Mowry Landing Shopping Center is a convenient and vibrant hub that perfectly caters to the culinary cravings of its visitors. My friend and I often visit this shopping center, and two establishments that consistently catch our attention are the L&L Hawaiian and Chick-fil-A. L&L Hawaiian is a true gem that brings the delightful flavors of the Aloha State right here to our neighborhood. The diverse menu offers an array of dishes that transport you straight to the islands. Each meal we've had here has been a burst of flavor, showcasing the unique fusion of Asian and American tastes that Hawaiian cuisine is known for. Just a few steps away, Chick-fil-A offers a different but equally satisfying experience. Known for their delicious chicken sandwiches and exceptional customer service, each visit here is a pleasure. The food is consistently good - crispy, flavorful, and served hot. Sad to see the 711 close down!

I sure like the Black Bear Diner it was nice to find a familiar restaurant in an unfamiliar Place therefore I like the Landing shopping center if I'm in the area again I'm sure I will return to the Black Bear Diner

Now you must eat at Black Bear, GREAT FOOD AND HUGE PORTIONS L! SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT THOUGH SERVER DID NOT CHECK BACK IN A TIMELY MATTER AS, ANY SERVER SHOULD !

Stopped to shop at Harbor Freight. Harbor Freight was a great experience and the center itself was clean, well maintained offering a variety of stores, shops and businesses. Overall a pleasant stop.

This Shopping center is kept really clean and its nice that it has good restaurants a little bit of everything if your shopping there.

Fairly generic, fairly small strip mall shopping center. Some comfort food, some small shops. Fairly quick and easy to get to from interstate 880 so if the store of interest is in the shopping center it's a good place to go to.

Lucky they have the Hawaiian barbecue spot in the shopping center It's the only good thing they got going for them. 711 is gone and dunkin' donuts sucks

This is a common hub for the Fremont residents, if they have to go to shop. I often visit CVS, Ross, Cold stone ice cream places etc. There are a lot of parking places, and nearby shops such as Target, Traders Joe and others.

Can't say enough about this place. Nice and clean, huge portions of food, delicious, and reasonable prices too. The staff is awesome. Their so friendly, excellent at their jobs. And their always walking around checking on the customers to make sure everything is wonderful. If you happen to go there, you must ask for Frank's section. He's probably the best person and server you'll ever meet. I promise, you won't find a better or friendlier person than Frank. You may find an equal person, but nobody will out do Frank. So, go grab some grub and ask for Frank.
