The Franciscan Center has two banks-Cathay Bank and Bank of America, three fast food restaurants-KFC, Burger King and TACO Bell, the 76 gas station, FedEx shipping, Bay Jewelers, the United States Postal Services, Bitcoin ATM, and Safeway grocery store. It is located near Highway I-880 and I-680, as well as CA State Route 262. It's so convenient for the south Fremont and Warm Springs Community residents and visitors.

Its safeway,what can i say. Sandwich deli has changed to a limited menu

Good please to visit different stores walk down and just spend time. Good selection of everything you need to make yourself comfortable and have good times with friends and family. I would r commend this place.

Spacious shopping center. Enough parking place almost all time. Good mix of shops and eateries

Nice little center. The best thing about it is the Safeway there with a Starbucks inside a Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC, Round Table Pizza, and I believe a pharmacy. Very convenient location and a gas station right next door. Because it's located between 880/680 and you need to make a stop, you'd be good to go. A nail shop, dentist offices, optometrist office, bank's and they're even opening up a Chase Bank across the street! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention a Jack-in-the Box, 99 Ranch, CVS and a ton of other little stores across the street. The negative is the traffic in this area is really really horrible though otherwise, great little center.

Sorry but this Safeway is the exception of all of them , hardly can find good options on meat and products , I moved to Fremont around a year ago and I would rather go to my old store in Milpitas then this one sorry guys you need work a little more here

Long lines, 1 cashier only in alcohol section, self checkout only. Employees unhelpful, empty shelves, wont go back there if i can help it. Will avoid safeway if capable period.

Would have given it a solid 5 stars if not for the lack of any and all Franciscan Friars. Maybe don't name your place the "Franciscan Center" and maybe I won't ask all the employees and guests how to join the monk brotherhood, Steve (Mall Security of the "Franciscan"Center)

Nice Shopping Center, plenty of parking has great little store there. Was looking for the Target store. I have never met a nicer employees for chain of stores than I did at this Target. Honestly the sweetest people you could ever want to meet helpful and knowledgeable and kind. Well done Target in hiring these folks

I probably spend more time at Franciscan Center than I do at home because of Safeway's, Post Office, Bank of America, FedEx, and numerous fast food restaurants.

Yet another parking lot review. This parking lot has a decent number of spaces and it rarely fills up completely. The traffic pattern down by the Safeway is a bit strange but the rest of it does okay. I wish I had a couple more entrances. Occasionally somebody drives way too fast down Stanley, runs the red light, and hits the pet food store with their car.

Good location with basic things available, but risk of burglary or breakin high.

Not much here . The anchor is Safeway , who I believe is the worst offender in the PRICE GOUGING DURING INFKATIONARY TIMES company...seriously- they price like they are the only place within 100 miles .

I got some good deals on a few items wich where Halloween clearance and chicken thighs and drumsticks $1.29 pound but too Pricey on everything else.

This is always a great place to come. Post office. Bank of America. KFC. Burger King. Fed ex. Dry cleaning. Round table pizza. Safeway plus many more shops are at this location.
