Where do I even begin. When we checked in, there was no one in the lobby so we waited about 40 minutes to get in our room. Two pillows on a king sized bed, no more available. Tv in our room didn’t work, and we were told we couldn’t move rooms cause they were fully booked even though they asked which floor we wanted to stay on…? Children running around and screaming all hours of the night. There was a maintenance man who rolled his cart up right in front of our window and drilled for hours. No water pressure, bathrooms were disgusting and our toilet stopped flushing and ran all night. Do not stay here. Spend $40 more and stay somewhere decent.

BED BUGS!!! Do not stay here! We stayed a night here earlier this summer. We found a bed bug in the room after the night we stayed so we immediately packed up our stuff and went to another hotel to do all our laundry just in case. We tried to get a refund for the night and the manager was completely unreasonable. We had pictures of the bug and he refused to give us a refund. He tried making excuses saying it looked like a spider when it was clearly a bed bug. They ended up charging for 2 nights since we booked 2 initially even though we only stayed the one. Completely ridiculous, we should have got a full refund.

My Daughter, Bianca Palicha, who is student in college and her friend had booked hotel for 2 nights for May 24 and May 25. They found bed bugs late night on May 24 and highlighted the issue to the management in the morning. Obviously, my daughter needed to make alternate arrangements at Hilton Garden Inn in Fremont for May 25 located nearby as there was no way she was going to spend another night at the hotel infested with beg bugs. She was assured that she would be credited for her stay at the hotel. Since my daughter is an additional card holder on my account, the charges were made to my account. I have since sent detailed email with all proofs including picture of bed bugs in the room but have not been refunded the amount yet and have received no communication at all. This is the first time ever I have needed to write a negative review. I am giving the hotel management an opportunity to address this issue and will post a follow-up in a few weeks on the resolution of the same. Update: 9/20/21 - The Management response below is incorrect. No one has tried to reach me out or respond to emails. I just called up again and after a long hold was told that management is not available currently.

I stay here regularly as a business traveler. I’ve checked in late and night and very early in the morning and I cab tell you in complete honesty that this place is a gem. I appreciate how easy it is and the rooms are clean, safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The room (#107) itself was good. Spacious. Clean. I was in the first floor so I heard some stomping above me. Arguing in hallway. Baby crying. Not the hotel staff's fault of course. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good. Decent location. Seemed safe. I had no issues.

They do offer discount if you check their main websites! (It's around $10). Great location, near highway, gas station. Fast food chain and Asian restaurants are right next to this Inn. Rooms are decent, nothing to complaint. They also have special rooms for handicap customers. I think this is a safe area to stay as I someone left their trunk open for the whole night and their stuffs are still their in the morning. This Inn is Pet friendly so be aware of poop!!!!

For the most part a quiet place. No frills motel. Laundry room open but washer and drier both are out of order. So there are no laundry facilities at this motel.

Do not stay in room 123! The staff is friendly and do the best they can to accommodate your needs. Room 123 is right at the bottom of the stars there is no weather stripping or sound proofing around the door and people will, well be loud at all hours of the morning, 3 nights, every night, at all different hours waking up thinking someone was in my room… The overall facilities were definitely nice, no sign of bedbugs and the bed was actually quite comfortable..

This is a hidden gem because it is away from the dangers of the urban centers. It is a safe area that allows for walking, running or biking. There are restaurants in walking distance. There is also other stores and restaurants within a one to three mile drive.

For the price you're paying in the location in Fremont worth it. Friendly hotel staff. The hotel provided extra towels & service to my room while my extended days. No issues then , such a great Location, its quiet, ppl mind there business. Morning coffee at lobby which is always convenient and ice Maker available as well.

There should be an option to give a 0 star to this hotel. We confirmed the booking through Agoda, received confirmation details, and later denied checkin since the system at Good Nite wasn't reflecting the booking details, later upon booking a second time directly with a Good Nite staff we were provided keys to an already occupied room since the occupied one was showing vacant on their system. Wow! A painful experience in the middle of the night with under experienced, rude staff and an erroneous computer system that does not work at all. We needed to pay twice for the room and the bathtub was extremely dirty. The night staff here must seriously be sued!

I work nearby and have been staying at this motel for the most part since the new year. The staff is friendly, particularly Monica, Seyhan, and the girl who works in the mornings. The rooms are clean enough: i haven't encountered any bugs. The guests are quiet enough. The internet is fast enough: its been no problem so far surfing, or streaming videos and working with google products - couldn't say if you have more taxing applications. The coffee in the morning is a nice touch and there is a community microwave and functioning fridge in each room. No complaints! Its a budget hotel that succeeds at what it intends to provide. There are a few restaurants next door and a nice view of Mission Peak if you like mountains.

Based on value this is 5 star. I've stayed probably 25+ times over a few months and never seen any bugs except 1 or 2 pincher bugs make it in from the courtyard when sprinklers come on. Nothing associated with cleanliness like roach, ants or spiders. Afternoon/morning service staff (Samantha, Monica?) Are very pleasant and welcoming. They have been understanding, discrete (rejected Anon caller), and professional.

I did not actually have a room there as I was just visiting a family member. I did stay 2 nights with them though. It's a pretty nice hotel and I did feel safe while the family member was at work. The front desk was expecting me and was really nice. If in that area and needed, I would definitely stay there and I also recommend this hotel. Great location with restaurants and shopping nearby and McDonald's is right next door! 😁

Great front desk staff. I was greeted by a wonderful young lady. She was so friendly and had a wonderful conversation with me. Easy check-in. No wait and fast. The room looks amazing. Every is so modern and plenty of plugs. Location is right off the free way and plenty to eat nearby. I highly recommend this hotel. It's one of my top favorite hotels.

