Do not waist your time. I had a full eye test and when I got my glasses they were so wrong. I couldn't read a thing, everything was blury. I told them this script is very wrong. I was informed it can't be wrong it was one of the best Optometrists that did my eye test so it has to be correct. They then told me theheight of the script in the lenses was wrong so they made new lenses. I picked up my new lenses and they are even worse. I since had another eye test with there opposition to find out the prescription is wrong. I will be going back and wanting my money back as it was a lot of money for glasses that are absolutely useless! Very unprofessional and unhelpful!!

Its all about money here and specsavers are a pretty CHEAP high turnover line but can be a bit basic especially in knowledge of their product as i sadly found out . Do not go here for "blue light blocking glasses" as their product is not very effective at all compared to alternatives . The most annoying thing , apart from about $600 , is the typical trained sales smiles that can change quickly when/if issues arise . The store owner Adam is now a bit richer and i would imagine therefore happier without any regrets - he is a "SALESMAN" so !!!!

Do not go there to see an optometrist, there aren't any. These people do quick and unreliable measurements, do not listen, and provide wrong prescriptions. It might not be a problem for clients with tiny vision issues, but for very short sighted people, it is. The first time I went, I was wearing -11.5 on my left eye, I said that I was happy and didn't want it stronger. The guy gave me a prescription of -12.5! Since then, I went to see an actual optometrist, who realised that -11.5 was already too much, and gave me -11. Same story with different numbers for my right eye. I now feel very well, my vision is good both short and far.

Happy with the service but felt rushed by the optometrist when asking questions...in and out as fast as possible would best describe the experience. Update; really happy with these guys now. I had an issue with my new lenses and they replaced without question after a second appointment. Have upgraded to 4 stars because of this. Also the frames I got seem to have reasonable quality. Price is also good.

My recent eye test and reading glasses purchase with Specsavers Fremantle was fantastic. From a last minute decision last Saturday to book an eye test, to receiving my glasses 6 days later. The online booking and notification system is efficient and easy to use, the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the store both times. The options on my prescription were clearly set out given my requirements. Very convenient being in my local area.

I purchased some expensive rimless glasses from Specsaver's in Fremantle less 9 months ago. I have hardly worn them and the arms separated on one side while wearing them. I returned them under warranty and they were replaced.

I was visiting Fremantle from NSW and my sunglasses needed a minor repair. The very friendly staff member fixed them for me and fitted new nose pads, all without charge. Wonderful service!
