The Manager, Kirsten is completely unprofessional and rude. I really hope the GM looks into her and reconsiders her position in this store. It looks bad on the business. She treats her employees like trash and she is the reason employees drop left and right.

This location is open just like every other location. The staffs are so friendly and donuts and hot coffee are freshly made. Strongly recommend this location. Recommended and come back to revisit.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. They constantly don’t open at the time they say they do. I waited 15 minutes after their opening time and their employees still would not open the door. The first time I went they still weren’t open at 11 am. Pretty late for a breakfast spot not to open. Way to run a business..

10/13/23 at 1:10-1:30pm whoever are the service crew this time sucks! They never mind and check customer orders, instead are busy chit chatting on what hairstyle to get and are making their own drinks. Very poor customer service.

I notice does employee not changing there gloves. When i order a donuts the guy touch the donuts and not using any tong , the gloves he use he touch every where, i end up throw the donuts in the trash.. i did say anything so they won't upset. But since i notice that im not gonna buy any donuts there..

I used to be able to walk in and out of this place, lately the service has been very bad in the morning. The last time I was here I had to get all of the same donuts because a large party ordered a lot of donuts from what it seemed. Should they have not anticipated this and made more donuts for the regular day? Hopefully things get better here because there’s not a closer one in the area.

Service was glacially slow. Customers were visibly irritated by both rookie and AM manager/trainer who didn't seem that concerned who should get their order first. This week's rookie was much better than last one but still needs a lot of training. This is the last time I'm doing business with this store.

Donuts are good. Place has free wifi. Price is cheap. They didn't have milk for my son but the guy gave me milk on a cup but had to paid for a coffee. My maple sugar bacon croissant was ok but not warm. Also they have promotion for 2 for $5 when I try to order it they told me they don't have that deal anymore. So why still have promotion it. The munchkins are good and small for my kids. People are friendly. Will come back and try it again For any Pokémon go player there is no pokestop

Got the French Cruller and coffee with cream I've missed so much after moving overseas. Still tastes the same! The staffs are super friendly, they don't give you rush look while you're still debating on your own which donuts to get 🤣 Highly recommend this location. And thank you to the staff working here!

This store employee is so rude that they don’t even allow regular customer to use their restroom even though there is no sign of reason why I can’t use it. They lied by saying keys are stuck inside restroom but after some time when I stayed in line to get a coffee and all of a sudden, their employee come outside from same restroom with keys in hand. Even after that I went to confront the lady employee over there and she says the restroom is only for employee which is completely a lie. According to health sanitation department, every cafe should allow their customer to use public restroom for people’s health sake and according to the law. There was no sign of restroom out of order what so ever. This happened on Sunday morning (11/13/2021) around 7:30 AM. I hope owner gets this message.

The worst Dunkin franchise I have ever visited in my life. We ordered four Egg n cheese croissants and they served them cold. Coffee is also not brewed perfectly. The cleanness of the store is also unhygienic. Staff are not trained properly no napkins inside the bag.

Iced coffee with caramel and coconut is my favorite. Dunkin is like a hidden treasure in Bay Area they only have very few shops. I had 5 Dunkin’s which walking distance when I lived in Boston. 😀

Good comfort food. If you are already familiar with Dunkin' Donuts and like it, then no reason to avoid this location. If you are not familiar with the franchise, definitely worth a try.

Love the donuts hate the app because you can't pick your donut flavors - so I can't benefit from ordering ahead. So stupid!! Please fix this quirk soon!

It was a great place to get some coffee and pick-up a dozen donuts. I enjoyed the coffee and the variety of the donuts offered was great. The employees were helpful in helping me choose a variety of different donuts to make a dozen for me to bring back. Taste of the donuts was good and they were fresh in taste. Pricing was fair for the donuts and coffee drink. I even saw that they had a variety of breakfast items which are offered to the patrons. Looking forward to the next visit of this donut shop. They have an app for the phone which is useful in saving points and ordering ahead.

Highly recommend their original iced latte, old fashioned donut, and pesto sandwich! Americano is also consistently delicious

They can be so much better. The donuts at 6am were not fresh, it took 7 extra minutes for our hot cocoa, and it's silent in there, no tunes????

I. Came here for the donuts which were awesome but I saw an ad for an ice caramel macchiato so I tried to get 2 of these and unfortunately their point of sale machine seemed to crashed and I was left waiting a rather long time in the lobby until they told me to just take the drinks. Which is nice and fine by me. I really appreciated the service and the drinks were especially flavourful and strong in caffeine which I was looking for. I will be back and in will tell my friends and family.

This Dunkin location is amazing - clean, donuts and coffee were super fresh - they even supported a school event my daughter had. Thank you so much!!!
