Honestly this might be the worst Applebee’s I’ve ever went to. First impression of the waiter was not set to standards. While taking orders, the waitress didn’t even feel like working and her tone was very unfriendly. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye medium rare, but when the steak came out, the quality of meat was like Walmart level. Paying $22 for steak should be exceptional, especially in Applebee’s. The meal came with mashed potatoes but the inside was very cold. This meant that the food was not fresh and a microwave was used instead. During our meals, the waitress didn’t even come to ask if our food was good or not or even refill our drinks. At the end, tipping the waitress was questionable. Overall, avoid this Applebee’s for lack of service and not standard quality food.

That my empty water was sitting on the edge threw the entire visit , but it's okay customer service wins in my book. +(**) my wife and I never been to applebees we had seen on tv (unlimated Ribs , Buffalo bites , Crispy shrimp and Bottomless fries ) Everything was delicious surprisingly 1st plate is usually the largest so we started of with the Ribbs They were Fall off the bone ribbs , Meaty , Succulent sauce . The 1st time coleslaw was Yummy but tasted a Hint of apple and cilantro it was very Good . FRIES !!!!! they load u every round with fries I told my waitress No more fries lol but they came with again LOL THE FRIES to me where crazy addicting I think they put a Garlic , pepper salt season on the fries Supper addicting lol Any way 2nd plate I tried Shrimp which was DELICIOUS !!!! NOT OVER WHELMING crust it was NICE and CRISPY and the shrimp was CLEANED OUT GOOOOD! NO TAILS AND No poop !!!! +(*) gained extra star for that ! The chicken buffalo I hate getting places because the chicken is usually a discusting chewy chicken LOW QUALITY . But I was blown away the buffalo bites where MEATY , Crispy delicious outside , But very Tasty ! For $12.99 this plate was outstanding!!!!!!!! +(*) store was VERY CLEAN !!! & Restroom was CLEAN did NOT REACK of urine. Over all 1-10 i would Give them 10 THATS FOR SURE. They have happy HOUR ! Great chicken and shrimp & ribs. Service was outstanding. Do miss the the $1 drinks and here is my previous review. Great specials, I love the shrimp, riblets, and chicken strips for $14.99, all you can eat!!!! The $1 Bahama Mamas were very good, the $3 mug margarita was very good. I seldom leave a restraunt full, not having over eaten and enjoyed my meal. Service was excellent and management was excellent!! Can hardly wait for the $1 Mai Tai drinks next month!!!!!

Loved the food at that this location and our waitress Cece was polite, very quick and attentive. I tried the New chicken queso fajita dish, it was very delicious. Along with our meal we ordered the perfect patron margaritas which were also well mad. We will definitely make return visit very soon. 😊👌

Horrible service dirty environment

This is our second great experience at this Applebee's this year! First before my birthday back in February and then came back in March for our anniversary. Staff was positive and friendly but they're glad to be there. And both occasions the food was delicious from the cheese stick mozzarella appetizers do the twofer meals on the menu. One of the best dishes on the two for menu where's grilled chicken and shrimp what's up some delicious mashed potatoes. I ordered a side salad was just about 1 Camille in and of itself it was delicious with fresh greens and vegetables grated cheese on top and your choice of dressings. Obviously it's a particular location the earlier you can go more attention you get it won't be as busy how do you recommend this Applebee's we plan on going again probably for another special occasion

Got in just before the graduation rush. Got seated quickly, and started with the pretzel appetizer with beer cheese and Honey mustard. Flavor was great, and our food arrived shortly after. They were a little understaffed for the time frame but our service was still good.

Loved it, staff was super friendly & food was delicious. They also stayed open later than we expected and I did not see one sour face as they completed everything for our order. Would most def come here again.

Wonderful waitstaff at this location. My wife is very particular and our waitress had some great suggestions and my wife was able to get exactly what she wanted. Will be back.

Now that they're open again, their customer service has gone back downhill again. Our server may have been new but she was not at all attentive towards us. When we were ready to leave she stood there chatting with another waitress for at least 5 minutes and did not bother to check in to see if we were ready to pay. The poor hostess had to go and get our check. She was the one that was basically checking on us. I don't think we'll be coming back. I've had bad experiences there before prior to the pandemic. One time, they took our order and apparently forgot to put it in. Meanwhile, we are sitting there starving thinking they were just really busy. But we spoke up when other guests who arrived after us were getting their food and not us. We swore we were not coming there again but we always try to give them an opportunity. Time and time again, they don't seem to prove themselves. I wish they would better train their waiters/waitresses because we really like their food and drink selection.

If you would like the best deals here, I'd recommend going during happy hours. Their drinks and appetizers are cheaper. Depending on what you order drinks are around $5-8 and appetizers are half off. Happy hour is between 3-6 and 9-12. Their bar is open seating for anyone 21+. They also have kiosks on each table to order food and drinks from, and to pay from to make your experience more independent and faster to close. My personal recommendation for apps is their classic sampler and their perfect margaritas. They're not too weak but also not too strong. They also advertise a free app if they do not recommend one to you

The Medium sirloin steak that I ordered for delivery was cooked as rare which did not taste good too. My kid loves pizza but the one I received was felt like sauce and cheese topped on a hard bread with burnt bottom. He stopped eating after couple of bites. Never ordering again from here.

