The whole experience at the clinic was good. The receptionist and the doctor very kind. Unfortunately, my appointment was at 9am and the doctor came at 9:50. For the whole waiting time nobody talked to me or informed about the delay. On top of that, after the visit I was placed again in the waiting room to wait to pay. I came at 8:50 (10 minutes before my appointment) because I am aware that the first visit requires filling in some documents and I didn’t want to delay the doctor. As I respect the time of others, I would be happy if they respected mine. The delay can happen and I understand it but the lack of communication or simple “we are sorry for the delay” which I didn’t hear even once was disrespectful.

We have been customers now for at least 5 years and never experienced anything we would not be satisfied with. Very professional atmosphere.
