It was a "blind tasting" meaning the bottles were indistinguishable (wrapped with aluminum foil). Each guest had 5 glasses in front of them, which were filled with different wines. We were also given a list of the 5 wines that were served and were allowed to puzzle out which wine was in the glasses. Mr. March gave us tips and pointed out differences. We liked the concept so far. However, the expectations of the guests and the host Mr. March is otherwise a bit apart.