First and last time here so disappointed We asked for bread we never get the bread we asked for dessert manu we never get it the drinks took forever we ask the server 2 times for everything...

I went on a Friday night at around 10 and they seated us in just a couple minutes which surprised me. After ordering, the food came in a decent time considering the time of day. The food tasted just about what you paid for. The staff was nice and friendly. The only problem was that the payment machine broke for our group and we had to spend 30 minutes just to pay. Other than that I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a place to eat out.

I came here with a party of 3. We waited 5 minutes to be seated. During this time, many employees walked past us and could obviously see we were waiting. None acknowledged us and we left after an employee walked by and actively avoided eye contact.

Reasonably priced but.....service was as awful as you can imagine. The first server put my wheelchair bound mother at a booth! I told him that would not be convenient. Then asked our next server Kyle to see if we could substitute rice with mashed potatoes because my 96 year old mother could not eat the spice fiesta rice. Of course, he forgot. Also forgot to bring my non-alcoholic beer AND asked politely a dozen times to bring us extra plates but to no avail....

I've only been here once, so can't say this is consistent or just this one time. My medium rare steak was pretty well done. There's just a bit of pink in the middle. Fries and mash potatoes were good.

A nice place with good food. We went there with our kids and liked the overall ambience and food. My daughter ordered for cheeseburger in kids meal. This was quite good and juicy. We ordered for bourbon street chicken and shrimp and fiesta lime chicken. We loved the fiesta lime chicken. In bourbon street chicken and shrimp, the shrimp was good while the chicken could have been more juicier and less dry. It lacked a little flavour. Onion rings were very good. Drinks ordered - virgin pinacolada - this was quite good. Halloween special drinks - Dracula juice and tipsy zombie. Definitely not worth. They didn’t look anything close to Halloween in colour neither were they tasty. Tipsy Zombie especially was overly sweet.

Applebee’s has a great fun atmosphere. I enjoyed the service and the featured steak promotion. There was a nice mix of couples and families that added to the evening experience. This evening I visited the Fremont location and the quality was up to Applebee’s high standards and excellent value.

We were originally sat at extremely high tables with a 1yo, 3yo, 5yo, 6yo, 8yo, 66yo, and others who didn't have the ability to climb those chairs. At first we were told we needed to wait for a second 45 minutes in order to be seated because we had to wait for others to finish. Short staffed so where there were tables to accommodate, that section was closed.

We went with a very large group of people (16) for a birthday dinner, on a Wednesday around 6pm. They only assigned us one server for the table, who maybe was doing her best but clearly wasn't a skilled server, and was obviously overwhelmed and flustered (she repeatedly ran into things, dropped things & spilled, I don't know how many, drinks). Appetizers were mixed up, one of our party was served the wrong food & just kept it (due to what was going on with the waitress), one of us was served her food 20 minutes after everyone elses, refills were slow or non-existent, and most of us thought the food was very bland or not that good. It was a birthday dinner, and no dessert was offered, no song was sung. It was very disappointing. The bill was somewhere in the $400 range, and the waitress did receive an $80 tip on top of that, which none of us thought she was due. If it wasn't for the great friends and family there together enjoying each other, the evening would have been a total loss. Sorry Fremont Applebee's, but you need to step it up! The Olive Garden IS right next door!

Walked in, and there were beer glasses, etc, all over the counter from previous guests. Wasn't greeted until like 5-10 minutes sitting there. Had to use my arm to clear the counter just so I could have a place that didn't have dirty glasses in front of me. No excuse, honestly. It was slow. Just lack of service. The food was good, though. I asked for dessert, and my requests were ignored. So, I just paid and left.

I have given this place multiple chances to improve and they never fail to disappoint. They can't get the food orders correct (ask for well done they give me bloody frozen beef or undercooked raw chicken), the drinks from the bar are inconsistent. The drinks are 1/2 to 3/4 of what they should be and then they are watered down. Try to resolves issues with manager and I got a nasty attitude. Stay away not worth the time money or headache!!!

The 2 stars is for our server. We went for late night happy hour. It was a 45 minute wait due to only here 2 or 3 servers. Once at our table I mentioned to the hostess that the area was very dirty. She said yes it's been very busy and we're short. We haven't had time to sweep. If we hadn't if waited that long we sold have left. They were out of several items. I just was visiting the area but would NEVER return to this location again.

Usually never come to Applebee's, but we were in the area and we stopped by. We came for the all you can eat boneless wings, but I guess this location didn't have it. It was ok, we were not disappointed at all. I had the Whiskey bourbon burger and fries, which was amazing. And my wife has the chicken pasta which she also said was amazing. The place was ean and the waitress was very nice and helpful. All together it was a great experience and if we are in the area, we will definitely come back.

I orded grilled chicken and received fried chicken ,had to wait for right order. Came to late and took dinner in to go box. Waitress never asked if she could offer a dis count on meal, my husband finished his dinner before I got mine.

Huddled in a group with two other delivery service couriers each having waited over half an hour for our meals-to-be-delivered to be prepared by the kitchen staff. Management overhaul is desperately needed.

My server will remain anonymous. Food was great! My server seemed a bit overwhelmed. My salad came with my entree. I was told they do not stock horse radish, for my prime rib sandwich. All in all this applebees is my favorite applebees . I'll be back.
