If you value your time. Don’t patronize this facility. Waited 2 hours unacceptable. Rude tech no time management . Over booked no regard. Will not use this facility again,

I called on the same day to make an appointment but it was not verified by my insurance. The lady at the front desk was very helpful she contacted my insurance and my doctor and all the authorization were ready on the same day. She called me back and I could make on the same day an appointment. There was no waiting time and the place was clean. In addition, they gave me a CD with all of my images before I left the facility. I highly recommend this place!!

Very long wait times. They dont have respect for our times. My appointment is at 2 pm and I got into imaging done at 3:30pm. They could have called to give us headsup if they are backlogged. Never coming here again!!

Today 7/8/2021 My orthopedic sent me over to this place for an emergency ultrasound on my leg . Days prior I had knee replacement surgery and was unexpectedly experiencing signs that could have been related to blood clots . So the ultrasound was performed by their tech specialist that informed me moments after completing the test that she discovered a DVT ( deep venous thrombosis) aka blood clot located at at or around my calf . The techs suggesting was that I immediately check in to the ER which is located across the street from this Imaging Center . I was totally freaked out and full of fear and anxiety because I knew a few people and heard sad stories about people dying from blood clots ( DVT) . With the condition , pain and discoloration of my calf / at the area on my body that was in question it was easy to believe this techs assessment. I was soooo scared . With that said I immediately reached out to my PPO and reported what this Imaging Center predicted to me . My PPO told me to come directly to her office which I did . Upon my arrival to my PPO which is 20 miles south from this Imaging Center my phone rang and it was the tech (Atosa) calling to let me know that noooooo “ I had no DVT “ and to be sure I told my PPO . When I finally met with my PPO she could not believe the emotional roller coaster this Imaging Center put me and my PPO through as my PPO told me that this tech ( Atosa ) initially called her saying “ I had a DVT and even described where the vein was located “ All this said I think it’s ridiculous and unprofessional relating unclear and severe diagnosis with out professional clarity . Now if I’m not mistaken I was under the impression that a tech only performs the technical duty while a doctor reads and assesses the report … Nobody from this Imaging Center bothered to apologize or acknowledge the huge mistake of telling a emotionally sensitive patient that there was a serious medical matter hanging over my head . I have no idea why my assessment went from near death to don’t worry be happy … Of course I’m happy that I have no blood clots or anything to worry about but I just feel today’s episode was utterly ridiculous!!!!

My experience at Silicon Valley Medical Imaging has been great. The staff is very polite and kind. Also, they are very knowledgeable when answering questions about your exams and I think that is very helpful. The place is very comfy and clean, and I noticed they do everything they can to make your stay as much comfortable as possible. I highly recommend it!! Even if sometimes your waiting expectations as patient sometimes could be longe I understood that it has a reason for!

I just want to give a HUGE thank you to all of the staff at Silicon Valley imaging in Fremont. I have never been so impressed with a medical imaging facility. The staff were all so kind and happy to help during a stressful situation. I am especially thankful for John who greeted us so graciously and was efficient and thorough in his work. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Our reports were read in record time. I am blown away with this experience! Thanks to them, my boyfriend will get to fight this weekend :)

I called them on Monday, got a next day appointment, that is fast, make me think this place is not busy. I was wrong, this place overbook their appointments. I came in on time, waited 30 minutes in their front office, then called into another area waited another 30 minutes. I waited total an hour to get a 5 minutes X-ray, this is not acceptable. However, like other people say, the staff here is very polite, they interface themself when they meet you.

I chose this place because they got me in fast. I needed an MRI for a brain tumor. One week later, they still hadn’t sent the results to my doctor. When I called to ask, they said that the MRI tech had been in and out all week. I still wasn’t able to reach the MRI tech and nobody called me back.

