Laundry machines don’t work, keycards malfunction CONSTANTLY, the elevator is buggy and has an odor, not to mention staff is very inconsistent with housekeeping concerns. The breakfast is standard but theres one staff member who has bad safety practices with handling food and has been seen coughing ON IT. The first day we arrived they had NO hot water until days later and the toilet flushes too loud, so major plumbing issues. The TV has network issues and glitches out every now and then, not to mention the walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking, slamming doors, and even showering. Theres nothing good about this place, we came here expecting comfort and were met with nothing but problems. There was a fire recently and they had poor safety measures, police themselves couldn’t even explain the incident. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

Checked-in, after hearing a guest complaining about the washing and dryer machines not working and taking people's money. And weeks later it's still not fixed. My room didn't have any hot water, it smelled like cigarette smoke and weed in the hallways, I had only one towel in my room no washed clothes, and the hotel keys don't work properly out of 5 times a week. I'm very frustrated with the lack of compensation for my inconvenience and the time frame to get all the issues fixed. The breakfast is lame, with no fruit, water down orange juice, always having to wait for hot water can never get a hold of a manager, room service sucks, and rooms are not cleaned after leaving several requests notices in advance. I had to file a formal complaint on one of the rude hotel staff members. The list goes on and on. I expected this hotel chain to be several steps up from a Motel 6, but it's not looking that way at all. Don't let the name and the area fool you this hotel chain should be shut down. Horrible service and stay.

Breakfast was a joke the cereal dispenser didn't work, you have to open top in hope no one put their hands in it to get cereal out. Juices were warm, hard boil egg, 2 different cereal, 1 kind of yogurt, waffles, bagel. Breakfast options. Rooms weren't cleaned well. Saw dog hair everywhere. Towels smelled old. No turned down service. Looks run down. Elevator took forever. Never staying here again.

After reserving a non refundable room, I read some of the negative reviews, I was prepared for the worst. At the front desk, we met and spoke with Jasmine. We asked for a room away from the freeway, if possible. She was so pleasant, checked availability and gave us a room on the 2nd floor. Before unloading the car, we went up to inspect our room. The sheets were white, clean and crisp! I checked mattresses and drawers for any signs of bugs…nothing! Bathroom was clean, coffee maker, fridge and microwave worked. Beds were really comfortable. The coffee filter holder was disposable and individually wrapped. We never heard any voices or noises out in the hallway. We slept great. There are some things that could be addressed: our room door would stick requiring a push to open and a sharp tug to ensure the door was completely closed when leaving. On the key card lock, there is a sticker that says “lift handle to open “. The shampoo and conditioner pump bottles were empty, but the front desk provided travel size bottles. We couldn’t get the bath tub faucet to stop leaking. The hallway and room carpet could be cleaner, but we NEVER walk barefoot in any hotel room. For the price, it was a very good 3 night stay. Lobby was clean and every employee we interacted with, while going through the lobby, always said hello, always smiled. We will definitely stay again.

Worst hotel management let us as guests to call for wifi issues. Bad bedding and dusty rooms no courtesy for guests only breakfast was the main attraction where people attacked from all corners but mannered people left out as no refulls

We stay at la Quinta’s everywhere because we travel and they are generally super nice ones. , however this one was rough , Rooms are not clean , random people hanging in parking lot . Carpet is old and dingy looking . Found half an orange , and dirt in places in room . I really wished I brought my spray of Clorox and a scrubber , to deep clean . Spend a little bit more and stay at another hotel instead .

There was fungus/mushrooms growing in our bathroom! Asked hotel to take care of it (thought they would offer to move us) Staff went in to clean and dropped onto toilet and never wiped it! Breakfast was awful, out of coffee, juice, water, etc all the time. Staff was rude when asked for extra towels. Their were 3 of us in the room (registered as 3 adults) and only enough towels for 1! Don’t stay here!

