Four stars for the insta friendly space! Most of the reserve roaster coffees was not available, we choose dark mocha and cappuccino. Dark mocha was excellent, hit the spot. Cappuccino was perfect. I ll need to visit again to try the other reserve versions. Hopefully they have a full stock on our next visit.Overall, its perfect to those looking for ambience over coffee.

One of the finest coffee place with rare coffee blends in Mumbai. ★ Serving very high quality coffee options. ★ Servicing is perfectly good in here. ★ Staff is really polite and easy to communicate with. ★ Ambiance is blissful enough to enjoy your coffee in peace. ★ Seating arrangement is comfortable and well planned. ... This places serves very high end coffee with live brewing session (which is rare). Rates are really high and totally worthy enough of it's experience. ... Taste - 4.9/5 Ambiance - 4.8/5 Servicing - 4.9/5 ... Thanks Mr. Prashant and Mr. Aniket for their services. Handling situation like professional is what we need in this industry. You guys were really well with it. ... Must Visit for people who are real coffee enthusiast.

The oldest Starbucks in the country has given way to the new Starbucks Reserve. In a bid to make it more premium, the store has lost its beautiful old charm furniture and decor. Coffees from the Reserve menu are worth a try and the staff is helpful. Tried the dark chocolate mocha and it was pretty dark. The live painting in the back is something beautiful. Overall it's a modern class store over an old world charm store earlier.

Hands down...the best starbucks branch in Mumbai. As soon as you enter through the door you feel its another world of imagination but its real. The experience is on another level. Due to its reserve experience, its the only branch that goes beyond your expectation. you can enjoy the calmness and presence of the place through the decorations and comfy seating arrangements. Definitely a coffee nerd should visit the place!

Always wanted to visit Starbucks Fort as it is the first Starbucks Outlet in India. Located in one of the elite and beautiful place in South Bombay. The ambience is full with pictursque portraits and trunks and different kind of seatings, making the vibe of the place very beautiful. The ambience is very different from other Starbucks outlet. Wide range of beverages and snacks are available.

What a luxe vibe. The moment I heard Starbucks Reserve opened up in Mumbai, I was eager to try it. The staff was very helpful and were guiding properly. This Starbucks has interiors like no other Starbucks store I’ve ever visited. Ample seating space and options. The Reserve coffee was really worth the hype! I am not a fan of Starbucks in general but this won brownie points! Even if you are not a coffee connoisseur, still visit once!

Must visit Starbucks Reserved Mumbai is the only Starbucks Reserved in India right now. It serves variety of coffees which is available at the store and nowhere else. It also have a section where they have their regular coffee and snacks. The staff at Starbucks is wholesome and amazing. The service is top notch. The atmosphere and vibe of the place is what you pay for. Also, don't get confused when you enter the store their are two places where you can order first one is the regular Starbucks counter that you find everywhere, where as their is a counter in between where you get specially reserved coffee option. So you can try whatever you are feeling like. Their is parking space available !! Enjoy ur coffee ☕️

The first Starbucks in India is now rebranded as Starbucks Reserve. And rightfully so. It's based in South Mumbai and at an iconic Location. And the interiors of this cafe have been tastefully done so, to reflect the Reserve label. The ambience is amazing and gives the feel of a 5 star lounge. Worth visiting for the look. However, there were certain disappointments. Despite being a fine dine category, the staff serves coffee in take away paper cups even if you opt to have coffee at the cafe. When insisting on ceramic cups and glassware, they obliged, but the lack of excitement was obvious. Not sure of the reason though. We went there after dinner, so paid street parking was available. Which have seen to be a challenge during the day. .

The first Starbucks Restaurant in Mumbai coverted to the India's first reserve outlet. The choice of beans are amaying and the brista ensure the coffee is an experience here. The outlet has a refreshing aroma all over and the ambience adds to the experience. Simply loved it! For those Starbucks merchandise fans - do take a peek.