The best services, much better than I was expected. Mauro the chief tech MRI and Renna tech MRI are very nice and professional, receptionists are very friendly. Clean, new machine office. Highly recommended. Dan

They rarely pick up phone calls. Also waited over an hour without even being asked to be helped. Had to chase after someone to be seen. Spent nearly 2 hours after everything was done and when I left building.

Today I had an Echo graphics really had a wonderful experience with extremely friendly and polite ATOSA she make me feel happy I really appreciate ATOSA highly recommended

Took my father for the imaging. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Special shout out and thanks to Lani. She went above and beyond to make my elderly father comfortable during the CT scan procedure. Also thanks to Darshana to facilitate the scheduling and working with me on the day and time that works. I have been to this business many times before but never had such high level of service before in the past. Keep it up.

Terrible service. Made me wait an hour. Rep had asked me day prior if i was claustrophobic. Day of, no med was given to knock me out and I spent money on Lyft both ways. Was told it will be given in a bit...nothing. Then at some point they took me out to adjust and took the panic button thingie away from me as well. People were nice but ethics sucked.

Excellent facility. They greet patients within a few minutes of arrival, and then take the patient to a separate, spacious, comfortable waiting room. I waited no more than 10 minutes there before they took me back to patient prep. I was soon sitting in another comfortacle waiting area, hyperventilating due to my claustrophobia. The technicians were very attentive, obviously comfortable with patients like me. The instrument has a very wide bore, which calmed me. Noise management was very effective, so I was able to meditate to calm myself throughout the exam. I was escorted to the outer waiting room as soon as i was ready. Overall, an excellent experience and > will gladly return for my periodic exams.

- Friendly, caring staff - if you wait an hour before test, that is good compared to other places. Usually 10-15 minutes is typical wait time here. If you make an appointment, then thats better way to do it. If you go to VRI on Jackson, there is usually 30-40 people waiting with wait time 2-3 hours. - they have the Tesla-3 MRI which is much faster - they offer you a drink/snack if you like

I usually do not take the time to leave reviews but must say that the staff is amazing! I am always nervous about coming to medical facilities and I fear needles the most but they really made the experience painless. I was able to get in-and-out quickly and they even provided lunch! Must say it is 5-Start service. Thank you!

Visited Silicon Valley Medical Imaging past week with my brother who came from foreign country. The front desk ladies were absolutely polite and nice , the sitting area was super clean, the Ct scan tech ( lani) offered us tea and coffee. We did x ray, Ct scan and ultrasound. The ultrasound tech (atosa ) offered my brother a blanket to cover him to become warmer since the air conditioner was running. The waiting time is around 1 hr, but they offer you food.

I like the way that they treat you there, ( Coffee, Juice, water, Tea, Soda) In my experience: They explained to me what I was doing there, they gave the instructions before, during and after my test. And that make me feel very comfortable.(even if do you have to wait for a while, 🤷🏻‍♀️).... so if do you like & want have your test well done you can definitely go there patiently and do what you what you have to do. Other than that I can tell that I felt very welcome there.

Hello everyone i went hear to get a upper spine shot but they end up giving me a lower shot instead so im a mess. I do not recommend going hear for a shot for back. They numbed me from waist down and i had to stay there tell i was able to stand. I couldn't walk. When i got home I threw up had migraine headache plus no feelings at all if had to pee. I had an accident because I was num. I would not go to this place they are very desperate for you to come in for your appointment. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE ABOUT MONEY. I NEVER HAD LOWER BACK PROBLEMS NOW I DO. Went here twice bad experience both times. BAD BAD PLACE $$$$$$$$$$$

The staff at Silicon Valley are amazing. They care about their patients and they very attentive. I didn’t understand the report and V was super amazing and set up an appointment to talk to the person who wrote the report. He was very professional and explain every line in detail. I had a great experience with the ultrasound tech lady, I believe her name was atosa, absolutely nice and kind hearted, she helped my mom to be scanned . she was knowledgeable with great costumer service. I recommend ATosa at silicon valley medical Imaging center.