Okay, this was bad folks. Day 1 the breakfast was not anything as advertised. No protein options. No scrambled eggs, sausage, or bacon. Just waffles and cereal. Then I tell the front desk that the hot tub was warm. In fact, it was the perfect temperature for what a pool should be... but not a hot tub. For 3 days this issue continued. I shouldn't be giving up the hot tub at dusk b/c it's too cold to sit in while running. Then we get to key cards. I had to get 4 sets of key cards due to them not working for the slightest contact with my wallet or cell phone. In most hotels, you can slip your key card into your wallet and be fine. And many have gone to the app. But no not here. Had to constantly check in with the front desk who informed me that this was "an ongoing issue." Not that you needed the key card b/c you could just open the back door with a slight tug. Then we get to the elevators. There were 2 sets of elevators. One in which the 3rd-floor button didn't work. Requiring to go to the 4th floor and then walk down a set of stairs with my laundry. And the other which would randomly drop you off at different levels. The panels were busted in (probably by frustrated guests). If all of that wasn't bad enough... we get to the Lobby bathroom. No not my room's bathroom. But the lobby one. The one that the staff has the most access to and should keep clean. We had dried feces on the wall of the bathroom stalls next to the front desk. Yes the room was cheap... but so is the shelter.

La Quinta has been one of our choice hotels for 15 years. This hotel however, I've seen better truck stop motels that were more clean than this. Upon folding out the sleeper bed we discovered bloody urine crusted stains on both the sheets and mattress, hairs and other "bits". There was partial construction left incomplete under counters/cabinets. There was hair and dead bugs in the bathroom with a rusty tub. Dead gnats all over surfaces and what looked like croissant flakes all over by the desk. Walls and door panels had filthy smears. This is not clean by any standards. See photos.

Hotel looks nice on the inside, but worn down on the inside. The Room key door lock was hard to use, stains on the floors, curtains and in the tub and holes in the closet door and wall. There was no hot water. The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff were very nice. On a side note, the refrigerator is easily accessible from the toilet 🤷🏼‍♂️.

You get what you paid for. This place was the cheapest hotel I could find in the region while on vacation, but it was just too poor quality. I tried to be optimistic about this place. The rooms are outdated, dusty, unclean, and filled with breaking-down furniture. The bed sinks in, and the springs are broken. The bathroom is old and dirty, the showers works, but not very well, and water gets everywhere in the bathroom floor. Also, it is very difficult to breathe the dusty air in the rooms. I had an asthma attack in bed at 1am and realized I couldn't breathe. That was the final straw for me. Also, when we checked in, the young Asian girl working at the front desk wearing the white jacket wasn't the most polite. She went through the motions like she hated every second of her job and also wanted everyone to know it. Finally, the location is situated right next to the highway, so you could hear loud cars wooshing past your room nonstop at all hours of the night. I've been to several La Quintas, but like many others have pointed out, this is by far their worst location. Everything is breaking down and dusty.

These ppl are frauds. Initially I booked their room for 6 days.. after 2 days I checked out and the front desk informed that money will be refunded in 4-5 days. But they didn't refund money. It's been 3 months and still they didn't refund my money saying card is declined..., while in other places everyone else is able to refund. I am not US resident and this was my first visit to US and what kind of impression they made on my mind about US. Keep my money and be rich. Doing this you will be able to be world's richest person.

Filthy carpeted stairs and halls, I wonder if they have a vacuum. But the bed was clean and comfortable. The room was just ok, not sure if I would walk barefoot in it. The water was barely hot and when I went to use the hot tub, it was cold, not even warm.

When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the water was shut off and would be back on shortly. Not a huge deal. Then I asked if they had any luggage carts available and the front desk agent advised me that they were in use. I sat in the lobby for 15-20minutes waiting for one to come back when non arrived, I asked the same agent how many they have. Her response was they they have 3 but they actually haven't seen them in 3 days. So no luggage carts. And, now it is 6:40pm, about 2 hours after I arrived and I have been told now that the water wont be on for at least another 1.5-2 hours. Going to be hard to convince me to consider staying with this brand in the future as there are other options literally across the parking lot.

