It's been remodeled and is a nice quiet hotel. It's a little awkward when it comes to finding elevators but the staff is friendly and can help you get to your room. The place was quiet and not that busy. Makes it a nice little get away and it I close enough for some local food options.

Great experience, the people there were all friendly and kind! I had an unfortunate event of letting my car battery die our prior to checking out. After consulting their receptionist, their Chief Engineer James volunteered to help me out. Very kind to help the process perhaps an hour, would’ve missed my meetings if it weren’t for James! Thanks again! Will visit again when I’m in the area.

This hotel is in a nice location right off the freeway, however the freeway is pretty noisy at all hours of the day. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was great and it's always nice to have a couch in the room. The ladies working the front desk were helpful and friendly. The little bistro was fantastic for a quick breakfast! It seemed to be in a safe area but there was a guy kind of loitering in the parking lot and then he was peeking in the back door when I went to my room. That spooked me quite a bit so I did not sleep very well. There also seemed to be quite a few groups staying there and some of them were super loud going to their rooms at like 2am. All in all, it was a fine hotel, most of my issues were not the fault of the hotel itself.

Martina the Manager is very pleasant and very knowledgeable with the Marriott way of dealing with guests. Martina made our 2 week stay very pleasurable. The room cleaners are quick and very efficient. Wonderful stay.

Had a great one night stay. The reception gave us an extra water bottle for the 3rd person. The room was spacious, and beds were comfortable. The elevator (location was awkward) and gym were a bit old but worked well. It was quiet for the most part but could hear kids running around/yelling at 11pm in the courtyard which our room’s balcony faced. Nice view though!

Better than some other court yards I've been to, but has the same issue as all the rest with the extremely poor ergonomics of the room.

Stayed here one night for a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable. I had to laugh because I didnt bring a hair dryer expecting there to be one and there wasn't. Ha. Oh well! The in-house restaurant was very good

I have been staying at this hotel for work purposes on a monthly basis for the last 4 years and I cannot speak highly enough about this Courtyard by Marriot. The staff is what makes this hotel so special, I feel like I am surrounded by friends when I arrive. Special shout out to Tim! That man takes great care of me every time.

Rooms are average now. Basic toiletries are missing. They don't have much of it's stock. The lady serving breakfast at the restaurant is really nice and sweet but the food is generally not fresh.

Came to get a room one night and notice the girl in the front desk. Left right away. The girl is a felon and was sentence to prison in Hawaii to beating up my friends uncle at a bar. So, that made Marriott lose my business. So about it but I can’t stay at a Hotel that employee felons.

Rooms are ok, staff is friendly and hence 2 stars. I checked in late. The elevator seems like was going through maintenance. Part of ceiling was missing and parts were on the ground. There were no signs anywhere so I assumed it was ok to use it though. But very unprofessional. Internet was so slow that upon connecting, it asks you to upgrade. When I click on upgrade, the next page didn’t even load up. I try disconnecting and reconnecting but then the login page won’t show up anymore and it was straight up connecting me to slow internet. This was 11 pm in the night and I had meeting to attend with folks on other side of the world. Upon talking to front desk, they didn’t know answer to this simple question and wanted me to call tech support. Bistro is the worst. I have had good bistro at other courtyard but this is worst. They could not get a simple omlette right. After two tries, it was still not right. I showed them a google pic of omelette. I am shocked at this. The cook seemed a bit rude (rest of staff was friendly). Stay at spring hill nearby. It’s much better.

The front desk staff were rude- they have a weird attitude like they forget they’re working on a holiday for minimum wage at a hotel—u failed in life so u can’t give anyone a funny look and be condescending! Never returning

It was awesome. The front desk people were amazing and so kind. This will be my go to hotel for my business trips to Fremont.

This was a great relief from my travel struggles. We were trying to get to Seattle but first, second, and third flight there got cancelled, diverted, and cancelled. We spent 13+ hours at Oakland Airport and the beds felt like heaven compared to carpeted floor. Exemplary experience.

Overall this Courtyard is very nice. Clean, quiet & well located. The AC is quite noisy, but a good portion of the time you don't need it since the area is quite cool. The overall issues I have is essentially the "collective management" needs to stick a crowbar in the corporate wallet & spend a bit more on the property. Specifically on the Bistro located inside. Currently (as of Aug 2021) the Bistro is only open for breakfast, & what is offered has *A LOT* to be desired. My choices were merely oatmeal & a microwaved breakfast burrito! Pandemic aside, IF management chose to spend a bit more & hire a vaccinated cook & waitress or 2 and kept the Bistro opened for breakfast, lunch & dinner...and maybe happy hour this would improve this property's quality by at least 1 star! The property is located among some high tech companies. Seagate & Tesla are both within 10 minute drive times; and Interstate 880 & 680 are easily accessible. Aside from a simply stocked "convenience section" at the hotel, however, there isn't much ability to purchase toiletries or snacks near the hotel. No gas station or drug store within walking distance. (Hence another reason to have Bistro open more often!) The closest is a 5 minute drive to a Safeway grocery store. If none of these issues worry you, then this is a good quality hotel worthy of your stay. IF they are an issue, look elsewhere!

One washing machine for over 300 rooms, miss mark signs, pool is closed, noisy on the weekends, doors slam, one of the worst courtyards I have stayed at. go to the Marriott or Spring hill ride around the corner they have to be better.

Very old hotel. Not kept well. Even charges $7 for parking. Ridiculous. We booked for three people, but only two sets of towels.

Clean, friendly staff, convenient for my job but otherwise not much around. You need a car for sure. Pool was down and gym is very small.

Be warned to stay away from this hotel! Its our first time going to Milpitas and it so happened we booked on this mediocre hotel Its the Courtyard by Marriott Fremont Silicon Valley Located at 47000 Lakeview Blvd. Fremont CA 94538 I will give you guys a heads up not to book on this hotel if you could. Its one of the worst hotel we’ve been to. Outdated hotel amenities old carpet and furnishings. Also they are doing construction work. We didn’t know because we check in at nighttime and its five hour drive from where I came from. Upon checking in to pay I was expecting they will give me some sort of discounts because I am a AAA member. Other five star hotels always honors it, but sad to say nothing was given. Also the reception lady told me I have to booked it on their website to avail the discount if through third party website like Expedia or Travelocity they can’t honor anything. Be aware of the receptionist lady Her name was Taylor, very poor customer service, Please don’t believe on everything she said She told us our breakfast and dinner was included in our reservations. So the next day we want to try their dinner menu at their Bistro restaurant and to my surprise I was told we need to pay and its not included in our package, confusing its because in the first place we were told by the receptionist Taylor that breakfast and dinner was included upon checking in. So wrong information was given to us other than no discount on our stay Its a very frustrating and sad experiences. We should not booked here There’s a better hotel out there Please stay away so you guys won’t experience this inconvenience and get yourself a better hotel than this one. Stay safe and god bless to all.

With all honesty this was a disappointment. Just the name alone MARRIOTT makes you think you are gonna stay in a great hotel. Unlike other Marriott in the are this one is the worst!. Looks old and it smells old. It reminds me of the cheap Vegas motels, full of smoke and wet carpet. The tub looks as its not clean properly allot of spots. They offer a "balcony view" psss more like parking lot view. No microwave in the rooms. For the price I was expecting more. I seen allot of positive reviews unfortunately I did not experience all the charm. Staff was super friendly the would be my only plus.
