The whole fried fish is amazing and my favorite thing to eat here.

I found a hair in my chicken burrito today truly disgusted to say the least I won't order from Doordash anymore!

Don't even bother trying this place out, unless you have a strong stomach and low standards. The only good thing about this restaurant was leaving and never having to come back again. Save your taste buds and avoid this dump at all costs.

Really festive and relaxing atmosphere. The beef fajitas were appetizing, reasonable price and we enjoyed the dining experience overall.

My local goto Mexican restaurant with relaxed vibe and pretty decent ambiance. Margaritas here are really good - try their classic or original. Guacamole platter with chips and their spicey salsa paired wth margaritas is just what you need during weekend afternoon! Pretty close to being in one of the touristy cities in Mexico if you have been there. Best thing is that they are open till VERY late!! Gracias!!

Good and fast service with welcoming host. Drink options are good too. We bought combination of 3 (enchilada, chilli relano and taco). It was really delicious. Complimentary chips and salsa was equally good. Highly recommend this place.

Great place for a great Mexican dining experience! Staff was helpful and gracious! Environment was nice and felt like I was visiting a restaurant in Mexico. The music being played was good and suited the environment! It was an amazingly clean restaurant and bar. It was nice to see the outdoor dining area in the back of the restaurant but the indoor space is open with distancing due to the regulations. It is located in a strip mall near the Bart station and the parking was very good!

What a pleasure to dine here! The service we received was amazing. The manager even visited our table to check on us (we were a larger party). Everything was prepared as requested, timely and tasty! The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The prices were quite reasonable and the beverage choices were equally fine. I highly recommend this restaurant as a fun place to dine with family.

Happy hour review: Great spot to hang out and get some cheaper margs and apps. The nachos we got were super loaded and totally worth the price (I think it was $8). The chimigangas.... not so much. They were tiny af and pretty dry. Food: 6/10 Vibes: 5/10 Service: 6/10 Value: 8/10

This is BY FAR the best La Pinata in the bay. The enchilada sauce and salsa is always delicious. The meat is cooked to perfection and the portions are always way too big to finish. With all the weirdness of covid19 they have altered all their habits well. A few times my boyfriend and I had an issue with getting what we did not order.. upon calling them and explaining however, they always make it right and deliver the highest quality of food and customer service. Highly recommend choosing this location for cleanliness, customer service, quality/quantity of food and for an over all pleasant to-go experience over the hayward and San leandro locations. We definitely will keep coming back and look forward to an exceptional meal each time. 👌🌯🌮🍴

Terrible customer service. Was provided the incorrect multiple times. Server gave my bill to the wrong person. Hope they clean up there internal issues cause the one in Concord is just fine.

My wife and I used to go here a lot years ago, and we liked it the chimichangas and burritos are hella good. Can't wait to go back it's been years.

The food was okay but not seasoned well. The service was okay also but not very attentive to my party of three. And that atmosphere was slow, not busy at all and our server was paying attention more to sports that was on the TVs.

I don't want to berate the food salsa smells like old wet rag😢 maybe they need to clean out or sanitize the dishwasher friend said the fork smells like musty wet rag.. I didn't get sick thank God. Wouldn't necessarily recommend necessarily been to the other pinatas locations and the food and salsa food was excellent.

We met up with friends for lunch and drinks at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, La Piñata in Fremont. Started with chips, salsa and a pitcher of margaritas for about the first 15 minutes while we chatted and got caught up with recent events. Lunch entrees were enchiladas, a super burrito and a super famoso burrito, which was a “wet” super burrito. They were good but the entree that everyone loved was the Caldo 7 Mares. This was a true seafood soup with half a crab, mussels, scallops, octopus/calamari fish and vegetables. The soup base was full of flavor with just enough of a little spice to it.

This place sucks! Asked for lemonade and it taste like the mix. Asked for water and taste gross. My kids sprite flat. Do not recommend at all. We asked for agua de piña and the waiter said its just juice from a bottle 🤦‍♀️. Food wasnt good either

Had to order to go, but I’ll be sure to update when we visit, because we will be returning. Ordered: Caldo de pollo Tortilla soup And they are delicious! Full of flavor, perfect for any time but especially for an upset stomach (which is why I was looking for a place with caldo). Absolutely some of the best soup I’ve tried since moving to Fremont, and I will do definitely come back to try their other soups and offerings Edit: Went in person finally Decided to order something other than the soup to get a better taste of their menu The enchilada was fairly bland, contrary to its appearance, but the chicken was cooked well and was still moist The rice and beans were well flavored The chicken a la diabla was good. Very moist, perfectly cooked. The sauce was a little sour, which I’m guessing was intended, but it was a surprise. In summary: Cooked well, but the flavors were not as good as expected. The soup set up a high bar, but the food wasn’t up at the same place

We've been going to LaPinata for over 20 yrs. The food is always fantastic , never been let down . We've had many special occasions birthdays,baby showers, get togethers all great results. Seating is usually very quick. Although very busy on weekends Service is wonderful fast and friendly ADRIAN is our favorite server always smiling very friendly and fast service Keep up the awesome job ADRIAN!!! And La Pinata staff 5star +

Does not disappoint... Great service; we entered with our masks on, and they actually did their best to seat us away from others without asking. Margaritas were great, warm chips, hotter salsa (on request). Had the chicken mole tonight and it was great, nice, thick, and rich. Great evening ask around.

Shrimp spinach enchiladas in a pesto cream sauce today, for an office Christmas lunch for 8 of us. Very few other diners and we were seated inside near the front door/entry aisle around 1:45pm. Pre-pandemic for the past 10+ years, this was often where my family would come to celebrate birthdays, and they always had good service and great food. We kept our masks on until food and beverages were served. Their good reputation is well-deserved.

This review is for take out service only. I had ordered regular Chicken burrito. They use pulled chicken (not grilled). The burrito had only 4 ingredients - pinto beans, rice, cheese and pulled chicken. It was just ok kind of taste. I would try something else if around that area again.

If you're black do not come here! The servers don't look at you and act like they don't hear you. It's crazy because they work think being gross toward people will get them a good tip. Black people, spare yourself terrible service and make the food yourself at home. I look, and I see the difference. If you want, go experience it for yourself. There were dropped belligerent non black women getting better service than I was.
