😠 Worst hotel experience ever. Sure hotel is modern and new looking, however front desk staff were anything but hospitable. Emilio, I believe is the name of the clown that was truly offensive. My son and service dog were able to check into the hotel, and I extended our stay to a suite and was notified... People often mention room, hotel, front, stay, breakfast, nice, service, desk, clean, beds,

Check in was super easy. The nice lady at the front(don’t remember her name but had 2 piercings on her nose) was super helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was very helpful. My husband completed check-in before I finished gathering dinner trash from the car. Kudos to the impressive speed! The room was not prepped with bedding for the advertised beds. We were quickly helped, but it's hard to do bedtime rapidly when there are no sheets and blankets! We stayed in the family room, but the design team failed miserably. The toilet, shower, and sink are all in one room. It is so helpful when the sink is separate from the toilet. Most hotels have moved to this design, and it really helps. There wasn't even a mirror outside the bathroom. This design flaw really slowed us down! Further, the bathroom has a frosted door. No one can sleep during evening showers, and when the first morning shower starts, the bright light wakes everyone! Someone on the design team at some point should have thought about these implications when designing this new hotel! It would be helpful to have some signage with directions to close the blackout shade. The automatic stuff we figured out in the morning is pretty neat but not very user-friendly, and they are impossible to close completely without figuring out what the buttons are for since there is no rod. Breakfast is pretty meager. The kids were bummed that there wasn't a waffle or pancake option. No smells. Hotel appears very new. Iffy cleanliness- there was trash left on the pull out bed (it seemed no one checked it) and crumbs in the icebucket.

    - I love that they provide complimentary breakfast. It makes traveling so convenient! - The blueberry muffin (from their breakfast) was amazing! Please keep it around. :) - The room was very clean and spacious. - The bed was comfortable. - I appreciate that the room designs are replicated at other SpringHill Suites. Feels familiar and homey. - There was plenty of parking available. - Driving around the area was a breeze.

Rooms are decent but HOT (the AC system is dated and not particularly efficient). The room layout is like a galley, not spacious. The bathroom is actually larger than the rest of the room. The bathtubs and only a mini-drink fridge. The location is a bit odd, next to some type of service facility so nothing within walking distance (no food, no bars, etc).

We stayed in room 335 from Aug 16 to Aug 22nd. Our window faced the swimming pool. It was a workcation for me with the family. Probably will not be staying here again. Pro: Spacious rooms with king size beds Comfy Beds and pillows Seating area with sofa that turns into beds Great desk for working lots of charging ports Cons: Bathroom layout weird Soundproofing between floors is not there. Not for light sleepers. Breakfast could be better We usually stay at the Marriott across the street but decided to switch it up this year and try this place since there was breakfast included and I liked the desk from the pictures. While the room is big, the layout was not thought through. Lots of wasted space in the bathroom. Bathroom door is a sliding door with frosted glass and right in front of beds so if anyone goes use bathroom at night the light blast into the room. The toilet could've been separated and have its own door, they had space for it. The sink, only one small mini sink and this sink had no drainage hole. If anyone plugged the sink it's a flood waiting to happen. Again they had the room to put in 2 sinks not sure why it wasn't done. Desk, good desk. I liked that I could open up the glass divide but again it faces the beds even with frosted glass to separate the table light still shines through. Swimming pool - Not bad and during the afternoon it gets shaded by the building which is a plus. I liked that our room faced the pool so I could see the kids play out the window. Breakfast - Could be better. Cups of quiche like eggs, boiled eggs and then some breakfast sandwiches. There was cereal, bagels, and toast as well. Felt like it was the bare minimum for breakfast. WIFI - No issues here. I could get enhanced WiFi but I went with the free and had no issues. Housekeeping / Staff - Overall good experience and friendly. Accommodated our housekeeping requests. You must request housekeeping 24hrs in advance. We requested the day before but there was miscommunication but they were able to do housekeeping for us the day we needed. Noise - First couple of days was fine but then there was a family that checked in above us and we could hear all the stomping and running. During day is okay but this was midnight. Thankfully we only had to deal with it for one night.

I know it was labor day weekend and it was quite busy but they had messed up on someone's reservations that was in front of me. They had also helped someone behind first instead. When I had checked out they did the exact same with someone behind my party and helped them first instead of us for checking out. It was quite a catastrophe. Rooms were clean though.

Worst hotel experience ever. Sure hotel is modern and new looking, however front desk staff were anything but hospitable. Emilio, I believe is the name of the clown that was truly offensive. My son and service dog were able to check into the hotel, and I extended our stay to a suite and was notified 4 times in 5 that I had to come down to pay another deposit. I went down and put my card down. Right away emilyo said I will not extend your stay. Mind you. I Already paid. I asked why I wasn't able to stay he said it's your dog. My service dog, he then asked what kind of a service did my dog perform. I told him he was an emotional support dog for my teenager. Emilio, without hesitation said, that is not a good enough service. Wow, emotional support for my teenager does not qualify my support dog to sleep in the hotel. Was told to leave and assured a refund. Basically, unless you have your rainbow flag billowing in the wind, the individual was just going to make your life miserable. Reverse discrimination by the protected class. I was shaking by his attitude and rudeness. Then another manager came in and supported this very confused person. He's got a high pitch voice and girly hair. You see this guy, run, or just read the comments about him. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. TELL A FRIEND.

