Die zwei Damen (vgl. Bild eins und zwei) an der Galerie -Bar sehr unhöflich und nicht geeignet in der Gastronomie. Ich war mit meiner Frau unterhalten&trinken an der Bar Nähe DJ. Die Dame aus Bild zwei rempelte mich als sie hinter die Theke gehen wollte und dadurch mein Getränk auf der Kleidung meine Begleitung geschüttelt. Eine Entschuldigung hätte total ausgereicht. Aber nein keine Entschuldigung und bat ich die andere Kellnerin vgl. Bild 2 mir einen Ersatz zu erstatten nachdem wir keine Entschuldigung bekommen haben. Die rassistische Kellnerin vgl. Bild Nr. 1, sagte nein und rief die Security. Da kam einen, hörte das Problem an und meinte ein Moment bitte. 10 Minuten später kam jemand anderen, hörte das Problem an und sagte bitte warten bis der Chef kommt. So der freundliche Security Leiter kam, ich hab ihm gesagt, eine kleine Entschuldigung reicht vollkommen oder ein Ersatz Getränk, es ging uns nicht um den blöden Getränk aber als Gast erwartet man schon von der Kellnerin eine Entschuldigung, wenn durch sie die Getränke auf uns geschüttelt wurde. Der neuraum sticht vor allem durch seine internationalen DJ bookings heraus. 15€ Eintritt um DJ Stars aus allerwelt zu sehen ist mehr als fair und die Energie auf dem Dancefloor ist einzigartig. Wir hatten nie Probleme mit dem Personal oder der Security, sind bis jetzt aber jedes mal an unangenehme Partygäste geraten. Da kann der Club aber ja nichts für.

I like how they had a lot of variety rooms with different music genre, but the best was in the main hall, the bouncer in the front door was nice. But, theres few notes i want to write about the drinks though. I drank about 2 shots and 5 drinks and mostly i asked for double in that, but i can't somehow taste the alcohol, mostly in the mixed drinks. I don't know if they mix the alcohol or some thing but i can't felt it, normally couple of shots and drinks was my maximum portion if i go hanging out to a club bcs i want safely going home. But i was pretty sober going back home. So that was a bummer for that kind of big club. But i still gonna come back if i visiting München again, even im prefer ordering 'open bottle' on the drink than order it normally.

The outside area with a bar and burgergrill (with affordable prices), the keksdose with beer from a barrell and schlager, the salon with two bars, a big led wall and hardstyle, the entrance area (idk. what it is called) with a bar, toilets, a photo booth and a opportunity to store your jackets etc. for 2€. Then there is the biggest area, the club. With 4 bars (correct me if im wrong), places to sit and a massive sound and light system i have never seen in a club before. In the club area all bookings take place. And on "normal" fridays and saturdays you can enjoy chart like music. But the bookings are what make Neuraum so special for me. Fun place but drink before you get there cuz they water down their bottles

Awesome night club, just don't expect to get water if your thirsty, even from the paramedics out front, you have to be dying to get water, the paramedics told me to get water from a McDonald's

The staff didn’t let us get in. Their behaviour was so unfriendly. This was the first place we could see racism clearly in Germany.

Fun club, cool venue with the multiple floors. I wish they kept the ratio of M/F a little bit more even as me and my girlfriend were continually harassed by groups of older men. If you are in a big group it would probably be best.

Great bookings like Sefa, Rooler and many more. Unfortunately the crowd sucks a bit :/ But going there to see your fav artists is absolutely worth it! PS always bring earplugs... You may not need'em but often it's just too loud.

Terrible service, lady taking money was extremely rude and yelling at everyone in their face, causing a lot of people to just turn away. I don't care what management says on here, I see a disturbing amount of comments saying the employees here are rude and racist. I look around this club and it's not as diverse as management claims. There's obviously a problem with this club.

Me, my husband and a group of friends tried to enter here a few weeks ago, every person in our group was let in except for my husband. The bouncer said that he was too drunk, which was a lie. I waited for him near the entrance door, after I passed the bouncers and before paying the entrance fee. All the time I was waiting for him a lot of people that were more drunk than him were let in, but probably they were Germans. I saw a lot of people complaining here about the bouncers. They don't let people inside because they are not Germans and based on the skin color. In our case the colour of the skin was not an issue, but for sure the fact that we are not Germans counted. After I read other reviews from here, like the things that were missing from the garderobe and other complains, now I'm glad they didn't let us in. Based on other complains from here there is a REAL ISSUE with discrimination in this club, and maybe next time we will come here just to have a reason to make a complain to the legal institutions regarding discrimination. Anyway, München is full of much better clubs.

Was a nice big club. Each dance floor offered different music choices. Kinda felt like it was all over the place a little, though. Was very crowded, especially on the dance floors. Bars were everywhere, so if one was crowded, you possibly could have found a less populated one else where. But I met a handful of cool people here. Only 13 euro entrance fee.

The atmosphere and the music was amazingggg! But too many stags gaining entrance in groups. They were literally pushing people around and making them uncomfortable!

Denied entry because we didn't fit. The bouncers looked at us closely, we had our id cards ready, well dressed, sober. It was evident that non white people are not allowed unless they are accompanied by white people. We have been in this club before, however, we are always denied entry if we are not accompanied by white people.

Service war steht’s bemüht, jedoch gab es Schwierigkeiten Jacke und Pulli zusammen in einem wieder zurückzuholen. Zu meiner Jacke wurde ein anderer Pullover zugeordnet also nicht wundern, wenn ihr nicht den Pullover zu eurer Jacke bekommt oder andersrum.
