If I could give more than 5 stars it would be 10. I made an online order and mistakenly forget to add red sauce to my cauliflower pizza. I asked if it was possible to remake my order even when it was my fault. They did not hesitate at all. The gentleman with the hat even offered me a drink as I patiently waited for my pizza to be cooked. Again, this was totally my fault but they were so accommodating. The lady giving me my order was also very kind and polite. From here on out, I’ll be coming to this MOD location and will also no longer eat pizza at Blaze because of the amazing service. Great and amazing staff!!

Budget friendly custom Pizza. Pizza was fresh and warm. Ordered online and it was ready in 20 min for pickup. All ingredients were well cooked and tasty. I’ll definitely order again. Delicious pizza ordered again! Chose my own toppings and veggies. Crispy and well baked.

Ordered mod pizza last night. It was supposed to be 11”. When we opened the box we were surprised by the size. So we measured using the tape. It was not even 10”. Cant trust them no more. terrible :(

This is is one of the saddest MODs i have been to from the moment i walked in i was not even greeted the pizza maker had an attitude through the whole ordering process and staff members ( more than one) doing there hair in the pizza making area near the food and also swinging a dirty broom around the pizza making counter the whole vibe was negative and sad and I love MOD pizza but will travel the extra distance to a different MOD location where I am appreciated as a customer. Vwrry disappointed zero stars. 😞

I've been coming here every week for weeks now. I love this place so much. I've decided it stands for Miracle Of the Day because when every we go get MOD it's so good it's a miracle. I've worked at pizza places before, lots of time a little Caesars and a very special one called Bear Lake Pizza Co. I know what makes a good pizza place and what makes a pizza place bad. MOD is just about as perfect as you can get with a pizza restaurant. And hey- if the pizza ends up being bad or not what you wanted. . . .it's your fault. Cuz you pick what goes on!

We went in built our pizzas and 30 minutes later found they had given our pizzas away to someone else. Then they tried to tell us they were still cooking, nope, they were gone. The staff are rude and except for the guy refunding our order. Not a nice environment at all. We won't ever go back. That's too bad too because it was a nice place before.

Overall it’s a 1.5 points. I can take the bad service and bad atmosphere, but not the food. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza takeout. I was disappointed. The pizza was not fully cooked. Could taste the uncooked dough and ham. Hardly any cheese. It left a bad sensation in my stomach and mouth. I regret giving it to my family. Will definitely not recommend.

This is legitimately the best Pizza I have had in Years! In an age where all pizza places are following that trend of thin crust garbage pizzas. This was a breath of fresh air. I got the “create your own” Thick Crust (what a real pizza should be) and it was delicious. I picked as manny toppings as I wanted and the best part is that the price never changed! No matter what the price stayed $13. It was amazing, definitely gonna be getting more from here.

I just had one of the best garlic based-pizza made for me with an amazing attitude, the 3 young men that are attending at this hour of the day are on top of hygiene, customer service and of course delicious food. They made my lunch hour today. Thank you very much.

I like mod pizza 🤤 and our customization. Seems 8:30pm they closes the lobby (store order) and accepts mobile orders only . We can pickup and dine in. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. 20-30mins wait time. For 1st mobile order there is a no nake as new sign up reward bonus.

Pizzas good but don’t order online they will leave off half of your toppings everytime

This place has gotten way better than the pandemic times. Staff has changed, they provide more attention and care to perfectly cook the pizza. and toppings are added generously. Overall feel has improved at the restaurant

I can’t believe I didn’t take pictures but I LOVE MOD! And when I MOD I feast! They never disappoint. I get the cheesy garlic bread, a custom pizza and a custom Caesar salad. Always hits multiple spots for me! And I feast on leftover later. Great food, great quality, good portion sizes and prices.

I’m a big fan of the DIY and individual sized pizzas. Mod Pizza is one of the best to do it. They have high quality ingredients and a crispy crust that will keep me coming back. I was able to load a lot of toppings into my pizza and the crust held together. They are dedicated to the community too, which is all the more reason to support. What had happened to this place? I visited on 01/07 around 9 pm and staff not happy to see me ( except for one staff who delivered the pizza and was cordial) The person who prepared pizza did not even greet. He was ready to clean the place and go. Pizza was cooked in 5 minutes and dough was raw. This was a to go order but it seems that staff were ready to go themselves and not happy to take in new orders. With this attitude, I rather choose a restaurant which values its repeat customers.

Very tasty pizza. I love it mainly because of the overloaded veggie toppings including pineapple. Also i love the concept of additional dips they provide with pizza. sriracha and barbecue dip are my favorite. Ever since i have eaten here, i order pizza from here only. Must recommended.

One of my favorite pizza chains is Mod pizza. And this branch is nothing different from their other stores. The staff is always friendly and warm. Their pizzas are always fresh and come with a very good choice of ingredients. The thin crust is crunchy and tasty. Their salads are good too. One of the best pizza chains in the vicinity.

Best MOD location I've been to they know how to make pizza. Always have pizza dough, always have ingredients you want unlike the location in Castro valley

Amazing pizza, they let you add as many ingredients as you want! Top quality and very well baked in the wood fired oven, came piping hot and yummy Can't praise them enough! Special kudos to the staff working there , I went on Wednesday at 7pm

Not the pride of the mod Pizza fleet for sure. Pizza was a bit undercooked. Too much cheese and too many olives. The salad was good. The restaurant not the cleanest. And the fountain soda machine was out of order. Staff were friendly and helpful, and service was fast.

I really liked this pizza. The crust is thin and with the perfect home made taste. Staff was gentle and attentive. Price is fine and they have different sizes. The individual may work for a kid, since is not too bold.

Pizza is great however your staff needs to be trained on how to clean. Stopped at Fremont location and the staff swept floor then wiped down tables where crumbs dropped on the floor where she just swept. You also to need wipe the seats and benches where crumbs fell also. Work smarter not harder.
