Very
refreshing
to
find
a
place
that
doesn't
try
to
sell
you
on
'low
and
slow',
but
has
an
Ol
Hickory
cooker
in
the
back.
From
the
first
bite,
this
is
the
real
deal.
When
I'm
trying
a
new
bbq
place,
I
always
get
the
same
thing
-
brisket,
pork,
beans,
and
coleslaw.
If
a
place
can't
make
this
right,
well,
everything
else
is
going
to
suck.
Both
point
and
flat
section
of
the
brisket
was
really
moist
and
not
over-smoked.
The
pork
had
it's
own
flavor
-
as
it
should
-
and
was
moist
as
well.
The
beans
may
have
started
out
in
a
can,
but
that's
not
how
they
ended
up!
They
were
awesome.
Loaded
with
flavor
and
clearly
had
brisket
drippings
added
in.
So
good!
If
they
didn't
make
the
coleslaw
from
scratch,
it
was
damn
close
to
scratch
made.
It
was
really
good.
Their
sauces
are
a
standout
as
well.
Will
definitely
be
returning
on
my
next
trip
through
the
region.
Well
worth
getting
off
the
highway
and
finding
this
place.