The first and only SR in India. Since I got this notification, I’d planned to visit this store as previously I’ve seen the videos of SR Italy and since then looking forward to visit it. Fortunately got a chance to visit the Indian outlet in Mumbai. Based in one of the posh places, SR gives you both their normal as well as Reserve menu. When you visit SR it is recommended to opt from the Reserve menu. We’d ordered from 3 categories - Hot Coffee, Cold Coffee(brew) and a Cold Chocolate drink. All were amazing. The Cold brew with a dash of Vanilla Cream was 100 times better than that of the normal Starbucks. The roast choosing process as well as the making process is an experience to visit. The rates are slightly high than the normal SB but worth an visit.

Loved the way Omkar at the billing counter took the order and the way Gaurav served it was awesome. Always a pleasure to visit the fort outlet.

Starbucks Reserve offers an exceptional coffee experience with an array of rich and diverse blends. The selection of delectable desserts perfectly complements the coffee choices. A haven for coffee aficionados and sweet tooth enthusiasts alike. A must-visit destination to indulge in delightful coffee and scrumptious treats. However, after several visits .... one inconvenience I encountered was the state of the washroom, which was consistently unclean and often occupied, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Nevertheless, if you're seeking a great coffee and dessert spot, Starbucks Reserve is definitely worth a visit.

It was more lovely when person who was standing near door and said do come again with all this kids. Such cute gestures. Lovely place.

The location of the cafe has helped me a lot to catch up on early breakfast so many times. The exciting part is the availability of premium coffee. Unlike in other Starbucks once can choose and order reserve coffee combinations from a different counter and get it delivered to your seat ! Isn’t that different ? However one has the option to choose the standard menu from a separate counter available within the store and pick up the food and order directly. I completely recommend to visit

The Place is Absolutely Beautiful, interior is like a art gallery. Quiet and big space to work or chill Not a big fan of coffee, so cannot speak about the quality of reserve Starbucks coffee. But the SERVICE offered is on point, it is definitely a PLUS and high end service offered with reserve Starbucks. 👍 (Just discovered the matcha powder is a made out of milk powder and sugar, very disappointed… especially when trying to get alternative milks like oat or almonds)

Used to be a big fan of this Starbucks. They refurbished it very recently and I don t like it at all: cold, distant, no local flavour. Only good point: nice frecos

This place is amazing! The atmosphere inside this coffee shop was very vibrant and relaxing. This is India's first and only One Starbucks Reserve Store They offered the wide range of Special Reseve coffee other than Regular Starbucks store and the service was good. Highly recommended ! 👍🏻

The first Starbucks Reserve in India and one of its kind. As soon as you enter, you can feel the luxury and grandeur. The murals and not to miss the white installation by Ankon Mitra hanging from the ceiling is mesmerizing. The service wasn’t the best. I ordered a cappuccino for which I had to wait for 20-30 mins. By the time I received it, it was cold.

They've renovated the place and has a modern outlook. I however prefer the old one with more comfy chairs and the rustic look too. The coffee was okay this time. I've been a regular at this Starbucks for the past 5-6 years. Service could be more prompt and efficient too. Wishing the old charm of service could be reinstilled!

What a beautiful Starbucks Reserve! The interiors are not comparable to any Reserve I’ve been too, it looks so luxurious and very aesthetic. The service was very friendly, the toilets very nice and clean and the food good! I had a oat milk flat white which tasted very good.

Here for our second visit in a couple of days - it's hot here in Mumbai! Delightful fitout but the fulfilment is very slow. I suspect someone saw me looking bored and increasingly annoyed at the slow service (only 3 in the line) and opened another counter. My experience yesterday and today was that it takes an extraordinary amount of time to place an order and the wait to receive is peculiarly long - Almost 12-15 mins from arrival in store to cup in hand - both times. As for the screeching (over the hubbub and music) to advise an order is ready, well... As an aside, there are an awful lot of people using the facilities for meetings. We are surrounded by tables of people working and chatting, with no product in sight. 2/3/23 Back to check up. Much better. Quite a difference. Different supervisor?

Those waiting can start by scoring some vit D outside and slowly sweat their way to the damp of about 300 diners inside, letting off steam under the first fans Bombay saw in the 60's (50's or 70's??).
