The dentist was great with my son - got more access to his mouth than any previous dentist has managed without an anaesthetic. Patient and encouraging with his sensory issues and fear, giving him time to process the requests and choose to allow more work. Update: after a short wait list my son was offered dental work under anaesthetic. The whole process was streamlined and easy (in comparison to other medical services requiring day hospital admission recently) and communications from the staff at the clinic were great. Concerns addressed and full explanations given. The day of the operation, the dentists visited my son pre and post op and gave clear instructions for post op. Very thorough and extra work done while he was under anaesthetic after phoning for my approval, so another anaesthetic was avoided for further treatment. Thoughtful, professional and respectful dental care at no cost to my son - couldn’t be happier.

I have been bringing both my children here for a couple of years and they are fantastic. In our experience, the standard of specialised care at this clinic is higher than when we were seeing a private paediatric dentist. Dr Cristina carefully prepares each visit, using strategies that are both consistent and successful for dealing with the parts of the examination that they find challenging. Likewise, the reception staff have always been accommodating. Our family is very grateful that our children can access this service.

Not a review on the clinic itself but on the lack of compassion from the receptionist... I live 300m from this place and got caught in bad rain with my 7 month old baby.. the pram got soaking wet so I had to hold her and an umbrella.. I couldn’t hold my baby and umbrella and push the pram so I thought I could just leave my pram outside this place under cover whilst I walk home.. thought I’d do the right thing and ask reception if ok to leave the pram there for half an hour but she said ‘no it’s not safe’.. I was so angry and upset and I know it’s my fault for not checking the rain forecast but have some bloody compassion!!

My client called to make an appointment, however the receptionist refused to speak to my client to make the appointment when they knew I was in the room. Extremely disappointing.

Mediocre customer service. Blaming other staff for there mistake. Very likely to recommend this place to any disability company who needs dental service. Though the dentist are nice.

Staff were rude from the beginning, and were none too careful when suctioning my mouth. They tried to recommend toothpaste for my toothache, and told me that a private dentist wouldn't fix my teeth (seeing as it was cosmetic). Zero out of ten.

Dentists are very friendly but the customer service is very very low, specially the senior receptionist. I requested for a glass of water, the cold mineral water tap was next to her but she made me wait 10 minutes as she was busy. Then, she went to dentists room and got a glass of tap water. I get very disappointed. What a pathetic customer service!

I didn't even get through a phone enquiry without the receptionist patronising me. Wow. And this practice specialises in helping clients with special needs? I don't even feel confident enough to book.

The only public and therefore free dental clinic catering for special needs in the Perth metro. Dentistry under anesthesia is a thing.