If you need a place to crash for a night near Levi’s Stadium, this’ll do! 15/20 min away and our room was pretty clean. The breakfast is limited but if you need coffee, make-your-own waffles, and a bowl of cereal it’ll have it ready for you. Walls are thin enough that if you have loud neighbors, you’ll probably know but we put on a white noise playlist on our phones and slept solidly. Even though it probably needs a refresh, it’s hard to beat the price!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Quinta, David at the front desk was absolutely amazing. And the breakfast was delicious, we loved making her own waffles & I would definitely recommend this hotel very clean and the pool accommodation was awesome !

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was, at best, lacking. Cereal, check. Waffles, check. Milk, check. Orange juice, check. That was it. Based on the options available at other properties by Wyndham, this location was sub-par.

La Quinta I cannot thank you enough! My stay was wonderful but I'm writing this because I had accidentally left a very important bag in the dresser drawer. I was so scared that it would be gone forever but NO! Your honest staff put it safely at the front desk for me to pick up! I was blown away! Thank you so so much it really means the world to me! I will definitely stay here again! THANK YOU!!!

Stayed for 5 nights.. no hot water all 5 days. They said they were getting it fixed on the 2nd day, but it never happened. Receptionist said just let the water run for 15mins it should get hot. I let it run for a lot longer than that, and warmest it got was lukewarm.

Thanks to the lovely reviews here I was not expecting much. Let me just tell you right away, the water is hot, rooms are clean, there is no homeless encampment, there were regular patrols all night into the early morning, service is great. It is right next to the freeway along with 5 or 6 other hotels but you can't hear anything from your room. There are a lot of people cleaning and doing maintenance as I type this. Not sure what others were expecting but it's accurate to description and a far cry away from some of the raunchy reviews on here. Its not a top tier branded property but does not lack any of the amenities to be a nice little place to stay.

I'm only Giving the service three stars because there's a good continental breakfast and the Towels and Linens are super white & fluffy. I've been staying here a week and the maids haven't cleaned my room once I've had to ask them. For supplies everyday they don't knock on my door they don't offer to vacuum nothing.. When I asked them for Towels they tell me to go down to the front desk. I don't think so sister! anyway the price is good right now. There's a pool, jacuzzi, fitness center & laundry and everybody's pretty chill so. We like it!

This was a quick pitstop on the way to Monterey on a Friday night. Quiet location. Breakfast was your basic options- bagels, cereal, fruit, juice, etc. There is a Marriot next door if you are looking for other food options. Some corners of the bathroom needed a little spot painting and the bathroom fan was broken, but clean overall. Have stayed here twice for 1 night only each time.

Service is decent. Rooms clean and quiet. WiFi is fast. Get an odd-numbered room if possible. Those are facing away from the awful whooshing of hwy 880.

Dump! Sketchy foot traffic at all hours of the day. A person knocked on my door asking for money (did not open). Card key side access door does not lock and is left open all day. Breakfast was out by 7am (started at 6am and was supposed to go until 10am on the weekend) but did have coffee and juice and some breads. Room is outdated, but beds were made, had blood spatter (?) on bathroom wall. Homeless encampment in the parking lot between this hotel and the neighboring Extended Stay hotel. Will not be coming back. Appalled at how bad this hotel is now!

Everything else about this hotel is ok. But somehow they seem to have issue figuring out breakfast. I stayed here for 2 nights. Somehow breakfast served on both days were subpar, and progressively worse. There was only sausage for hot breakfast, but no potato or eggs. Only white bread slices and plain bagels for pasties on the first day, and the second day the bagels were gone too. No fruits, the cold breakfast was barely in stock in the fridge. And the most ridiculous thing is they ran out of spoons on the second day. It was so bad I couldn’t figure out if they just didn’t prepare food according to the number of guests, or if the hotel management deliberately tell the waiters to not put out food to cut cost. Either way it reflects how badly this hotel is managed.

Good value. The lady who checked me in was very nice. I removed a star because the bed was firm for my taste, had only three small pillows for a King, and the linens were coarser than average. There was also no ice machine on my floor, which was mildly annoying. However it was still good for the price and I would go back.