Clerk at check in was very friendly and efficient. The location was just across the highway ramp from the Tesla factory. There were lots of restaurants and shopping a short drive away. The hotel room was very basic. Towels were sort of scratchy like gym towels. I felt safe at the property. Good Nite Inn is a good bargain for the location.

Had a good first-time experience here with the fam! Booked this place for the holidays to be close to family. We were warmly greeted by Jose upon check-in, and he accommodated our needs with no issues. Easily accessible off the 880 freeway, it was easy to get to/from. Parking was included in the reservation and was given a parking permit to display on our car dashboard. The cleaning staff was friendly and also was responsive to the timeframe we wanted our room to be cleaned (fresh towels, replenishing bathroom needs, beds made, and trash cans emptied. We loved having a fridge in the room! Our room was quiet, with the exception of hearing the housekeeping cart coming by and passing our room mid-morning (as our room was close to the housekeeping closet area).

The rooms are clean. The staff is courteous and professional. The rates are lower than nearby motels. Just be sure you lock your car and bring valuables inside. My truck was broken into once. Not from here, but from La Quinta Inn down the street. Lots of vagabonds in the bay area. I work in Fremont occasionally. This has been my go-to place for the last 2 years. There's a lot of food joints right next door. The Korean Cuisine is outstanding.

Bed was horrible. One coffee pouch per room with no breakfast options. The curtains in the room are so bad that the light from the parking lot comes in and you can't sleep. The outside light can be seen and a draft from the front door. I won't go back.

First room had a big roach they switched us to a second room and it looked ok until I woke up at 2am to use the bathroom and there was a bed bug on the pillow getting ready to crawl on my boyfriends face we immediately packed our things and left!!! Also there’s a lot of flies on the roof inside the bathroom this place is nasty and the beds are sooo cheap and hard shut this place down now!!!!!

The motel room itself was fine, but we literally had drug dealers hanging out in the parking lot ten feet from our door, talking business. Made me think twice about ever bringing a kid there again. There was also trash all over the parking lot, and in the grass around the property.

Pay no attention to negative reviews for this business and count it against the review site itself for allowing such false dribble! This is a budget hotel built in 1991 to serve the automotive Factory across the street there are no other hotels or weird Street activity in the area so it is quiet safe and comfortable. As a budget hotel $100 ish or less a night it is sold out every night best check in time is 3 p.m. because with a check out time of 11 a.m. the room does need time to be cleaned not only are staff clear about this up front so are all the booking sites and it is industry-standard check your Motel 6. And as for the reviewer claiming to be a Tesla employee and stating that wait time for product delivery is unacceptable this is clearly someone completely unfamiliar with Tesla and it's purchase a car a year before delivery policy widely publicized in recent years, nor was this review are familiar with the fact Tesla provides an area of couches for napping showers and other options for employees to rest during this and other wait periods or simply to enjoy between shifts which are long at Tesla. As a Budget Motel you are not being charged hundreds of dollars for full service accommodation there is no breakfast here nor at Motel 6 north Easy 8, but what there is here is staff so dedicated they Drop everything to help you and refuse to take a tip due to their pride in Service delivery. Pride and modesty are so deep in the ownership and staff here they don't even tell you about amenities you wouldn't see it unless paying attention like the overnight security foot patrol at the property. Staff are remarkably clear professional polite talkative engaging and if you come with the mindset that you just got a steal of a deal on a budget hotel you will be amazed - on-site laundry room swimming pool mini fridge many restaurants on property great soundproofing contrasted to other Budget Hotels in busier locations. Again as a budget hotel no money has been billed for full service amenities realistic accommodations are made joyfully. As a hotel which is always sold out there is no budget for staff to be badgered insulted and bullied by unrealistic meanies, don't be one!

Inexpensive relatively. No restroom in lobby which is hard on people traveling by car for a long time and key lost its effectiveness prematurely, but gentleman was nice and brought a new key out to me in my car. Beds were comfortable. Clean, nice over all.

Friendly staff. Booked through Expedia and property was as described. Very quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for night life I would not recommend this. It was a perfect, quiet spot. Several dining options within walking distance. Room was clean and quiet.

I am a surgical tech who travels and the stay at this hotel is always great. Good pricing, clean rooms, and an overall good experience. The front desk clerk Monica is always helpful, has great customer service, a delightful attitude, makes sure your needs are met and always has a beautiful smile.

My stay here is always great! The property is clean and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and the king sized beds can swallow you up! Monica at the front desk is phenomenal at welcoming you and going the extra mile in taking care of what you need! Very funny and always pleasant! This is a place that I can always feel warm and welcome.

Very basic but staff great. Bed marginal but adequate. No daily cleaning offered. Towels undersupplied. Would be nice to have microwave in room and a clock. Was shocked to be told they charge for parking but maybe i missed than in booking details. Plus was had space for bobtail truck so that saved a bunch of time looking for options. Clean and basic.

Very much enjoyed my stay with last minute booking, clean rooms and hot showers and plenty of parking on the three story structure. Front desk was very kind and gave me options which room I want to stay in. My advice, just avoid a room that has been recently carpet cleaned because the damp smell can be strong, for which I requested a room change and front desk was kind enough to grant it! 5/5

Good Nite Inn is an amazing value for your buck. The rooms are clean, and smell really nice, plus are spacious and offer you a range of amenities. They have really big, comfortable beds as well. Plus the staff is extremely pleasant, helpful, and friendly. They really make you feel at home. Plus free parking!

I just think it's wrong to hold a person's deposit for 2 weeks or longer. They hold it that long to collect as much interest as they can. Give us our money back in a timely manner. The longest that I've had to wait prior to this at other hotels or motels was no longer than 3 days.
