Completely dishonest on wait times. I will change this to a 5 star review, if I get correct wait time information on my next visit. I’m a regular here. Whenever I order I always get told, it’s a ten or 15 minute wait. This could not be further from the truth, regardless of the number of orders pending. Firstly, delivery orders always seem to take priority. Secondly wait times are more like 20-40 minutes as a MINIMUM. Just be honest with the wait times? What’s the problem? Be upfront, so people can make an informed choice. Are you so desperate to lose orders you give out liar information and entrap people once they have made the orders. Sick a simple thing to do, that you can’t or won’t do? Management please feed this back to your staff.

Pinky place, though wasn’t very crowded, but the pretzel is pretty good n impressive! If u r not full, u can consider having one of this. We take away n eat it cold-still yummy nonetheless!

Not authentic pretzels whatsoever. It's more like oven baked bread in the shape of a pretzel. The bread was good but not a pretzel. Also, the vibe of the shop is confusing. Fake chocolate bars wrapped in pink generic packaging, fake milk containers in the same pink packaging.... what am I missing??

Hands down my favourite place I ate when visiting Fremantle! Why are there NOT more pretzel places around Australia. Also the place is so fun to be in. Visually amazing and the tunes were an 11/10!!

Used the scan and pay option from the table as I was with my dog. The message said please be patient as they are made fresh ... Fair enough. We waited 30 mins and I finally went to check. Normally these scan and pay send you a message when it is ready, clearly you either forgot or just don't think to use that feature. Cashier also said you should have gotten a text. It was clear our pretzels had been sitting out for a while. Not impressed, too many other options in Fremantle to be bothered trying again

Very bad service and food especially the staff, asked them to add more garlic as it was less and my little daughter wanted some, they said that's all you get, and started gossiping about me and my daughter at the back. So rude

Really delicious handmade pretzels with delicious toppings. I got a half biscoff half cookies and cream pretzel that was great. The place has an awesome vibe and seems to be very clean and hygienic. Highly recommended