I have stayed at the same hotel Chain for over 20 years. After staying here I will now upgrade to la Quinta as my favorite hotel. Very nice professional and helpful

Decent room. Definitely in need of remodel/upgrade. Hotel staff was very nice and remade our keys anytime they deactivated, which was often. Very stiff beds.

Great value, got a discount booking. Important stuff was clean (bed, bathroom). Carpet is old and worn but otherwise fine. Could use some repairs/updates (hair dryer was broken, shower head was complicated, drain), curtains could be cleaner. Had a window next to freeway (facing Tesla) which was pretty loud, but earplugs do the job. Windows were intact and had two layers so it's just loud in the area. Friendly front desk.

Stayed for 2 weeks with my 2 pups. Pet friendly hotel decent rooms, friendly staff. Plenty of places to park. Breakfast was same every day-waffles, bagels/bread, cereal/oatmeal, boiled eggs and yogurt-no meals in a 2 week stay. Fitness center was small-no weights just Cardio equipment and a bench

No water! Arrived late and learned only by fellow guests that water was shut off to building for the night. Bottled water sells for $5/16 oz. at front desk! Room furnishings dated. Breakfast lame. No coffee.

We stayed here for 4 days. Booked through Priceline. Got a good price - around $90 per night including breakfast. We have stayed in a number of Wyndham hotels, but this undoubtedly was the worst experience. The staff is not friendly - especially the front desk lady. We requested for a late check-out by 30 min, but they said it is not possible at all. We had checked in on the first day around midnight and had a lot of luggage since we were flying international. But, no exceptions were made by them. The breakfast was only bread and cereals. Don't expect anything else. There was no room service. We requested for our room to be cleaned on the third day. They finally did it on the fourth day, but it was not even half as good. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. It is better to spend an additional 40-50 bucks and stay in a better hotel.

  • 2/5 Sandi G. 1 year ago on Google
Room was fine but never entered by cleaning staff in 6 night stay. We had to go to the desk to ask for towels/toilet paper etc. Guests had to pile their garbage recycling and used towels in the hallway. Garbage cans in the lobby were overflowing. Breakfast usually ran out of coffee, utensils, etc and due to low staff it took a while to get re stocked. One person running to the back, to the front desk and so on. The location is right on the highway but there's not a whole lot in the immediate area, we drove 35mins to sports complex for a tournament. I guess for $210 CDN/night I expected a little more

It's a shame that some hotel's still hide behind the ol' "sorry but due to covid some service's are not or are only available by request" elevator is constantly out! No breakfast! "Well, there's coffee and toast" well you see my point! Front desk staff is the only positive.... Just pay a couple extra bucks and stay at the Marriott next door.

  • 2/5 Eric W. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are dated and dingy. Carpet was torn at the bathroom threshold. Doors to the bathroom were really dirty. Beds were old and not very comfortable. A dog urinated in the elevator and when night staff was told nothing was done to clean it up for a few hours at least. An old property that needs some updating and TLC.

I’ve been to many LaQuintas in the state and this was awful. Rooms were outdated and not clean at all. Furniture was falling apart. Bathroom door did not lock because it was broken. AC worked periodically and was caked in dust from filters when they attempted to fix it. 🤢 TV was not working and showing channels properly and the doors open in such a way that if your not dressed and anyone walks by they can see your bed immediately. Hate the layout of those rooms which offer NO privacy at all. The worst of it all was expect to pay a lot more for breakfast since this LaQuinta has none. If you call bread an bad fruit breakfast than ok. No hot breakfast or meat at all. The gym is a joke and has a few equipment items. Half don’t work. I’m probably missing a lot but go at your own risk since now I’ll never return to this place.

  • 5/5 Charles R. 2 years ago on Google
Great place to stay. Staff is courteous and professional. The guestroom is roomy, clean and comfortable. WiFi could use an upgrade to a secure network along with TV Service Provider. Other than that, it was a nice and relaxing stay. Would stay again...
