reservation
of
2
rooms
2
nights.
As
I
arrived,
I
noticed
that
my
reservation
was
3
weeks
later,
not
short
before.
If
I
still
do
not
understand
that,
I
totally
accept
the
fact
that
I
possibly
made
a
mistake.
But
how
we
have
been
treated
there...The
manager,
0
smile,
started
to
make
a
little
moral
lesson
saying
that,
for
example,
If
I
do
not
pay
attention
in
a
car,
I
can
have
an
accident,
so
it
would
be
better
for
me
if
I
pay
attention...Seriously?
We
made
this
agreement:
if
the
manager
was
able
to
rerent
the
room,
I
will
got
100%
payback.
I
checked
the
booking
page
at
these
dates,
there
were
no
rooms
available.
But,
I
just
received
40€
out
of
500€
back...Apparently,
the
hotel
send
me
more,
but
I
did
not
receive
it.
I
wanted
to
discuss
again,
I
showed
my
bank
account
to
proove
that
I
did
not
receive
it...but
you
said
the
booking
guy
that
you
do
not
want
to
hear
about
me
anymore,
and
if
I
insist,
I
should
bring
my
lawyer...And
I
never
ever
threat
you
with
a
bad
rating,
but
now
I
do.
I
did
not
sleep
there,
but
I
saw
the
place
and
meet
the
guy,
and
this
1
star
maximum.
Period.
