Great prices at high end products. I was able to get my wife's anniversary gift here. Grabbed her a Tory Burch purse and designer shades. The Mrs.'s was happy! Happy wife happy life.

A very convenient place to shop. It gets very disorganized quickly due to the large flow of customers through the shop. Be prepared to swim through the products before you find anything you like. Occasionally we may find some rare deals that are worth it, but definitely not a place to shop when in a hurry.

Had to look for some dresses for an upcoming event. Totally satisfied with the selection and did find two (not just one)! Always enjoy my Macy's experience in SF (second to New York)! Love the view at night and always with good vibes.

Do you love the things you see at your local Nordstrom? Those things aren't here. At best, maybe five percent of the product in Nordstrom rack is from Nordstrom. I found the shoe brands (what made Nordstrom famous) to be the most lacking. For men, very little leather shoes available. Women's shoes a little better brands, but not by much. Prices were in line with Marshall's and tjmaxx but lacking the actual quality you expect from Nordstrom. You might find a needle in a haystack, but really I'd give the rack a pretty hard pass. The store was neatish and organized though. So that counts for something.

Staff here are so helpful. The place is clean and organized. It's my go-to places whenever i need retail therapy.

Huge disappointment for treating men and women not equally on Presidents day. On the website you did show 40% off selected clearance, but nothing to find for men. In the shops as well 40% advertised in large bold letters, but in the small print that barely anyone reads, it says only for women items. I would understand that if it would be international womens day, or if it is exclusively a womens store. This way it is just a disappointment, not treating men and women equally. Please next time write in large bold print "WOMEN EXTRA 40% off Selected Clearance".

The old lady handling the checkout process is so mean and rude for no reason. Her tone was not welcoming at all. She ruined the shopping experience by such behavior. I don't think I'm coming back to this Nordstrom location.

I found 2 pairs of shoes at bargain prices, selection was great and their service even better!!!

Selection of clothing was pretty awful, so many low quality prices as well a just awful looking clothes. The shoe selection is ok some gems but not much.

I can't find reasonably looking women's clothing, but the selection of kids shoes is great.

Stock inaccurate online. Ordered online for pickup, I realized order was canceled once I got to the store and wasted my time. Very inconvenient and this is the second something like this has happened to me at this location.

I always find something at the Rack. Great deal on shoes if you look. Sometimes 80% off on real designers. Ones you have actually heard of. This last time the place was a little bit of a mess so clothes shopping was not for me. I don't have that kind of patience.

I like this location. It is clean and they had a yoga class in middle of store... interesting choice of shopping activity but had some good music. They had a good selection of toys. Set-up is different than most other Nordstrom Racks'.

I love Nordstrom Rack in general, but this review is for the store manager and exemplary employee, Alex F, who helped me last night. Flustered and panic-buying for my upcoming wedding, they were patient, helpful, and kind even when I was the last customer in the store and I’m sure they wanted to head home! Their customer service went above and beyond and I am so grateful.

It's a premium store for dresses, accessories for both men n women.Quality is premium n so is the store.Except for clearance items most women's dresses have a avg price of $50.Shoes we're really nice n premium.
