Sehr gut präsentierten Exponate. Das ganze Museum wirkt wie neu! Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Sehr interessant, tolle Ausstellung.

Big and well equiped museum. I had a good time, however I was driven away by a tourist guide (23.04.2022 around 13h) who was guiding another group at the same time I arrived at the museum. She was polite, but still it felt unpleasant, hence the three stars.

Very well done museum on the great war, lots of context and good texts, small section of trenches was very impressive at my first visit. Only few big exponates like artillery guns, no vehicles or tanks though.

This by far the best preservation and display of pre world war 2 history. The staff was very welcoming and I spent many hours taking in all the history. This is the one museum I would definitely return to if I ever had the chance in the future.

Echter Tipp.

Didn’t not visit the museum. But the surrounding area is quite nice.

I loved it. They really managed to make the atmosphere. The downside is that everything is in German, so if you do not speak it, you are doomed to not understand a thing. However, the items speak for themselves. I can't say that there is no parking near it, although I did not see it but you can try going with a car because there is a hotel near the place (10 min) so theoretically you can park there. It is good to know that it is full of electric scooters that you can rent.

Massive in size. We spent 3.5 hours with rushing through the last quarter or so. The pre-WW1 and WW1 collection, information, films are really impressive, but you will also find some post-WW1 info and objects as well. Really nicely put together, but signs are only in German. Entrance is hidden, door seems closed but you only need to push. The price is nominal, under 18s go free.

The museum is really interesting and part of the Kombi ticket (7€) with 2 other museums. This is the biggest of the 3 museums. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and polite. Very good place to visit. Sadly all the descriptions were only in German.

Outstanding museum with lots of exhibits. Only costs a few € to get in, and looks small from the outside, but if you want to see everything, leave yourself a few hours to walk though this one.

Fantastic...it's a shame that the information panels are only in German though.

This is by far the BEST WWI museum (better than MOST museums actually) I have ever been to, and it's got so much stuff to see - make sure you take the day off! Not in any tourist guides or much publicised, but if you are into the subject make sure you go!

That was one of the better organized museums and some parts were so meticulously created helps visualising. Suprised why it was so quite but definetly worth to visit if you are in town.