I have stayed here multiple times, while working in the area and have always had a great experience. The staff is professional and courteous. My past visit I was upgraded to the Executive Suite, as a Bonvoy member. The rooms are clean and there are plenty of outlets and usb ports, for electronics. Highly recommend!

There is so much to like about this hotel. The in-room furniture is nice. The room and the walk-in shower are spacious. The hot breakfast is decent. The climate control is very responsive. The common area has easy access to outlets for computer and phone charging. The Wi-Fi is reliable. The in-room microwave and refrigerator make keeping and reheating leftovers very easy. And the hotel is not far from the workplace I was visiting and many of the restaurants that I wanted to go to. But there are a few things that I don't care for. For a new hotel, the mattress feels a little worn in and uneven. The stylish sink is just too small and the faucet too low to be convenient to use. And the northside street ramp to the parking lot is so steep that it kept scratching my Chevy Cruze's front bumper (yeah, I know... I'll get an SUV next time). For a couple of nights' stay these shortcomings can be overlooked, but for a four-night stay these things did wear on me.

I'm quite sad we're not experiencing the 4stars this hotel has. Just checked in about 30minutes ago (1AM), my brother got here 10minutes before us, and it hasn't been great since the front desk. The front desk person Im talking about looked like a dark skin Asian, around her later 30s/early 40s. She didn't greet us and looked at us as if we were... in the wrong place/lost? Talked to us condescendingly when we were asking questions about what credit card was on the room and if an extra hotel room key was left at the front desk, while we were at the front desk. When we got to the room, we realized we needed more towels and blankets for the person who will be sleeping on the couch bed, so we called the front desk (her) and she said something along the lines like "really?" and "you're going to have to wait 30minutes because I have to restock". When she brought the things up, I opened the door and her arm was reach out towards me with the bag of things we asked for, while her face was looking down the hallway, and just drops the bag in front of me and walks away. I am shocked by this service. Some people try to force the customer service but she doesn't even try, atitude left and right. There's a guy behind her the whole time and he was actually chipper so I'm not sure if he's being trained, or her... Anyways. This sucks. It's a great hotel, awesome parking, super clean, but the service really prevents us from coming back.

I'm giving this hotel 5 stars. The building is super clean and the parking lot is tidy. I had a slight bump with checking in. The lady at the counter got my room together as fast as possible and I got a beer while I waited. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel.

When I walked up to the counter the lady acted like I wasn’t standing there waiting. The tv kept cutting out and I called the front desk they sent a man that didn’t know what he was doing. The staff was friendly and did try to help though. Walls are thin could hear neighbors talking at night. We did like that the room had a mini fridge and microwave. The double king size beds were nice and beds were comfortable. AC was nice to have as well. The bathroom is big and there’s a huge walk in closet.

Very nice property. Very professional staff. Very well kept rooms. The breakfast is very nice. However that's all they offer. It is not convenient to local restaurants and they really should offer a full service restaurant on site, like the Marriott across the street.

We stayed here about two months. Everything is good except there is a guy in the reception with long hair seems to be mean. I don’t know cuz we r Asian or what????? No idea πŸ€”

*Fancy* This room was absolutely GORGEOUS 😍 So spacious, room was cleverly divided and it even had comfortable couch bed for extra guests or for annoying spouse you're fighting with, lol. No tub, which I wouldn't want to soak in anyway. Shower was very clean and white, no streaks on glass door plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers available. Also provided coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge (no freezer). Would and will definitely stay here againπŸ‘

Water in shower wasn't so hot at night. I requested a room on the first floor in advance of booking and near the elevator. The guy gave me 2nd floor and farthest from the elevator.

I stayed in this hotel for a grand total of about 5 nights, it is a really nice hotel. Their fitness centre is really big and has a lot of room for free weight workouts and cardio, the swimming pool is huge and also very warm if the outside temperature happens to be colder. Furthermore, the breakfast items tend to be good, they switch it up daily (which is great). They also have meeting rooms and this hotel frequently hosts events in the San Jose/Fremont area so thats nice.

Great location, easy access from the highway and close to shopping. Clean and comfortable room with double king size beds as an option. Good selections for breakfast and coffee available through the day. Bonus, Two EV charge stations!

Comfortable rooms (bathroom is an odd configuration), solid continental breakfast, great service. The A/C did not regulate the room temp well at all -- oscillated between being far too hot and too cold throughout the night. Keeping the window open helped.

We have stayed in several Springhill Suites during our cross country drive. They do not disappoint. We experienced comfortable beds, cleanliness, and usually friendly staff.

My stay was very clean and I was accommodated very well. Breakfast was very good and they had oat milk for the lactose people which many people liked. That than out. But, good to know they tried to accommodated us lactose and tolerate people. I give 5 stars for that. Very clean place.

Springhill Suites San Jose/ Fremont is a brand new hotel with easy access to Silicon Valley and San Jose; it is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, SJC and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping a few minutes drive around the hotel. The ground floor has a nice open space with plenty of different types of seating for working, eating, or socialising, and this is also where the complimentary breakfast is served. There is a good-sized gym and an outdoor pool for your exercise regime, and the ground floor also has a business centre and a number of meeting rooms. There is a guest laundry on the second floor with both washers and driers. The rooms are big and well laid out for extended stays and good working surfaces and plenty of storage space as well as good WiFi. A great hotel for both leisure and business, with excellent staff.

Great service all requests responded to promptly. Employee saw my grandbaby immediately brought up the play pin. There was a problem setting it up and another was sent and put up. We had a very comfortable great stay. Received and experienced excellent customer service from all the employees.
