Best Bao bun I’ve ever had. We had the pork belly & the roasted duck. Fantastic.

Decent fresh baos, on a pricey side though. Japanese panko chicken is my top pick.

Tried Japanese Panko Fried Chicken bao from What the Bao Food Truck at Curtin and it was delicious! For me, a single bao was slightly small for a meal but two would have been too much. Will definitely try it again next time the truck comes around :)

We were visiting Fremantle Markets and tried some food from What the Bao. We received great service from Carolyn. The tofu bun was delicious as were the lotus root crisps.

Bulgogi beef tasted really great, the bao too. However the bao was too thin and it crumbled by the sauce as we tried to eat it. Would give 4.5 if I can.

Roasted duck and pork belly baos were packed full of flavour and a huge serving size!

They offer a fantastic selection of baos, and what truly impressed me was how perfectly cooked both the bao itself and the toppings were. The balance of flavors and textures was spot on. Moreover, the portion size was just right, leaving me satisfied but not overly stuffed. If you're a fan of baos, this place is definitely worth a visit for its quality and variety.

I had the Korean bao bun and it was so delicious. Extremely tasty, if I wasn't in such a rush I would of went back for seconds.

We ordered for a 21st party. WTB were terrific - professional, friendly, punctual and helpful. All of the types of bao we ordered were delicious. 5 stars.

I had the Panko chicken bao and it was cooked to perfection, still steaming from the kitchen! Packed to the fullest you get your monies worth, which is good since they are $10 a pop. Would definitely get again.

Went on Sunday lunch time and it was busy. While it didnt take me long to order, it took a while for them to cook the bao. Tried their soft shell crab bao and it was nice and crispy, with nice topping and sauce that complements the taste. It was more like a snack so quite pricey for a bao (all cost about $10 or more for a bao).

Ordered Pork bun and popcorn chicken. The pork bun ($10) is super delicious 👍 popcorn chicken ($13) is in good portion, crispy, taste ok with mayonnaise source.

Wanted to try something new, so went with bao. There are 2 veggo options and I had the tofu vegetarian option and it was fun! Fresh and nice flavour. The rice bun is unique. A fun experience worth trying :)

😠 If you want a descent kebab go elsewhere. I could barely believe it after having purchased lunch which included being charged an additional 15% surcharge that what I was supplied with was barely a complete kebab. I mean if you are going to charge people an additional 15%, then you should at least do...
